Knowle Green Day Nursey

We are so thrilled with everything the nursery has done. Communication is always fantastic and no request is too much. The recent renovations of the rooms are stunning. The staff worked tirelessly over the weekend to prepare them. Our daughter has just moved up to a new room and it is beautifully laid out and the provision has been thought about carefully.

My daughter is very happy going to the nursery which really shows she is being well taken care of and she enjoys every bit. Staff are very caring towards the kids and they ensure that they are learning stuff that they need to at their age. Overall, I am very happy with the nursery. Excellent staff and care given to the kids.

It has been a great experience for our little one in the nursery. Nursery has definitely aided in his overall development including communication and confidence. Our kid has enjoyed his experience all the way from ladybird to butterflies

If he's happy, we are happy. We also had an incident at nursery, the management were fantastic even taking him in the ambulance to hospital. Forever grateful for the care you gave him, and the support you gave us!

Really happy we chose to send our child to Knowle Green Day Nursery! The staff are super friendly, the nursery is lovely and filled with lots of indoor and outdoor activities to fulfil the little ones days! Our daughter enjoys her time there very much and has developed immensely since she has been attending the nursery! We especially enjoy the updates on the app to see her progress and to be able to see pictures of how she spent her day makes us feel happy and relaxed! We would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents!

As a family, we love everything about the nursery, the team, the level of service, the space provided for the children (the outside space is the biggest I have seen for a nursery), the variety of meals provided. Thrilled we chose this nursery as couldn't be happier.

My daughter joined Knowle Green at 9 months and thrived right away. She is now 2 and a half and still loves her nursery days. After such a turbulent year, she is still thriving and the staff continue to do everything they can to ensure the best care for her.

My one year old son recently started at Knowle Green Day Nursery (Staines) and I couldn’t be happier with our choice! Due to Covid-19 my son hadn’t been left alone for a period of time without me and I was so nervous about him starting nursery due to this. The staff were so reassuring and upbeat in regards to this. The nursery staff also take a real interest in my son’s development and encourage him to play his favourite activities and games, which is all logged via an app. Their description of activities and monitoring of my child’s development is heartwarming and so lovely to read, it really does show their interest in each child. The app also keeps me regularly updated on my son’s day from what he has eaten to his nappy changes. My son also eats a good variety of healthy meals whilst there. I genuinely do recommend sending your child to this nursery. I’m so pleased I did.

An excellent nursery that is well run and organised. There is great communication from the staff and my children love going here.

We have two girls at the nursery and a son who left last year. The staff are like our extended family, going above and beyond to help us out with both me and my wife full time working. The children bounce in and love it, everything about the set up from the space, the food, staff and especially the way they've handled the last 6-months of covid is exceptional, so thank you!

The staff at Knowle Green have been amazing throughout this time. Being a keyworker, it put my mind at rest knowing my son was safe and being cared for like he would at home. It's the little things like cuddles. I know he had a great time as he couldn't wait to tell me what he had been doing and who with. We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for being amazing at this difficult time and keeping my son safe.

My son is in Preschool and we have really been impressed with the nursery, its setting and the staff. All the rooms in the nursery are fantastic, the Preschool room is like a mini-school in preparation for them moving on to big school. The facilities such as the interactive whiteboard, story area, construction zone and many more are arranged really well. My son has really enjoyed his time in preschool I have seen him develop in preparation for his move to school.  They also have other extracurricular activities - visiting the London Aquarium & theatre trips which are safely planned and well organised. The current situation of the lockdown has been very well handled by Knowle Green & Childbase. I have been really impressed with the recent return to nursery which went smoothly, the team have been great at answering any concerns we have had and also been keeping us informed of developments. The new changes they have implemented are working well and are being adhered to by all. Thank you.

Both our children have attended this nursery. We love it. Our older daughter has developed really well here both socially and with reading/writing etc. Every other week they have a science company come in to do experiments which my daughter talks about for a week after and so many internal tasks and games. It’s a big nursery but the way it is set out allows small groups and bigger ones to enjoy different games and development tasks. The wall screen in preschool is fantastic for the kids to learn whilst playing. The garden is brilliant, so many different toys to play on, growing things, learning about the three ducks they have. They have taken the preschool kids out to the aquarium in London and to a pantomime in Richmond which was great. Occasionally you don’t get as many updates as you’d like but that’s the only minor complaint I have. They have managed the recent coronavirus really well and new processes are working well already.

Our daughter has been at Knowle Green since she was a year old and is now in the preschool room. She's had a wonderful time at nursery - learning so many new skills with the dedicated staff. It has been a huge help to our family, allowing us to work and know that she is very well looked after. She has been happy and thrived at nursery from the very beginning - quickly settling in, enjoying playing with other children. Her abilities have come on leaps and bounds, and she's had the chance to experience so much, (a lot of which it would never have occurred to me to do with her). She also loves the food!

The staff at Knowle Green, especially the Ladybirds carers, have gone above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s return to the nursery after the Covid-19 lockdown was smooth, safe and stress-free - not only for her but for us as parents. Even after tearful drop-offs that are inevitably part of this painful transition, I still feel reassured of their skills and commitment, seeing how my daughter’s needs are immediately identified and addressed. If she needs comfort, she receives it. If she needs distraction, she gets it. If she needs attention, it’s there. I am happy my daughter has so much fun over there, where she engages in fun activities, especially messy play, continues to develop and enjoys the company of her carers as well as other children in her safe bubble. It makes my work and day easier knowing she’s safe and looked after. So, thank you.

I have had one child go through the nursery from ten months old. The nursery has always been great with him and he enjoyed his time there and the preschool team are especially good at getting the children ready for the transition to school. My youngest is currently in the nursery and has been since he was ten months old also. He thrives day to day and has the best keyworkers who communicate with me well and encourage his development. He is looking forward to going back soon.

My daughter has attended Knowle Green nursery for over a year now and absolutely loves it. She is thriving there and has made special relationships with her key workers, other staff and her friends. The variety of activities she pursues there, never have her bored, and she is always excited to bring home her latest artwork or to tell us about her day. I have every confidence in leaving my daughter at Knowle Green, in the knowledge that she will be cared for to the highest level and all of her needs met unconditionally.

I can confidently say that it would have been much harder without the support and environment provided by Nursery.
