Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool

Our son is very happy at Muddy Puddles and attends happily 5 days a week. The nursery is set in beautiful surroundings with great facilities. We have always found the staff helpful and friendly and our son likes all of the nursery workers who have looked after him.

Very happy with the care our son receives especially as he has a dairy allergy. The nursery has always been supportive and the level of care is outstanding.

My son has been at Muddy Puddles for over 2 years since age 2. He has loved his time at the nursery. All the staff are very kind and caring and really get to know the children as individuals. There is always a lot going on to engage the children's interest including music, football sessions and French. The outdoor space is second to none. I would highly recommend the nursery.

I have both my son's at this nursery and have been delighted with their treatment from day 1. The staff are caring and very considerate, the meals provided are nutritious and loved by both my boys. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of resources for the children to use. Outside space is amazing and was one of the reasons we chose this nursery in the first place. Overall I am very happy with the quality and content.

My son has developed very well with his speech, and he's interactive with children and adults. He always looks forward to his days at nursery, the teachers are very well trained and take a real interest in their progress. As a whole, i'm very happy.

My children love attending Muddy Puddles they are constantly learning new skills. My daughter also attended and upon starting school was streets ahead in terms of reading/writing. Security is very good. The staff very friendly and helpful and my kids love them.

The nursery environment is great and the team in the nursery room are really attentive. My son has really come on with his development and loves coming every day.

Lovely staff and both children love it. Location is amazing and the ongoing care cannot be faulted.

Pre-school staff are welcoming and attentive. They are always enthusiastic and my daughter enjoys every day she spends here.

She has learned so much since she started in pre-school and there seems a good mix of children to play with. The pre-school encourages group play, which enhances their social skills.

Both of my children have attended Muddy Puddles and I cannot put into words how impressed I have been with the pre-school team and the nursery manager. My youngest son was very nervous and upset about having to start pre-school, but the team worked really hard to ensure he felt settled and comfortable in a very short space of time. The range of activities that the children have available is fantastic and the relationships amongst the staff and pupils is clearly extremely nurturing.

Overall great! Lovely environment, creative activities and lovely and caring staff.

I am very happy that my son is really enjoying being at nursery. I know he is cared for really well and he is always happy when he comes into nursery. He really enjoys the breakfast and tea but the lunch he never gets on with.
