With over ten years’ experience in early education, he is passionate about creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child feels valued and confident to explore. After gaining his Early Years Teacher Status and PGCE, Craig has worked across a range of settings, progressing from nursery practitioner to manager.
He believes that strong relationships with families are at the heart of every successful nursery, and works closely with parents to ensure each child’s individual needs, interests, and routines are supported. Craig and his team focus on sparking curiosity through play and meaningful experiences, helping children to develop independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Amy is the Deputy Manager at Bright Horizons Potten End Nursery and has worked in childcare for over 17 years. She holds a range of qualifications, including NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and a leadership qualification. Before joining Potten End, Amy led rooms and nurseries across several settings, gaining a wealth of experience along the way.
She has a real passion for supporting both children and staff to achieve their goals and finds joy in inspiring little minds to learn, explore, and grow through play. Amy looks forward to welcoming families and helping each child to flourish during their early years journey.
