Bright Horizons Milton Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Our almost 1-year-old started at Bright Horizons last week. She is quite an anxious one when away from parents but the staff at Milton Park are all absolutely fantastic, especially her wonderful key worker, and despite her anxieties she's already building a bond with them which is so lovely and reassuring to see. I have absolute confidence in the staff here, who are doing a wonderful job at creating a fun, positive and creative environment for learning and play. Thank you for giving our child the best possible introduction to this next phase of her life.

My 2-year-old started here in Bluebells a year ago and she loves it. The staff are doing a five-star job, we have no complaints about anything. We were stressed a bit in the beginning but now we enjoy dropping her off in the morning knowing she is in great professional hands. She is currently in four days only but we often regret not going full five days from the start.

Our daughter has been attending nursery since 10 months old. We were nervous at first but the smiles both us and she received helped us to relax. They took time to get to know us as well as our daughter. We have built great relationships with all key workers and really can’t fault anything. They have been really helpful with following up on any additional help that my daughter has needed following outside appointments. The management team is always welcoming and I love that they know each child’s name when they enter the building. The room staff are very supportive and will assist in any way they can. Such an extensive menu as well which has really helped with eating at home too. Really recommend!

I have sent both my children to this nursery and have been really happy with all the care they have been given. They both have been really happy here. I can’t recommend it enough. It was definitely the right choice for us. All the staff are lovely and the manager is great and very helpful when needed.

Our daughter has been attending Milton Park Nursery for the past two years and is now thriving in the preschool room (Willow class). She enjoys a variety of activities and time spent both indoors and outdoors. The team is focusing on different areas of learning and development.

Great nursery. My son (aged 3) started when he was around 11 months old. He loves going to nursery and has made fantastic relationship with his key workers. I know that when I leave him there he is in capable hands. There is a great range of creative activities and I can check in on the app throughout the day. Also a variety of different healthy meals. Overall, very happy with the service that Milton Park provides.

It's reassuring to know he is in good hands. I also like the updates on the app whilst I am working.

As parents, we have been very pleased with how our son has been taken care of since he joined the nursery at 3 months old. The staff are very professional and the kids are happy. Very recommended nursery, especially the sunflowers room.

Both my children have attended Milton Park Bright Horizons and we were lucky enough to have the same key worker for them too! The care has been incredible and the team really got to know both of my children individually. I have always felt supported as a parent and my two loved going to nursery here! Our son has attended Bright Horizons, Milton Park since he was 9 months old (currently he’s just over 2 and a half years old). He loves his time there and never complains about going in every morning. He’s full of smiles when we pick him up and we can tell he’s had a fulfilling, happy day. The staff are wonderful, very caring, and focused on the wellbeing of the children. Our son is very happy to go to any member of staff and is completely comfortable around them all. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My son is very well cared for at Milton Park. The staff go out of their way to ensure that he is happy and that his development and milestones are on par. The activities that they do with the children are creative and fun. My son loves going to nursery and I know that when I leave him there he is in capable hands, who care for him like I do.

Wonderful nursery. My son (19 months old), started here when was 12 months old and absolutely adores it. The staff are so kind and caring. They foster a really lovely welcoming atmosphere. They were also incredibly helpful and patient with me in the beginning when I was asking loads of questions about settling in etc. I get a summary of my son’s meals (including how much he ate), nap times and activities each day which I love seeing. The diet is healthy, varied and interesting. He eats better there than we do at home! There are loads of activities to keep him entertained and I never feel like he’s just doing the same thing every day (though of course there are some constants, like playing in the garden and reading books). I feel so lucky that my son goes here. He loves it and I couldn’t really ask for more than that. Would recommend it in a heartbeat.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery! The team at Milton Park really listen to what the kids want to do each day or base an activity around something one of the children did at the weekend. They eat delicious, nutritious food and spend as much time outside as possible. The team are very quick at responding to questions on the app and it’s so lovely to receive pictures during nursery days too!
