We were all quite apprehensive about my foster child joining nursery but we couldn't have possibly chosen a better nursery. She has settled down so well considering her past trauma and the staff have all been absolutely fabulous. Her key worker has been tracking and developing her progress, along with the other young ladies and I'm so impressed with how everyone has taken the greatest of care to this little angel. Thank you so much everyone.

The manager and a particular staff member are so accommodating and super kind and helpful. They do many events for charity which is lovely. I cannot recommend it enough.

They have both made wonderful friendships, and we will all miss going to nursery.

Both my son and my daughter went to Knowle Green Day Nursery since they were very young (1yo and 9mo). I immediately saw the difference in them, in both skills learned (eating by themselves very quickly with a fork and spoon), the ability to make friends quickly and learning the basics to prepare them for school. My son's entire Preschool class is now in his school class, the friendships started so early and are still going strong! My daughter was very shy and had difficulty making friends, that all changed thanks to the amazing staff at the nursery who encouraged her and gave her wings to discover herself. I couldn't be happier with this nursery, each room the kids have been in has developed them in some way, learning and growing as they moved through to Preschool. Now they're both in school or starting school and they have all the tools they need to succeed! I cannot recommend them enough!

Knowle Green Nursery is absolutely fantastic and made so by an incredible team. Our daughter is excited every morning we take her there, she loves all the staff who work with her and has benefitted both socially and developmentally from having attended since eight months old. The whole team in Ladybirds are amazing, specifically, certain members of staff, who all put in loads of effort and time with her, which she really responds to. The team always answer questions we have immediately and is accommodating to any requests about her naps or eating. We can't thank them enough for the massive impact they have on our lives as working parents, and most importantly, our daughters!

It's expensive, but then again, so are all nurseries, so you might as well pay a bit extra and get the best possible place for your child.

Having sent two of my children here I would thoroughly recommend it to other parents. The long opening hours mean there is greater flexibility for drop-off times which is invaluable for days when parents have to commute into London. The staff are always friendly, approachable and willing to answer any questions and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. They provide a good variety of food and can easily cater for dietary requirements and my children would often finish all or ask for seconds on meals provided - something which isn't a common occurrence at home! Whilst the app isn't perfect and could do with some improvement it provides a good update of what the children are working on, occasional pictures and comments on what they're doing during the day which provides good assurance to parents. There is a good, engaging indoor and outdoor space for children to explore. Thank you Knowle Green for providing an excellent standard of care to my children.

He absolutely loves coming to nursery and always has since 9 months old.

He has become more independent with changing his clothes and leaps and bounds with eating as he was very fussy.

We look forward to seeing all the lovely things that he will continue to learn and do here in the future.

We have been with Knowle Green for the last 3 years with 2 children who have always felt well-supported as parents and feel so comfortable with the whole team. We feel that the staff are compassionate and professional have set up our children for the best start in life. I have been particularly impressed this year with the preparation with transition to school.

We are absolutely thrilled with Knowle Green Day Nursery in Staines! The staff are professional, kind, always welcome you with a smile and offer support when needed. Our daughter flourishes at the nursery. The days are filled with so many thoughtful, sensory educational activities that supports and encourages development. Our daugther is currently at Ladybirds and the room leader and her team have been absolute stars. Made our rather stressful settling in journey a pleasure and never stopped offering fantastic care since. As a parent, knowing that you are handing your child to someone that truly cares and looks after your child as their own is priceless. Daily updates on the app are a great feature and always leaves a big smile on our faces to see how their day has been. All the special events, weekly newsletters, monthly story reports, and daily drop off/pick ups chats are making parents feel part of the nursery experience. Without any doubt - a top-notch nursery!

I see each day improvements in the development of my children so as a parent I am happy when I see that, and when I know that my kids are every day in good care. Thank you for all the involvement, advice and care.

Knowle Green Nursery in Staines is absolutely fantastic. I could not recommend it enough. The staff are excellent and operate to extremely high standards in all respects, from cleanliness to nutrition to early learning. They also have an in-depth knowledge of children and their development in that age group. The effort that goes into sensory play, reading, baking and everything else with the children is top-class. Our daughter was in the bumblebees room and knowing that you are handing your child to staff who love them and care for them like they are their own, takes away any anxiety you have as a parent. I loved the weekly newsletters to catch up with everything and the plan for the following week. The masterclasses provided for the parents were a welcomed addition. Our minds were always at ease knowing she was in such good care. It was very hard to say goodbye!

So, today is the end of an era! It’s my youngest daughter's last day at Knowle Green Day Nursery. My eldest started back in 2016 and even when she left I knew we’d be back and in 2021 we were! In the middle of a global pandemic the ladies at Knowle Green made my return to work easier, as I knew my daughter would be loved and well cared for. It was so reassuring to see so many faces we knew from our eldest’s time at Knowle Green. I can not thank all the staff enough for all the love and care they have shown our girls over the years. There were tears at drop off this morning from me and had I been doing pick up I know there would have been more! So thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you have all done. You all played a massive part in our girls' lives and we will always remember you and be grateful for the amazing people you all are.

I have had both my children at Knowle Green since fifteen months old and they have loved going. They have learnt so much and made amazing friends. The staff are amazing and really engage with the children. The food is amazing and always prepared fresh onsite, so they get to try lots of different things. I’m so happy we chose Knowle Green for our children and will be sad to say 'bye' to the team as they move on to school. Thank you for being a big part of our kids' early years and for making sure they leave with so many happy memories.

The staff are polite and listen to parent concerns, support parents when needed and give advise to help the child. Always tell us how our child's day has been and tell us when our child is feeling unwell.
