Angels at Play is the best nursery in the area, they are so caring and brilliant with all the children. They can not do enough to help you with any problems/requests. My daughter has come on leaps since starting and the nursery is just great.

I am more than happy with Angels at Play.
I feel very at ease leaving my daughter all day long in their care.
All the staff and management on site are so helpful and caring, to not only my child but also to myself.
At the end of the day, I struggle to get her to leave, that just shows how much she
loves the nursery and for me and her father, that is such a relief.

My daughter loves attending Angels at Play. The staff are all so lovely and I know she is well cared for which is so reassuring when I go off to work. The nursery is really inviting and the activities provided look so much fun. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for good quality

Hoddesdon Angels at Play is a wonderful nursery, full of love and joy. It's so reassuring to know that your daughter is being so well cared for. The nursery staff all work very hard to support my daughter and ensure her day is full of fun. The nursery is like home from home. I would highly recommend
this nursery. The nursery is like a family and I always know where to go for any support.

Fantastic staff. Love having the happy chart when collecting child.
Would like the lunch menu to be more of a variety rather than lamb moussaka and fish fingers.
Car park could do with some more parking bays.
Baby room requires an intercom phone in the back room as the front door isn't always answered.
Always
a clean environment and happy staff and children.
When the new manager took over, I think this could have been dealt with better and not over Facebook.
When increasing the fees, this was also poor communication.

In the morning when I remind my son that he is going to pre-school that day he is so excited! He absolutely loves coming to Angels at Play and never complains about going - which tells me that when he is there he is having lots of fun and is being really cared for, like a home from home. It is obvious
that the lovely staff make him feel happy, safe and loved, which means that I don't worry about him when I am at work. It is due to a change in circumstance that he is leaving, and it is very sad to say goodbye. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for him.

Both my daughters have attended this nursery and have loved every minute of their time here. From the moment they started, they’ve smiled and laughed their way through each day, being looked after by staff who have treated them as if they were their own children.
The location is ideal for us as we
work close by, which made returning to work so much easier as we knew they were only minutes away from us.
The daily feedback from staff on their development is invaluable, especially in the youngest months when, as a new mum, you don’t really know what you’re doing.
I love dropping my youngest off every day, seeing how happy she is to be going there and seeing how happy all the other children are to be there too. It’s then that you know you’ve left your child in the best possible place.

A fantastic filled nursery with amazing staff, whose priorities is always the children. The staff are always professional, friendly and welcoming. It made going back to work so much easier with the meeting we had beforehand and the transition visits! The staff kept me informed of how my daughter was
settling and made great suggestions of how and what I could to make it easier for her! I feel very informed about her day! I have recommended Angels at Play to several friends and will continue.
