I would highly recommend the nursery.

I cannot fault the nursery during lockdown and what must have been such a difficult time for them. They have kept us up to date with their communications throughout, and have instilled confidence that they are trying to make it as safe as possible for the children's return.

My son has gradually settled in and now usually recognises and will willingly go to the staff, who seem to have a good relationship with him. The room offers lots of different activities throughout the day for the children to get involved in and the staff is aware of the types of activities that he enjoys most. On occasion, it seems difficult to get information on how he has been/activities.

My son has settled very well into the nursery, he is very excited to come into nursery, all the staff are very welcoming to me and my son. If we have any problems they are always there to help as best as they can.

Our daughter has been going to Knowle Green since she was a year old. Everyone in the ladybird room took the time and effort to make sure she was comfortable and we could see the change in two weeks itself. Within three months, we were able to transition from half time to full-day and our daughter seems to be really enjoying her time. She seems to be learning something new there every week and also seems to be eating very well since she started there. We have really liked our daughter's time here and would highly recommend Knowle Green.

My son has been at Knowle Green Day Nursery for one year now. All the staff are incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming. Most of them seem to know my son already despite him only being in two rooms so far. Nothing is an issue for them - whether it's dietary requirements, support with sleep and us wanting to use reusable nappies. My son has many friends at Knowle Green Day Nursery already and happily learns from staff all the time, I am so happy that we chose Knowle Green Day Nursery for him and know his experience there will help him become a well rounded individual.

Our daughter has an amazing time and will no doubt be well prepared for school by the time she finishes.

I feel that my children are flourishing here. Recently, I received a lot of support from staff who assisted us in planning for a new dietary need in relation to one of my children. They clearly explained what steps the nursery would take to implement this change. In fact, we have adopted the same action plan at home.

The staff at Knowle Green have gone above all expectations. Always have a friendly welcome and everyone knows each parent, child and sibling. I couldn't ask to have a better team looking after my daughter.

The staff were receptive to our request to move our son to a more advanced class as he was keen to walk more. Prior to this, he was in the one room for as many as 10 hours per day, which we felt was too much. There was an initial reluctance to move him but the staff did act after a couple of requests. Our son is now thriving - he likes the indoor/outdoor arrangements of his new classroom. There are plenty of books, toys, musical instruments. The staff take a real interest in appropriate and stretching activities.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year. She enjoys her time there and has made some nice friends she likes to play with. We coordinate her learning and development at the nursery to what we do at home, which is very useful. We enjoy receiving updates on activities she conducts at the nursery.

We are extremely happy for our daughter to go to Knowle Green Day Nursery. She loves going in. The staff, food and activities. The staff is fantastic and the care is great. Our son also went to this daycare up until school age and we were obviously pleased with the services then as well and we didn't have to think once whether we would put our daughter in too. The only thing I don't appreciate is the amount of sweet/sugary puddings (especially for under 2-year-olds, who should avoid these as long as they can for their teeth sake).

My son is just about to start pre-school and has attended KG since he was a baby. I have been so impressed by the team's attentive and caring approach - not just towards his development but towards his health and wellbeing too. I am so glad that we selected such a fantastic place for my son to spend his days surrounded by such wonderful and caring people. Thank you, KG!

Knowle Green nursery is a great nursery. They are caring and my daughter looks forward to attending. I am very happy with the care she receives.

My daughter is so overjoyed when coming to nursery. She has settled extremely well and has built very good relationships with the practitioners in her room. She has been getting into a better routine due to the amazing staff at Knowle Green Day Nursery (Staines). When I go to pick my daughter up to go home, she does not want to go. She is also tried to get the practitioners to carry on playing and blows them kisses when she leaves.

My child has recently joined the nursery and the staff here have done a fantastic job in setting him and me in. There are a great range of activities for him to get involved in. As he has a number of allergies I was nervous about him joining nursery, however, the attention to him and his food has been great.

Knowle Green Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery and our daughter couldn't be happier there. She loves the great activities and the amount of playtime in the garden (which is optional). She learns so much and has made some lovely friends. Leaving your child under the care of others is always worrying at first but I quickly realised that my daughter loved it there. The hours and all-inclusive nature of the fees are perfect for us. The fee/childcare explanation and administration are superb. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I've had a good experience at the nursery. All the staff are very welcoming and have formed a good relationship with my son.

My child joined when he was just over a year. The staff at Knowle Green made the experience easy for a new mother giving away her most precious possession for the day.

My child learnt many skills such as walking, first sentence, eating with cutlery.

The staff are very attentive and caring. They inform us about his development and challenges he faces.

I love parentage, as I do get a glimpse into his life. Overall, I recommend Knowle Green. Great staff, great people.
