Bright Horizons Milton Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Our two daughters have attended the Milton Park Day Nursery and Preschool since September 2015 and they both love going there since day one. The staff are great they look after the children well and support them in their development. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

A happy, stimulating pre-school. Lots of different activities to encourage learning. Clear routines to help children's confidence. Friendly key workers.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for more than a year now and has been happy since day one. They are always honest and always willing to go the extra mile. This nursery pays a lot of attention to learning through play, instead of just "babysitting". My daughter has flourished here. She has become a sociable, caring and confident child since starting attendance here. Management could do more to share with parents the procedures required to book holiday time in order to pay no fees for said holiday time.

I am more than happy with the care provided for both my children at Milton Park nursery. The staff are excellent and very committed and passionate about their jobs.

The nursery is properly managed I get a report of the day's activities and also what my little girl has had to eat and drink. The play areas are fantastic the staff are excellent very good.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 18 months now and has moved through Babies to Toddlers and into the 2-3's room. The nursery is good, they communicate well in all instances and everyone is friendly and approachable. They have good open airy rooms and all rooms have access to outside. Staff also ensure children go outside at least once a day - this was important to us. I was incredibly impressed that staff will adapt to your child and are very attentive to their needs - not something i'd expected for a big nursery. Also, my daughter has connected well with 1 or maybe 2 staff members in particular in each room she's been in and not necessarily her key worker. This is comforting for both her and us as parents as we know there is always someone in the room she feels close too being such a sensitive girl. These particular staff members make the effort to greet her in the mornings and say goodbye when she goes. Most importantly, my daughter is happy, safe and well looked after.

My daughter has attended Milton Park nursery since she was 9 months old (now 2 and a half). It's a scary thing leaving your first born in other people's hands, but she has thrived there since day one. This is largely thanks to the enthusiastic and diligent staff who seem to genuinely love what they do and care about your child's safety and development. Our daughter loves nursery and we never have any problems with her not wanting to go. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this nursery to anyone considering placing their child there.

My granddaughter attends the Bright Horizons Milton Park Day Nursery from which I collect once a week. The care and attention she receives is just lovely and we all had great fun at the nurseries recent Christmas events, I would absolutely recommend this lovely nursery.

My son has been here since he was 9 months old and is now off to school in September and not once has it been difficult to drop him off. He has always enjoyed being at nursery and definitely eats better than he does at home with me. He always comes home and surprises me at the things he has learnt at nursery. He has been known to throw a few tantrums and the staff deal with this very well. They have also helped out hugely with his speech and work with his speech therapist and do one to one activities with him.

My granddaughter always tells me about the lovely things they do with her at nursery and they make a real effort to involve the whole family, they have a grandparents tea which I attended and it was so lovely to watch all the children engaged in having so much fun. They always help me and make me feel welcome if I come to collect and I would always.

Since my daughter has been part of this nursery the team in the baby room, key worker and the "front of house" team have been outstandingly helpful. Any problems or queries I have had they have not only been very approachable but reassuring to meeting my daughters needs. I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody and it is so lovely to leave my daughters in such capable loving hands of Bright Horizons Milton Park. Thank you for everything so far!

My sister has attended this nursery for many years, she turned into a confident, clever young lady within their care. The staff are always positive and interested with her development and the nursery has grown from strength to strength, I then recommended my brother to bring my nephew to this nursery, my nephew is participating in interesting activities and when I collect he is always engaged in educational resources. He has a lovely bond with his key person too!

A good nursery nurse is more to a mother and a sack of gold.

I am so happy to have my child at Milton Park. I feel he is safe and the care is outstanding. His teachers show outstanding care and communicate well with me which is so important as a parent. He has progressed socially and has learnt a lot about the world being there. Very glad I chose this nursery for my child.

The team at Milton Park have been very supportive to our family regarding my grandson's challenging behaviour, by having regular meetings and putting support in place where necessary. They always keep us up to date with changes and progress.

My daughter loves her nursery, she is cared for by an amazing team and all the staff go the extra mile to ensure she's looked after in the best possible way. The management team are very happy inviting people who run the nursery to a high standard and care about the children and parents in their care.

This nursery has been fantastic with the help of settling my little girl into nursery life. She loves attending and enjoys the fantastic activities on offer. The key person relationships are second to none with amazing attention to detail.

This nursery does an amazing job to really include the parents in their children's learning. Recently having an open week for us to join in as well as coffee mornings to engage with other parents.
