Bright Horizons Milton Park Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter absolutely loves nursery! The team at Milton Park really listen to what the kids want to do each day or base an activity around something one of the children did at the weekend. They eat delicious, nutritious food and spend as much time outside as possible. The team are very quick at responding to questions on the app and it’s so lovely to receive pictures during nursery days too!

Very pleased with the services the nursery offer. Very helpful staff and very co operative. My daughter love the girls there and have a great time with them. They are very welcoming. Total value for money.

Excellent staff that take a keen interest, in not only caring for our children but also in their development. They are always doing new activities that keep my children keen and excited to go in every day. Could not hope to be dropping my children off at a better nursery.

Wonderful, friendly staff and a supportive environment for our child. Communication's between the nursery and parent's have been improved with the implementation of the app, it has been great to receive occasional photos.

The love and care that goes into each individual child and their family is so wonderful to see! Always going above and beyond to provide the very best even through the toughest times! We love this nursery and so does our child!

Both of my daughters have attended Bright Horizons at Milton and we have been really impressed with the level of care they have received. Most importantly, my youngest daughter (18 months old), loves going there which is a huge relief to me, that she is happy, settled and all her needs are being met to an excellent standard. Activities are well planned, with wonderful resources that are engaging and provide great opportunities for learning. The environment is so calm with all the little ones looking content and happy whenever I pick up/drop off. Communication has always been excellent and my wishes for my daughter are always followed. Staff are energetic, enthusiastic and confident which is just what my little one needs. The meals and snacks provided sound delicious and help to meet a balanced diet, She always eats everything she is offered which is great! Overall we are incredibly happy and would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff for all their hard work.

Really pleased with the care for our daughter throughout her time at Milton Park, she is thriving at primary school and that is a reflection on the care and learning that she has experienced in her four years at nursery. The staff have always gone above and beyond to support us as a family and we will forever be grateful for everything that the nursery staff have done for us.

My son absolutely adores going to nursery, in the two rooms he’s so far been in, he has made a fantastic relationship with his key workers. The love and care he gets is outstanding and I can’t ask for anything more! The food it varied and is nutritious, giving him a well balanced diet, and he always seems to enjoy what they have to offer! Recently a new app has gone live and I absolutely love this way of communication, photos are uploaded regularly of what he gets up to and feel with the current situation I don’t need to be standing and chatting about his day because absolutely everything is up loaded to the app! If I have any concerns or changes to his needs this too can be communicated via the app and very quickly replied! I can not fault the management, they personally get to know your child and family and always greet in the mornings and afternoon and on hand if you need them! Thank you Milton Park.

Not to mention my feelings around the new food policy with dieticians encouraging junk food. Bad bad!!

We have used Bright Horizons, Milton Park, for 5 years and have always found the staff outstanding. They genuinely care for the children and are very supporting, kind and loving. Wonderful staff. They have been brilliant throughout the pandemic and I can't fault their care. Thank you to everyone who works at Milton Park - you are stars!

The nursery has been very helpful for my daughter and son. Always there to help with queries and completely trust my child with the staff. The hours are suitable for my work. The staff listen to me and my child's needs. It feels like the children are the centre of the nursery.

Bright Horizons is absolutely brilliant. The service they provide is outstanding. The individual personal approach they adopt is first class, and the individual feedback about the children daily, weekly activities is brilliant. They communicate and promote the excellent work the children have been doing over the week. The knowledge of the staff and their guidance and experience in supporting the development of my boys has been great. The boys love the staff and they have so much fun and are so excited to go into Bright Horizons as they have a fun-filled packed day.

Milton Park is amazing! I’m an ex room leader so my expectations are to the highest level for my 2-year-old son, and what can I say Milton park meets them all. There is a great range of creative activities to engage my son to have fun and learn those key milestones in his development. The garden areas are full of natural resources and the woodland area around the Nursery gives my son the opportunity to learn about the world around him. All the staff in my eyes are ‘outstanding’ and the management team go above and beyond to meet the needs of parents, children.

The newly refurbished garden is also fabulous, 10/10 from a very happy mummy. Keep it up Bright Horizons!

Even when I was anxious as the children started at nursery for the first time, the staff have always been so reassuring, I always feel that my children are in the safest of hands.

I'm amazed at the great imaginations of the staff in providing such a great range of activities for her all-round development.

The management team are fantastic, I always get such a warm and friendly welcome when I collect and there is always someone at the desk to let me in. They are genuinely interested in how myself and my grandchildren are and that means a lot.

My two daughters attend Milton Park Nursery and both absolutely love their time there. My eldest daughter recently took part in an organised Christmas play which was a huge highlight for her and fantastically organised by the staff. Both of my daughters come home saying how much fun they have and I can see how much they learn whilst they are there. All my interactions with the staff are fantastic and the management team show clear enthusiasm for their job and make me feel very comfortable leaving my children in their teams care.

My Son absolutely loves the nursery and the staff. Great location and facilities. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone!!
