Kids Inc Day Nursery - Bluewater

My little one is very happy at Kids Inc, Bluewater. The staff are friendly, nice and responsive. I feel that my little one is in capable hands and it gives me peace of mind that he is in a caring environment.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Inc. in Bluewater since a few days after her first birthday. We could not choose a better nursery for our girl. She loves nursery, she looks forward to it and loves the staff in her room. The staff genuinely care about the children they look after and the activities tie in with the EYFS and we get updates on the app. They play outside every day, and she comes home every day having learned something new. Price is quite high but she gets three healthy meals and two snacks a day and the only thing we need to supply is nappies and wipes. Would recommend Kids Inc. to anyone!

The management are very friendly and always helpful! Five-star review and I would have no doubt in recommending Kids Inc, Bluewater, to anyone looking for childcare.

I feel confident that the nursery is setting my son up ready to start school next year.

No place is perfect but they are professional and I have no complaints.

Amazing nursery! The staff are so welcoming and friendly in all the rooms and at the reception! My child is very happy there. Very clean and looked after. Home from home. Every morning there are different trays set up in each room with something new to explore each day which is excellent. Great location, whether you drive or get the bus. Overall a really lovely nursery.

She started at 15 months, back in 2018, through to pre-school and had so much confidence from being there, she also had wonderful relationships with all her key workers. She was always happy that we had no doubts about sending our youngest daughter there, she started at 5 months old and we felt extremely relaxed about her starting so young, again she is very happy and flourishing being in their care. Both of my children have attended Kids Inc. My daughter who is now 7 and in year 2 at school started at 9 months and loved her time there, she never wanted to come home each day! Through the nursery alone she developed a passion for reading and writing and left well prepared for school and academically well ahead for her years. My 2-year-old son attends Kids Inc now and has done so since 9 months old too. He is happy and developing very well through learning at nursery. The team were very supportive through his early months there when he experienced many food allergies. They worked with me to get to the bottom of them, helped manage his diet and showed concern for making sure he was getting enough protein in to which they were accommodating. Overall, we've been extremely pleased with the nursery and highly recommend it. The staff are all very warm and friendly and the management team are brilliant.

My son has been attending the nursery for 6 months and I am beyond happy! He has settled in very quickly and has progressed so well. He loves all the staff and has made lots of friends. He trying new things and is learning so much I am truly thankful.

She's now moved onto a new room and loving the step up in activities and engaging with her new carers. They all seem awesome too and I look forward to seeing her develop over time as she grows alongside her journey through the Kids Inc age ranges.

I was recommended this nursery by a friend of a friend and I've got to admit I'm really happy with the level of care. The nursery staff are friendly and approachable and you can tell they actually care deeply for the children they look after. My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 11 months old. Had ups and downs but, the team always tried to be helpful and the child is feeling welcomed/happy during the whole period.

Whilst there were some issues with a temporary management team and a particularly uninterested manager, (who has now left) the rest of the staff were amazing. Two members of staff in particular. My son has now transferred to another branch and we are so grateful to the Bluewater staff for their attentive care of him. Staff are fantastic as well as part of the management team. The outdoor space is a little small and there are no outings but honestly, I cannot fault the care. My little boy has left after being so loved and still talks about staff every day. The location is fantastic too. I cannot express how warm and loving the staff are. We have gone through grasshoppers, ladybirds and butterflies and each room has exuded warmth and the sound of contented children. My son is very verbal and chatty and has no qualms about saying when he is upset - and he never has been.

My son is non-verbal and has been attending the nursery since 2020. He struggled to begin with and required a lot of reassurance, but the staff were fantastic in providing us both the support we needed and very quickly he began to not look back on drop offs he loved it there so much! He has been exposed to a variety of activities, foods and play-all of which have been key in his development. He also has a fantastic SENCO specialist who has guided us through the process of referrals for various additional support for his personal development and prep for primary school. All the staff know him and myself by name and the nursery as a whole has a lovely personal approach to all the children who attend; catering to each individual need with ease. I cannot recommend this nursery enough and they have given my son the support and foundation he needs to be ready for the jump to primary school in September.

The messy play is amazing - my son's favourite (which can stay at school) he experiences things he wouldn’t at home and he just has the best time whilst learning without even realising!

This nursery is really good, we have a good relationship with the staff who are always helpful and tell us all about our little ones’ day at every pickup, as well as having a diary with all the information regarding nappy changes, food, drinks and what they’ve been up to on that day. They upload some pictures on the parent app every week and we feel our son has made friends and enjoys going there. There was a settling period where he seemed to be catching all the viruses around which is quite common but once his immune system had strengthened a little it was all good. There are parent's evenings to discuss development and they are always telling us what they are working on (speech, taking turns, motor skills) which is reassuring. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends.

Our child has been coming to Kids Inc since April 2022 and we cannot thank the staff enough for help settling him in. He cries every morning (still) but the staff are so patient and have helped him adjust to nursery life. His speech and development have come on leaps and bounds since starting and he is excited to tell us about his day when he comes home. We feel confident leaving our son there and comfortable that he is in safe hands.

My son attended the nursery from when he was 6 months old till he went to primary school and my daughter has also attended from 8 months. We’ve found the nursery excellent with great professionals who value all round growth.
