Our son started at Little Pioneers in January 2026. Having had a poor experience with previous childcare, a childminder in Oxford, we were somewhat nervous to leave him with another new team. However, our worries disappeared after one session! The staff here are phenomenal and the level of kindness
and care they have shown to our boy and to us has been second to none - he is always happy to go in the morning! Communication is excellent and we are always greeted with the warmest welcome. We are expecting again and are already on the waiting list for number 2. Can't recommend enough.

We are super happy with this nursery. The staff have all been amazing. They are friendly and welcoming and couldn't be more accommodating to us and our child. They have settled our child in perfectly to nursery and they do such a variety of activities throughout the day. We are able to see how shes
getting on through the app which is so reassuring and she always looks like shes having great fun!

We have used this nursery since 2017 for both our daughter & son who s still present. It has such a warm, inviting atmosphere & i know that is down to all the fantastic & dedicated staff but also the incredibly helpful, kind & professional manager Kelly plus her colleage Amy. I recommend this
nursery to anyone looking for childcare you can trust.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. All the staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and always go the extra mile to support the children and families. There's a fantastic variety of activities every day, keeping the children engaged, learning, and having fun. The on-site cooked meals are
excellent, and it's clear the children really enjoy them. The garden is always full of laughter and happy faces, which says it all! We couldn't recommend this nursery more highly.

Madley Park Co-op Nursery is lovely and clean spacious nursery that offers various activities and a great outdoor space for children to play. Our child loves going and so happy there. Staff are lovely and kind.

We've had 2 children at the nursery for the past 3 years now. They're always happy to go and always happy when we pick them up. What more could you want?
The nursery management team are very good at dealing with any issues or questions you may have.
I recently learnt a nearby nursery charge for
early bird sessions which I was surprised about, you'll be pleased to know Madley Park co-op do not charge for early bird.
It seems like the management look after the staff well e.g. employee of the month awards and birthday celebrations.

Our two children have been attending Little Pioneers on Madley since January and we have been so happy with their experience there. The staff are so warm and friendly, you can tell the kids are loved and well cared for and learning something new every day. The communication has been very good and is
always improving, the management are very switched on and we would highly recommend the nursery to anyone considering sending their child there. Overall, a really positive experience for us.

Our toddler has been at Madley Park for 2.5 years now and moved up to the Pre-School room this month. The support and encouragement provided by the previous room and the Pre-School team has been excellent in helping the transition and building confidence. We've been so impressed with the care in all
of the rooms since joining, as well as the communications and management of the nursery (and not forgetting the great work by the kitchen too!) - thanks, Team Madley!

We've just started at this nursery and they have been really great. Supporting both my daughter and I through a difficult transition, they've gone above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for us. Everyone we've met there has been lovely.

My son loves this nursery and since joining when he was 1 and now is 3 he has grown leaps and bounds.
All staff are very friendly and all work together so when children go up a class they are already familiar with that key person.
We get updates each week and also a monthly review that tells you
what your child's next steps are and what we can do at home.
Great for 1st time parents any questions you have they are always there to help you can just drop an email or come in for a chat.

My two little boys are very happy at Madley Park nursery. All of the staff are wonderful. They really care about the children. The setting feels safe and clean. The boys always seem happy when we collect them and seem like they've had a great day. The communication on the whole is really good which
is important to us. We're very happy with he nursery!

My daughter has been with Madley Park since she was 1 years old and she has just finished today to start primary school next week. I cannot begin to explain just how amazing Madley has been for my daughter. I have always felt that my daughter was safe and surrounded by passionate, nurturing and fun
members of staff. She has gone through all the rooms apart from the youngest baby room and all have been great. Every staff member treated my daughter as an individual and got to know her quirks. The food was always varied and great for each age. Great outside area in a quiet residential area. Play areas inside were inclusive for all and really interesting. Management were also great, always there to answer questions and to great you.
Our son will be joining in November.

Our child has loved coming to nursery and pre-school here over the last two years. We moved to the area and the staff were so good at settling him in and also putting us in touch with ours child's friend's parents to help us build a network in Witney. The staff have always been thoughtful, diligent
and hard working. We are so grateful for the care and attention our child has received and he is now well prepared to start school. We are going to really miss seeing all the staff at drop off and pick up.

My little boy has been at Madley park nursery since he was a baby, I can honestly say hands down I find this the best nursery I've ever been to, the staff are so helpful and attentive and have really helped him become the little boy he is! I wouldn't have it any other way and now my little girl goes
there to! I wouldn't highly recommend they care for every child and parent! The nursery itself is very clean and modern and they have an amazing variety of foods for them to eat!

The fact my son runs into his room to cuddle the staff when he arrives at Madley Park Nursery is testimony to how they make him feel and how much fun he has.
The staff are extremely caring and attentive to the children, involving them in creative and messy activities.
It's always lovely to
see the children enjoying the outdoor space too. My son in particular loves climbing the mound and sliding down the slide.
The fantastic management of the nursery is also shown through how calm the setting is, how happy the staff are and how parents are communicated with.
I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

I must admit I was very unsure when dropping off my 11 month old to attend full time nursery. However she has been thriving, she's now almost 2 and loves going in!
She's had so much fun with messy play (which really does get very messy! Lots of outfits required!) and the playing in the garden.
The ladies in each room are all so friendly, welcoming and kind, and honestly brilliant with the children. The office team are so helpful as-well, always so quick to answer any questions.
Another huge plus is the variety of food they have to offer for the children, all healthy options! Can't recommend enough!

My daughter has been going here part time for over a year now and I must say the care here is superb. The staff work so hard to ensure your child gets what they need and that they are happy. There are always so many fun and education activities done throughout the day and the garden area is lovely.
The staff are also very attentive and my daughter is always happy and relaxed at drop off. I never thought I would be able to feel so comfortable when leaving others to care for my special girl. They do a great job and I would recommend them highly.

Both my children go to this nursery and I couldn't be happier. Despite only going 1 day a week they have settled in really well. They both talk so fondly about all the other children and staff. All the staff are so amazing. They are all kind, approachable and friendly and really take such an
interest in all the children. I am so glad we picked this nursery and would highly recommend it to everyone!

The Co-op Childcare Madley Park is like no others: beyond taking care of your child, these amazing ladies are running activities that boost your child's development and allow them to grow in sociability and awareness of the world they live in. Everything is close to nature and all materials used are
eco-friendly. I was even more surprised and amazed to learn that they make their own play dough from scratch! I cannot recommend enough this amazing nursery that ticks all the boxes.

The room staff are wonderful! They truly do have a passion for children and a vested interest in your child. I do feel sometimes the staff are not always 100% in control of the children during busy times and possibly not always sufficient hands on deck to support - this isn't the fault of the room
staff at all though! The rooms are well equipped with learning and development materials and my son's key person has been great with his development areas and getting him ready for big school. The meals are healthy and I feel great care is taken to ensure balanced meals and snacks are provided. My child loves going to nursery and is building lifelong friends, I am sure. The nursery is really flexible with offering additional sessions which you can book on top of your standard sessions if you need additional child-care temporarily. It's always smiles when saying goodbye to the management team - they're very friendly and very eager to support if there are any concerns with your child.
