Also practically the pram storage is really helpful for drop off and pick up, and I like that we collect from the room as it means we can see our son in the environment and what he is enjoying and how he interacts with his key workers and other children which makes us feel more comfortable and happy aa he is genuinely very happy.

My little girl has been going to Bright Horizons for 2 years now and she is absolutely thriving. She loves her key worker and has made alot of friends who she is very close to which is good because now I've made parent friends myself and we enjoy going on play dates together. The staff are very kind and receptive to our needs and show empathy on difficult situations too. They really help you work through any issues. Very happy with my little one going here. Thank you x

It's a great nursery and highly recommended. They have brilliant staff who take care of the toddlers really well and also help them settle in. Overall, I really liked them and have been very satisfied.

Our 16 month old has been in the Baby Room at bright Horizons Tonbridge for 4 months and we have been really happy with how he has settled in. The team are so caring and make sure the babies are kept occupied with lots of different activities. It has been lovely to see our little one grow in confidence and settle in so smoothly. It's great to see lots of photos daily of what our son is getting up too. The staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable with the setting, organising a coffee morning for new families and also a Christmas party. Thanks to the manager and the team for all their support!

We've had exceptional care for our 3-year-old at this nursery. He absolutely loves going there, and we feel confident that he's well-looked after. The food provided is top-notch, and it's clear they care deeply about each child. The preschool staff are outstanding, forming genuine connections with the children. The management team is also super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The nursery's app is fantastic - always up-to-date, and the images that come through are of great quality. They bring us joy every time and provide peace of mind that our little one is in great hands.

What really makes the nursery amazing is the staff - they are all so patient, warm and caring. They allow the children to express themselves, be creative and have fun within a safe environment. We are so pleased we chose to send our daughters there.

Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Nursery have been brilliant at settling our little one and supporting me in my transition back to work. Our son loves spending time with his friends and one staff member in particular in the baby room who has made him feel so welcome. It is a big relief to know he is being taken so well cared for and the app is brilliant so you are able to know how your child is doing. Couldn't recommend them enough!

My son is newly enrolled at this nursery but so far, it has been excellent. The manager and deputy manager were excellent in helping us sign up for the nursery. They took time explaining everything and making the process easy. My son has some additional needs but this didn't scare them off. They have been so helpful in trying to understand how they can help - they really went above and beyond. The app is really informative and it is nice to see some photos throughout the day. The girls in the room are all lovely. I am excited to see how my son develops at this nursery.

My twins absolutely love their little learner's group. They are always telling us about a fun activity they did that day and always go outdoors on a daily basis. The app is great to get inspiration from the meals they eat at nursery as well as some cute pictures for the photo album. Keeping the best until last, the staff from initial visit to drop-offs have been fantastic, friendly and supportive.

He is now at preschool and would like to thank each and every member of staff in preschool who goes beyond and cares for my little one.

My daughter started at Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Nursery and Preschool when she was just 6 months old. I really struggled to leave her at first as she was so little but the staff were kind and supportive and spent time making me feel at ease as well as making sure they met all her needs. When she first started, I was still breastfeeding and she refused to take a bottle for the first two to three weeks, which was stressful, but the staff kept persevering and she now loves her milk! The team in the baby room have been absolutely fantastic with her and she is really thriving, she barely looks back when I leave her in the morning. The room that she is in is great, it's always clean, there are loads of toys for her to play with which they always set up in imaginative ways and they do a group activity with them every day. They have also been brilliant at flagging when she is poorly and needs to see our GP. I couldn't be happier with the level of care they provide.

Our youngest daughter followed in the footsteps of her elder sister by attending Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Nursery and Preschool and we have nothing but positive things to say about the nursery. The staff are incredible - upbeat, welcoming and genuinely care about the children in their care. The nursery itself is bright and clean with plenty of outside space. It can actually be quite hard to get our daughter to leave at the end of the day because she wants to stay and keep on playing!

Otherwise, I would say that I'm very happy with the nursery. My children have loved it and the staff. I have frequently struggled to get them to want to leave at the end of the day!

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Nursery and Preschool for the last eighteen months and will be leaving to join primary school soon. She's been so incredibly happy whilst there, the staff have been amazing at settling her and encouraging the friendships she's made with the other children.

Meals seem creative and varied and we often receive crafts on collection.

We have two children at the nursery and couldn’t be happier. The staff are very dedicated, caring and creative. Our eldest transferred from another nursery and our youngest started in the baby room, both settled well and are very happy, as are we. We would always highly recommend Bright Horizons Tonbridge.

It's clear that everyone at Bright Horizons loves what they do, and cares deeply about all of the children and their development.

Great nursery. My daughter loves going to this nursery and she has made great friends. All the staff are very nice and flexible and my daughter loves them all. We get regular updates on what they eat, pictures and events. I would recommend it to everyone.
