Your Co-op Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school Madley Park has a modern nursery which is spacious and bright and has 5 rooms (one for each age group).

The nursery is big on happy children, they have a growing area for food (and eating it) and have regular visits to local care homes. They are also big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained.

They have 5 Little Pioneers who help share their core values with children such as encouraging them to be independent to making a difference in the world. Their ParentZone app keeps parents/carers informed about life at nursery with photos from their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress!

They hold the silver award in the prestigious Green Flag Eco-schools programme which sees children lead the way in making little changes that have big environmental differences.

The nursery has its own garden area that allows the children to play outside all year round. One section of the garden has been designed as a beach, giving the children the freedom to explore and experiment with texture and volume.

It's an amazing nursery. My son has settled in extremely well there. The staff are incredible and make handovers very easy. They always have activities to do during the day, and they always try to get the children outside at least once a day.

Extremely pleased with the nursery overall. The staff go above and beyond on a daily basis, and both my daughter and my son feel amazing here. We, as parents, only trust you and no one else to look after our children.
It will be hard for my son to say 'Goodbye at the end of August, and it will be
hard for us too. But we are confident he has been prepared meticulously by his key person to step into school shoes. We do not have enough words to thank you for everything you do.

My daughter has been attending Madley for almost two years, and she really enjoys the spacious garden and the wide range of activities. The staff put so much thought and energy into making every day fun, educational and relevant. They're also all very approachable, kind and helpful. We've made a great

Overall, very happy with the nursery. Everyone is very polite and approachable. Any concerns have been listened to and action taken quickly. My daughter is very happy and comfortable there and I can see that the staff really care about her.

My daughter has had an amazing time at the Co-op Madley Park. She has made lots of friends who she talks about all of the time, both children and practitioners. The nursery has helped her become more confident and self-sufficient. She is always excited to attend. Communication for parents is clear and
regular, and the app is updated regularly so it's easy to keep track of what they are eating/doing throughout the day. A summary is always given at the end of the nursery day when picking up your child and the staff are all really easy to get along with.

A wonderful, trustworthy, friendly and fun establishment.
My daughter has attended the nursery since September last year and we have been so happy with the care, service and attention to detail that we have been shown. Our daughter has flourished in their care and she bounces in each morning excited
to see her wonderful key worker.
We get great updates throughout the day and a detailed handover at the end of the day. The two members of staff in the office are always up to speed with what is going on and the communication from them is always prompt. Another special mention to the room leader for Caterpillars who always greets the children with warmth and fun!
My daughter especially loves her time in the garden which offers a great variety of play equipment and toys.
I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

Lovely nursery.
The staff are all lovely and work very hard to provide their best care for the children.
They provide a safe, happy environment for my daughter to learn, explore and develop.
The app is nice for updates on days activities, naps etc.

My daughter has been there since September 2022, when her previous nursery closed with little notice. All staff are very friendly and she has settled in well. There has been an improvement in her learning development.

A great quote used in the pre school class by staff on a daily basis is..."every day is a learning day." It really is! My son loves his friends, the staff and what they offer. He has been going since he was 2 years and 9 months. The staff make it fun and friendly. You can hear the children at pick up
time playing and loving it so much that they want to stay longer.
The food is great and the menu encourages them to try new foods which broadens their tastes. The staff are kind hearted and some of the interactions melts my heart.
We will be sad when my son's time comes to an end but hopefully will see everyone in the community moving forward.

Both of my boys go to this nursery and they love it. Staff are always very caring and go the extra mile. Activities they do prepare them very well academically for pre-school/primary school. Highly recommended.

My son has been attending this nursery for nearly 3 years. My son can be shy when he goes in the morning but he is always looked after and comforted until he feels content. This makes me feel better knowing he is in good hands when I leave him. The activities seem fun, but educational at the same time.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

A lovely friendly nursery. My son has gained so much from his days here and his development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are always happy and positive and I’m glad that we chose Madley park nursery for our son. So much so that I already have my second child booked in to start and he hasn’t
even been born yet.
I never feel that anything is ever too much for the staff and that they have a real invested interest in my son's development and wellbeing.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since June last year, in the same room with the same key person. The thought of her being ready to move up to the next classroom was daunting for us as parents. The staff at the nursery made it the smoothest transition possible, sharing information, not just about
the 'vital' things but the informal details about her to ensure the new room and staff were fully prepared!
We are so confident in everything they do, each member of staff goes out of their way to ensure families feel reassured and welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Our son loves going to nursery and we have always been confident that he is not only well looked after but positively engaged throughout the day. The Co-op Madley staff are absolutely fantastic at getting to know all of the children and designing imaginative activities. The most important factor for
us is that while there is an emphasis on development, the ethos is to allow children to be children and the staff always seem to share in our son's and his friends' sense of fun.

Our children always have a lovely time at nursery, there are always lots of activities set up and quite often will be directed at our children’s own interests. Activities range from crafts and painting to playing in the garden and playing with water. Activities are usually educational and focus on what’s
current at the time ie weather, seasons, upcoming celebrations etc, along with stories, singing, numbers, colours, animals etc. Communication is really good and we will often receive updates on how our children are getting on. The nursery staff are all lovely and friendly and clearly know your children and their interests very well. We have had such a positive experience with this nursery and I would recommend it to anyone! Food at main meal times is excellent and provides lots of nutritional variety.

Both of my children have thrived at Madley Co-op nursery. The staff are brilliant - so enthusiastic and passionate and I can tell they really care about my children. The activities they do throughout the day to help the children learn are fantastic. The baby room and preschool in particular are wonderful.
The transformation I saw in my first child (who was a lockdown baby) after she started nursery was huge - she became so much more confident. When she starts school in September she will have had a wonderful start in life thanks to her nursery, I know she will miss all the lovely staff a lot. Thank you.

The nursery provides excellent care for our twins three days a week. We found their development really accelerated after starting at Co-op Childcare Madley Park and have always found the staff to be great with our children, in both of the rooms they have attended. We would highly recommend the nursery
to other parents who are looking into nurseries in the west Oxfordshire area.

I, my wife and both of my boys love the nursery and all of the staff there. My oldest is now at school but nursery gave him a great start to his journey. My youngest is currently at nursery and he loves it every day.

I am really happy with Co-op Childcare Madley Park. The nursery is very well run. There’s lots of opportunity for input and feedback. There’s also a lot of flexibility with drop off and pick up and routinely the opportunity to pick up more sessions. The management is fair and transparent in their decisions.
There is a real community atmosphere and I have the feeling that my child is cared for in a personal way. Every key person she has had as she moves up through the rooms has been brilliant - caring, kind and concerned for her development.
