Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool

This nursery is the best nursery I've had dealings with. The staff are so caring and loving to all children and my daughter absolutely loves it here. Since being here, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds.

We feel very fortunate for what we have found at Bright Horizons, Haslemere. We found the caregivers to be trustworthy and supportive. The venue is very spacious with a nice outside play area, which our busy boy would have struggled without!

My son has really come out of his shell the last couple of months and the staff are always helpful and willing to accommodate his extra potty needs. Also, the graduation ceremony was wonderful to attend and see the progress of everyone!

My son loves his time at Bright Horizons. All the staff are wonderful and caring, he literally skips out, having had a great day. We love the app too and the observations within it during the day. Everything is positive for us, had to ask for some favourite lunch recipes this week!

The staff are always friendly, the activities are exciting and fun for the children. My little boy loves coming and points as we drive past! They settled him in well and were understanding of his reflux and constant changing of clothes.

My two sons have both attended and loved it. My eldest was well prepared for school and made lots of friends. We love the outside space. My youngest son loves the games outside where the staff get creative and have fun. A brilliant nursery!

We chose Bright Horizons for their hours, but feel incredibly lucky for what we have found. From the manager, deputy manager to all the caregivers (and chef!) we have found them to be supportive, warm, accommodating, innovative and trustworthy. Very lucky to have a place for our preschooler here, and will definitely be putting his baby brother with them when the time comes. Lovely people and venue.

Our son has continued to love every day at Bright Horizons. With work commitments changing, he's increased the days he is there now and it's been such a relief that he still skips in full of smiles each day. I can tell he has a brilliant bond with all the team there, including those in the office. With everything still taking place at the door, I have to applaud the team for the thorough communication we receive about each day. He takes great pride in going through his sheet with us at home and sharing in detail all he's enjoyed - from doing lots of crafts to singing, dancing and garden activities.

Our daughter and son attend Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool and they both have really thrived. Huge credit to the manager and her team. They are professional, supportive and caring. I thoroughly recommend Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool.

The new pre-school area is also an excellent facility and the hours covered are really helpful. Most of all, it’s the team - we always know the kids will have a great day with them and be genuinely cared for. We’d definitely recommend the nursery to anyone.

The garden is a very important feature for us, and it is a great space for the children to enjoy in all weather. The home-cooked food prepared on-site by the resident chef is excellent too. The hours are very helpful too for working parents.

This is a great nursery with caring staff and very good management. Staff turnover was very low when we were there, which helped my daughter build strong relationships with her carers. The pre-school rooms are bright and airy, the garden is fun and large enough for all kids to run around and spend their energy! My daughter loved everyone there and developed so well. The cook was very professional and accommodated my daughter's special dietary requirements with care and attention to detail (she was the only one in the nursery who had a gluten intolerance, yet he made sure she didn't feel any different than her friends).

My only suggestion is to fund this nursery better so that they can renew some of their rooms and their resources. This is onto Bright Horizons, the management was the best we had seen among 4 other nurseries. Thanks to them and all the other staff!

My 3-year-old daughter attends Haslemere Day Nursery and has done since 5 months old! As a father, I feel valued and love that I have such an input into my daughter's learning. All staff are friendly and helpful and the food is always amazing! I can highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter has attended Haslemere Day Nursery and preschool for the last 3 years. She has grown in confidence and is a very sociable little girl! Since starting in preschool I have noticed such a change in her independence and a thirst for learning, she is coming on leaps and bounds while getting ready for school. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention each staff member has given her over the years and still do now! The outdoor space is amazing, my daughter loves it come rain or shine. She eats so well while at nursery and the menus are very well balanced and delicious - it always smells great! I highly recommend this nursery - it has such a lovely home to home feel.

We have had the most positive experience with the nursery from the outset. Our little girl settled into nursery life quicker and easier than we ever expected at just 9 months old and she has blossomed into such a confident and sociable child. Our key worker has been fantastic I have total trust in her looking after our daughter. If I have ever had any concerns (rare) they get ironed out immediately. Nothing is ever too much to ask. We love the nursery and know we made absolutely the right choice for us.

He loves painting, crayoning and reading and I can see this has all been hugely encouraged by them as his appetite for it all has grown so much since being with Bright Horizons Haslemere. They have beautiful facilities, a fantastic garden/play area and also provide healthy well-balanced meals every day. I would highly recommend!

Haslemere Nursery has been a large part of our lives for the last five years and our family will miss it when our second child leaves in a few months. We could not have hoped for a better environment for our children's early years, from five months to school age. The staff have journeyed with us through weaning, potty training, fussy eating etc and have been a valuable source of advice and support. All staff, are very friendly and helpful and handovers are detailed. The care for each child as an individual is superb. Our children are confident talking to adults and making friends and we credit the nursery with this. As well as preparing children for school in terms of academic skills, most importantly they encourage independence, listening and communication. They spend a lot of time outdoors in a lovely space and the range of activities throughout the day is impressive. My son loves the food prepared by the onsite chef. I would highly recommend this outstanding place.

My daughter absolutely loves it and has thrived in the 3 years she’s been there. The outdoor space is fantastic and she often spends most of her time exploring outdoors. She’ll be very sad to leave when she goes to school!

My child has been attending this nursery from 10 months and is now ready to move up to preschool - it has been amazing watching her grow in confidence and tell us all about her day and the fun things she has been doing at pick up time. I have every confidence that every member of staff who cares for her has her best interests at heart and do their utmost to ensure she is happy and enjoying her days there.
