Kids Inc Day Nursery - Bluewater

A fabulous nursery - 5 stars.

I feel my son is safe when looked after at the nursery. He is always happy and there are plenty of activities available every day for the kids to play and learn. My son develops very well with the support of the nursery and the staff are absolutely 5 stars - very friendly, aware of what’s going on and very dedicated to the needs of each child. Very reassuring and lovely!

My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now and I have only good things to say about it. The staff are amazing! They are all so friendly and I love that the staff members in other rooms all interact with the other children and know them by name. Shortly after my son started nursery he had about a 6 week period of being very unsettled and not wanting to go, the covering manager at the time was really great in how she dealt with it she would call me after I left to tell me he settled and was happy for me to call as many times as I needed. They actually let my son explore the nursery and found he was a lot happier in the pre school room even though he was only 2 at the time. They were happy for him to join that room permanently if it made him happy and ever since we haven’t had any issues! Overall I’m very happy with the nursery and will be starting my baby girl here as well.

My son started attending just before his first birthday and has come on leaps and bounds since joining! Although I haven’t been able to go into the nursery much due to COVID I am really happy with the activities I see him doing in pictures/videos. It is a lovely purpose-built nursery, which was an important point for me when looking for a nursery, also that the babies have a separate sleep room. He really loves going, the nursery staff are all so lovely and you can see they are very passionate about what they do!

This is a fantastic nursery! I have been so pleased with the progress my little one has made in the three years she has been attending. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The curriculum is varied, and there is always a new project or activity for the children to take part in. The nursery provides a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and tea. The staff make sure there are many resources/activities for the children to engage with. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The team are like one big family and so friendly. They work well to make sure children are well looked after and meeting all their milestones. With daily feedback from staff and leaving my son with them at the nursery, has never been a problem. My son is happy at Kids Inc Day Nursery - Bluewater and that is the most important thing to me as a mum.

He is really going to miss going there.

This is a wonderful nursery. My son has been attending for three months since he was one. They have been so supportive throughout his settling in period, to both my son and us as his parents. The nursery is extremely well run; organised, clean, and all the staff are professional and friendly. I could not ask for more from the care for my son and have total confidence that he is safe, cared for, and having so much fun.

My son has flourished so much since starting at Kids Inc - Bluewater. His key worker has been amazing and really helped his confidence and brought him out of his shell. She has also been encouraging him to develop skills such as drawing and dancing, as well as getting to grips with counting, shapes and colours. We have really been bowled over by how articulate and excited he is about the things he gets up to at Kids Inc. We feel so comfortable leaving him with all his lovely teachers and are really glad we chose this nursery for him. The setting is also lovely, I like that the children can look out over the lake and see the ducks and swans all day. I've found other nurseries to have quite poor management, however, Kids Inc are brilliant, very organised, good communication and you can tell the staff all really know the children they are caring for.

My daughter has been attending Kids Inc in Bluewater since she was 11 months old. She thoroughly enjoys it and is very fond of her key worker. She often talks about nursery and asks to go when she is at home. They share monthly newsletters which are very informative and keep you updated on events, regulations and anything they feel that parents should be aware of. They are so friendly and all the staff say hello to my daughter by name, even if she is not taught by them. This makes her feel very welcome. She often comes homes with paintings/drawings and loves to share what she has made that week. Two of the rooms overlook the lake which often has ducks and the big windows allow a large amount of natural light into the rooms as the children play/learn. I would highly recommend the nursery, the staff there work hard to make it a happy, caring and fun environment.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 3 months (now 2). The staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and always make time to get to know not only your child but you the parent too. I'm always amazed they remember every single child and parent name too, they really do care about the welfare of your little one. Each day we get reports on what our child did and we have an on-line platform to keep in touch with key workers. I love how creative the nursery is and there is a lot of variety in what the kids do and learn. They do have a small outside area but also make use of the grounds in Bluewater. Highly recommend.

The staff at Kids Inc are simply amazing. Our son has transitioned through 2 classes and they have helped to settle him in exceptionally well (he doesn’t cope with change well).

I don’t have a bad word to say about Kids Inc. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped with our son over the last 12 months.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 8months old he is 2 1/2 now, he loves all his carers/teachers and made a good set of friends. Greeted by name from the moment he steps in till he gets to his class. As a busy single working mum Kids Inc helped me greatly by bringing this amazing little man up. Thank you all from management to teachers and all the others behind the scenes.

Kids Inc Bluewater is an amazing nursery. I have sent both my little girls there and they have both thrived. The staff are exceptional and so caring. They focus on each child's needs and the staff are so dedicated to their learning and development. My youngest is currently in Pre School and is doing so well. I love the regular tapestry updates that give me so much information about what she is learning and her milestones. My little one is so happy there and I am so grateful to the wonderful staff who take such good care of her. The managers are always so helpful and go above and beyond in their roles to make sure, as a parent, you are happy with your child's care. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I will be heartbroken when my little one has to start school next year.

Well done to all the staff at Kids Inc, you make it a special place for our kids and I feel that my daughter is in safe hands when she is with you.

My daughter has been at Kids Inc Bluewater since she was 11 months old (now 21 months) and has had an overwhelmingly positive experience.

I was very anxious about the nursery experience as a first-time parent, but have only good things to report about this nursery.

The staff are very caring and know every caregiver and child. My daughter has always gone in with no tears, and some days it is tough to get her attention to go home as she’s having such a good time!

The meals are varied and healthy, and this has really helped her to have a very positive approach to most foods.

I would very strongly recommend this nursery.

Both my daughters have attended nursery. My youngest has been there from Wiggly Worms to Butterflies.

I have no complaints in any area. The food menu is varied and my daughter has tried so many different things. The resources in each room are different so there’s no chance of boredom. The children all get outside on a daily basis.

The staff are what make this nursery in my opinion. They all form bonds so strong with the children that no parent ever need worry about their child.

As my daughter moves onto school in September, I will be very sad to say my goodbyes. I honestly can’t thank the nursery enough for helping and supporting myself and my daughters.

My 2 boys went/go to this nursery, the youngest is still there. Before we moved to the area, my first son had attended other nurseries so I have experience of how nurseries work. Kids Inc is the best, hands down, what impresses me the most is the vast space they have and the children can all move and play freely without feeling suffocated. Really nice, airy rooms and the place is colourfull, tidy and clean.

2nd point is the staff are very friendly, always welcome you with a hello in every room you enter. They open 7.30am and close 6.30pm which is amazing for working parents.

My only feedback is to help children learn, as I think there has to be a balance between playing and learning basic stuff. Paying over a grand a month for your children to just play and don't learn basic ABC isn't good, especially when they spend the majority of their time there.

Overall it's a great nursery and my youngest loves going there. ]I highly recommend them, as they are really good.
