Bright Horizons Canterbury Day Nursery and Preschool is a dynamic and friendly nursery which our 4-year-old enjoys attending. Although he hasn't been attending for long, after our move, he walks in and out of his class with a massive smile, as if he's been attending forever. He has kind and caring care workers who inspire independence. All day, wrap-around care is a massive benefit too.

The staff are attentive towards my son's needs, always speaking to me about his progress and behaviour at drop-off and collection. I always feel that my son is in a safe space and I'm always happy to drop him off in the mornings.

Exceptional experience! Our children loves it here - the garden is spacious and very well equipped and the staff are so caring and loving. We get along with everyone but we formed especially strong relationships with four members of staff, in particular. We chose this place for the extended opening hours which has allowed me to continue working. I've now changed employment but we will keep the children in here as I simply cannot find anything that compares in terms of facilities and staff. Plus, like me, if you're a fan of outdoor learning then look no further!

Noticed a significant improvement in my child's development. he's social and loves playing with kids of his age. He has developed healthy eating habits thanks to the food variety offered. Fine motor skills are improving thanks to activities.

Bright Horizons Canterbury Day Nursery and Preschool provides plenty of opportunities for my child to develop and explore. Providing a range of activities that they enjoy and building strong relationships with both their peers and the adults in the room.

Toddler room - the staff are wonderful! The relationship she has with the staff speaks for itself, even those who do not work in the room. They are always so informative of her day. We see on the app the lovely activities they set up for the children and their learning focus, yet allowing them to fully explore the room. It's lovely they have an outside space off their room now - hopefully, they will get some climbing equipment like the other gardens. Menus are superb! A fantastic range of nutritional dishes. We are extremely happy with her overall progress and experience so far.

Our daughter always arrives and is picked up with a beaming smile from toddler 1. A huge reassurance to us at home. The room lead and the team always keep us in the know of her activities and it's clear how well they know her. She loves her time at Bright Horizons Canterbury Day Nursery and Preschool and is coming on leaps and bounds with her development - no doubt a huge part to the wonderful staff, so thank you from us.

Bright Horizons Canterbury Day Nursery and Preschool is an exceptional nursery. Since my son first joined, his development has come on such a long way. He is autistic and has always struggled to express himself verbally and has never been interested in making connections with other children but Bright Horizons has helped him try and overcome these and he is now a chatty boy with lots of friends at nursery. I can't thank the staff enough for all their help and support and how they have cared for my son.

As a new mum returning to work, the anxiety of leaving my son was heightened. I was worried I would miss chunks of his development and be unaware of how he was spending his day. I could not be happier with how Bright Horizons Canterbury Day Nursery and Preschool has supported my son's transition to nursery. I can relax at work knowing that I will be provided updates and photos throughout the day. All staff members are incredibly friendly and he has developed some excellent bonds with familiar adults.

We always feel that our son is looked after well and care is taken when he comes into nursery as he sometimes struggles to leave when he is dropped off. He always comes back enthused and has lots to talk about. Very satisfied with all areas.

I would recommend to anyone wanting to send their child here, my child has come on so much since attending, he's learnt so much. The staff that I have had dealings with have been more than helpful.

Can't recommend the nursery enough. I am so pleased with how my baby has settled into the baby room, the staff are incredible, hats off to anybody who works in a nursery but the ladies in the baby room are just amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are a credit to the team. Thank you all!

My child absolutely loves it at Canterbury Bright Horizons. The effort the staff go to, to create interactive activities is above and beyond and my child is always coming out smiling.

My daughter started at Bright Horizons at 6 months old and has progressed brilliantly since being here. The care and attention provided for her has been better than we could ask for. We will be very sad to leave as she has made many friends, including staff. 10/10.
