Both my boys love coming to nursery. I am greeted with handfuls of drawings and items that they have made during the day. I have good feedback from their key carers on what they have achieved during that day and over the longer time frame. I couldn't want for a better environment for my children to grow, develop and play.

We just started nursery recently (3 months in). The settling process wasn't easy for my daughter and nursery staff were so great and supportive of her and us as parents. Her key person is amazing and so genuine. My daughter loves her and it is making her settling into a new nursery much easier. The staff have a personal approach to every child and make sure they get to know them very well.

All girls that work there are very happy and do one to one work with my child. He is so happy and the staff are so helpful.

Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Nursery (Teddies) has been brilliant in helping my daughter, not only have fun but develop. I feel happy leaving her there knowing she is having fun and not missing me!

Staff have always been very kind and supporting to me and my son, especially through settling in and changes. I feel the nursery and preschool provides fun and intellectual activities for the children. Overall my experience has been great.

We moved into the area early Feb this year, so my daughter has only been going to the nursery for the past two weeks, however, the staff have been amazing at helping her settle and now she gets really excited about going. The range of activities are brilliant and we have seen a difference in her confidence and behaviour already. I'm really looking forward to the Easter Parade, it's so lovely to have these activities where I can see her interacting with the other children.

The change I've seen in both my children when starting Bright Horizons Tonbridge (Teddies) was fantastic. They turned into such social and confident children. Each day they run into their classes, eager to start another day of fun. I'm also quite amazed at all the things they've learned so far. The support from the carers regarding issues (ie. potty training, talking) is a real comfort. There's a very good and supportive atmosphere at the nursery. Thank you.

Our son loves his group Little Learners. Very friendly place for parents too. Recent improvement to food rating 5 demonstrates continuing development and Bright Horizons goal to get better.

We have been really pleased with how our daughter has settled and been care for by the nursery right from the first day. She loves going to nursery which is a testament to the staff. It is also lovely to see how the staff seem genuinely interested in the development of my daughter and share in the pleasure of seeing how she is developing. I like having a contact book and hope that continues as it is useful to know how she has slept and eaten and I like reading about her day.

This nursery is just fantastic. The team have really helped my daughter settle in. My daughter has to wear an eye patch due to a quint in her left eye and the team go beyond to ensure she wears it - in a fun and happy way. Nothing is too much and I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you all! Always so impressed.

We just completed our first month at Teddies Tonbridge. This was my first time leaving my 11-month-old first baby. The whole team, even staff in other rooms were so kind and professional. I don't know how they do it as they juggle so much but they give us really personalised care. We have a few special dietary requirements and the staff have taken it in their stride, which is an enormous relief to me. My baby loves the Teddies food and eats more than she does at home.

Both of our children have been to Teddies Tonbridge Day Nursery. Our littlest is only 18 months old and absolutely loves it. She gets her shoes ready to leave the house, some mornings she even climbs into her pram ready to go! She has always gone into the nursery without a tear. Which says it all. The staff are the biggest asset to Teddies. Always so friendly and the children love them. The building is a small converted church - quite quirky but a lot of character. The outside space is pretty limited but they have made the most of it. The children do get taken out on trips to the park occasionally too. Overall, Teddies Tonbridge is a great nursery.

Absolutely love the nursery - I have a boy about to leave pre-school and one in Little Learners. I couldn't be happier with both rooms - staff are great, activities are brilliant (always come home with crafts/cooking) and they always eat well.

I would recommend to anyone.
