My eldest daughter went here until she went to school and loved it. My youngest daughter has been going since she was 1 and is nearly 3. She absolutely loves going and always talks about what she's been doing at home. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. She has made some lovely friends
there and is always happy. I'm very pleased with how much she is learning here and would definitely recommend it.

Having moved to a new area (and therefore nurseries from one Angels at Play Nursery to another), we have been delighted by the staff and standard of care set by the management team. Their organisation and preparedness are leagues ahead of their colleagues in neighbouring Angels at Play nurseries and
I'm sure the managers and team are seen as the benchmark for the company in this regard. Our little one always has a brilliant time and typically runs in each morning before taking his coat off, or so much as a wave back to us. His learning and growth in character are fantastic to see as well as the happy faces of his peers who appear to be enjoying their time just as much!

My son loves Angels at Play, especially all the staff. They are kind, and caring and have really helped him develop. We have been using Angels for 6 years and wouldn't put my children anywhere else. The staff work so hard to ensure the children are happy and safe. They are kept busy from the moment
they arrive until when they go home! Highly recommend.

Angels at Play are fantastic. From the moment we did our initial visit in 2021 we instantly knew this was the place for our son. The settling-in sessions were well organised and arranged around our availability as it was July/August and as he had just transitioned from 3-2 naps we were able to drop
him off post naps so he had his time there. He's now been there 6 weeks and there's such a difference in his development. The activities posted each week on what they will experience in the baby room are all sensory and exciting. We love getting daily updates on his observations - makes the day go quicker! Aside from the activities and the nutritional food provided the staff are just amazing. Every day we get an update via the app but it's the personable approach at drop-off and pick-up that just makes the whole experience even better. An extension of the family and we know that he's cared for, looked after and thriving with support and love. The team and facilities are amazing!

We could not be happier with the nursery. Our little boy started in July 2022. He has settled well, we love the updates on the e log and we never worry when he is there. A staff member in particular in the baby room has been outstanding and takes everything we say on board and we feel listened to as
parents. We also really liked the settling-in sessions offered by the nursery as we feel this helped our little one understand his environment before officially starting. The managers are always on hand with any questions and queries and very warm and friendly. The nursery is in a good location and lots of parking right outside the front for easy drop-offs.

My son attended Angels for over a year and he has absolutely loved it from day one, which was a big deal considering we had come out of lockdown. He settled in seamlessly, all thanks to the wonderful staff who are so reassuring and caring. The staff set up lots of engaging activities for each day and
are very supportive in developing emerging skills and interests. Since coming to Angels, my son has come on leaps and bounds. I loved getting the updates and photos of the various activities that were planned for the week. We genuinely all looked forward to going in and the staff are just wonderful! We love Angels at Play - Hoddesdon, from day one my daughter has loved going to their nursery, I was worried at first about leaving her but they reassured me and made us both feel comfortable. She loves all the staff there and we cannot wait for her little sister to join too!

My son initially attended another nursery in Hoddesdon. Due to many issues during his time there, I decided to withdraw him from that establishment. I emailed Angels at Play to inquire about places and instantly got a reply from the nursery manager asking if we'd like to attend an open day. We did and
something just "clicked". My son has been attending since Feb 2022 and we've never seen him happier or more excited to go to "school". The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I have received the most useful feedback and updates on my son's progress/daily activities in a few months than I did in the last year at the previous nursery. When I drop him off I get no sense of "bad gut feelings" or nervousness. I know he will go in and enjoy his day interacting with the staff and his peers. I would certainly recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you to all the staff at Angels at Play Hoddesdon.

The Nursery could not have picked a better manager/deputy to run it. Both are so joyful and full of smiles every time you walk through the doors. All the girls that work there are amazing with my little boy as they were at Park Road for my daughter many years ago. I could not recommend them enough!

All three of our kids have been to Angels at Play over the last 10 years, starting at Park Road in Ware and then to their Hoddesdon branch when we moved. The positive nursery experience has been critical for the positive socialisation and development of our kids. Following their time at Angels they've
become independent and articulate people. The staff and team that have looked after our kids over the last decade have always been highly caring and supportive - we couldn't have asked for better! Thanks!

Wonderful, thoughtful, attentive staff who focus on providing a nurturing setting and experience for the children. They provide detailed feedback after every session on how each child has got on that day at nursery, reporting any particular observations on level of engagement, happiness, mealtimes,
friendships, activities, and so on. This offers lots of reassurance and that there is genuine care for the kids during their time there, whether they attend once a week or all week.

Both of my sons have been Hoddesdon ‘Angels’ and I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff who nurtured and cared for my boys. It meant so much to go to work and know I didn’t have to worry about them. Staff and management are amazing, friendly, fair, and patient!

Our son has been with Angels at Play - Hoddesdon now for just over a year and a half, during this time his progress has astounded us, from a crawling little 10-month-old to now a very lively outgoing toddler!
He shows very good interaction with other children and is extremely confident this has to
come from being around other children and the amazing staff at Angels, the manager and the team encourage and support very well but also take care of the boundaries we like to have in place.
Our son is always buzzing when he leaves and looks forward to going every day!
Well done, from the chef to room leader to management a very good friendly place for our son to be.

Me and my husband are extremely happy with Angels at Play - Hoddesdon. The team are full of caring lovely staff members and the nursery has a lovely family feel about it.
Our little boy attends full time and our relationship with the team feels like a great partnership to develop him, we are lucky
that he absolutely loves going and runs straight in every morning and always has a lovely day. Whilst at work I love looking at the little updates they upload to see how his day is going and how much he’s enjoying himself.
Thank you to the team especially room leader Clare for taking such good care of him!

The nursery has experienced a turbulent time due to major staff changes and a reduction in numbers, which has made things challenging at times. A change in management has made a huge improvement to the communication to parents and standards across the nursery. This has been welcomed and I have every
confidence over time, standards will continue to increase further. They are responsive to parents feedback and work very hard to ensure children and parents are happy. The care diary is very useful and much appreciated.
There does appear to be a lot of inexperienced staff working at the nursery, which can cause a lack of clarity and consistency at times. The staff do however work hard to engage the children in a variety of activities. The food menu is very good, with lots of variety; I appreciate it being shared with me. My daughter has always been very happy attending the nursery and comes home having had what appears to be a good day. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work.
