Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool

The staff at Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool do a fantastic job caring for my son and helping him develop. They play a key role in his development and it's lovely to see him grow with each new experience the nursery provides. My son has formed a real bond with the staff he interacts with. I know he feels excited and safe when he comes to nursery. And I’m confident he will be well looked after. Through the team's encouragement and care, my son’s confidence is growing, he's coming out of his shell and developing his own unique personality, as well as many other important skills. I appreciate the photos and updates the team provide on the app and can tell my son really enjoys his time at nursery and is learning a lot through lots of varied activities and playing with other children. I have no idea how the team manages to provide such exceptional care for all the children there. They do a great job. I couldn't be happier that my son is at Bright Horizons Haslemere.

We have been delighted with Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool to date. Our daughter seems happy when we drop-off and pick-up and is also learning a lot, such as singing nursery rhymes back to us and counting up to 10 (she’s still very little, so this impresses us a lot!) The staff at Haslemere Bright Horizons are extremely helpful and approachable and we would definitely recommend.

I have been very happy with the care provided by the staff at the nursery for both of my children. They are warm, caring and supportive of the children, form good relationships with them, and support them to create friendships and get ready for school. Both children loved the meals and slept well there, and the staff enthusiastically tell me about their day when I pick up.

Could not recommend the nursery more highly - the team are fantastic and quickly built a great rapport with my son and he seems to be thriving under their care and guidance. Lovely to see him greet all members of staff with open arms when he’s dropped off and waves on the way out so there has never been any doubt that he’s well looked after and enjoys being there.

The staff at the nursery are amazing, everyone I’ve met is so lovely and kind and the kids adore them. The nursery is well organised and the team come up with activities and events all the time and really make an effort. On first impressions, the nursery doesn’t look as smart as others in the area and the facilities are tired but it’s due to have a refurb which will make a huge difference to the general feel of the nursery. Very happy with our experience so far.

My son has been at the nursery for 2 months and seems to be loving it. The carers give us regular updates through the app and the environment that the kids get to play in is safe, clean, and they look like they are having a great time! Really positive experience for a first-time, working parent.

Excellent nursery with very friendly staff who are able to build a quick rapport with the kids. Lots of different types of activities help the little ones learn so fast. I am very happy that my child goes to Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool. Highly recommend this nursery in Haslemere for everything they offer.

We moved to Haslemere 2 years ago and both our boys were new to the area. The team at Bright Horizons helped them settle from day 1. Our older boy is now at school and he still keeps saying that he misses the food there. He is not a big eater but I don't think there was a meal he refused while at nursery. Our younger boy is still at nursery, and he was a bit shy and quiet when he joined. The team have been amazing at making sure he is included and we have all noticed how he has become a lot more chatty recently. He is loving all the indoor and outdoor activities they do although his favourite thing has been helping grow their own vegetables in the garden.

I've never had any issues with the nursery and the staff are all lovely and friendly. My daughter, who is due to start school this year, has loved being at the nursery and they have helped her to develop immensely so that she is ready for her next chapter in September!

As parents of a 2 and a 4-year-old, we are delighted with Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool. The entire team are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They create a fantastic atmosphere for the children to learn, have fun and generally explore. We would highly recommend.

Our son is really happy at Bright Horizons Haslemere Day Nursery and Preschool, there's a great mixture of structured activities and play. The garden and outdoor space are fantastic - I love how they encourage the kids to be outside as much as possible. Most importantly, the staff are all really welcoming and kind.

Four months in and our experience with Bright Horizons, Haslemere has been hugely positive. They have helped our daughter to settle in quickly and she is always very happily involved in some kind of play when we come to collect her. I think probably the most positive aspect for us is the team - they are extremely friendly and relaxed (in a good way), which gives the feeling of a nurturing and safe environment. Equally, even though she is in the youngest age group, they seem to do lots of interesting activities each day. A big thank you to the manager and deputy manager and team. Would highly recommend.

My son has developed so much over the last year, it's really lovely to watch. I feel comfortable knowing that he's in good hands. The staff are very dedicated and care deeply about what they do. I love the app, seeing the photos and reading the observations on his development.

Our child is now 3.5 years old and has been at Bright Horizons, Hazelmere for over two years. He started off part-time and is now full-time. He loves going to nursery and says that everyone there is his friend. We are very happy with the balance between learning and play and comfortable leaving him at nursery each day. Looking forward to big school next year, where we are confident he will settle in well, thanks to all the time he has spent at Bright Horizons.

My almost 2-year-old daughter has been going to Haslemere, Bright Horizons, since she was 8 months old. She settled in really quickly and thoroughly enjoys her time there. She has a wonderful bond with the staff in her room and is always happy to go in. They do a variety of activities and have a fabulous, large outdoor space. There is a really good app that they share details about her day to, which you can look at, when she's there. You can check what she's eaten, when she's slept, what activities she's been doing and they often upload photos of her having fun. I'm really pleased we choose to send her to Bright Horizons in Haslemere.

Our two girls run in every day and have loads of fun in a safe, happy environment. Excellent, friendly, informative staff, who encourage learning and development on a daily basis. Would recommend to anyone.

Care is always given to educate the children. I have noticed that my child's communication skills and understanding of words have improved, such as please and thank you, yes and no and "juice", for when he wants a drink. Most of these words and the sign language that goes with them have been learnt, whilst at nursery.

This nursery is the one! I was so nervous for my daughter starting nursery, however as soon as you open the door, you get presented with the biggest smiles from all the staff members. The staff take such great care and are so gentle. My daughter goes in with a smile and returns the same.

We moved to the area this year and our son has settled in so well at the nursery. The staff have been fantastic and we are really pleased with the care he is given. He is really happy and loves all the activities and the large outside space. I would highly recommend and we have already signed up his baby brother to start too!
