I have had children at the nursery for over four years and am really happy sending our boys here. The staff are just wonderful and show genuine love and care which is all we could ask for. My boys have never once said that they don't want to go to nursery and for me, that speaks volumes. The children get involved in so many fun activities, eat healthily and get outside as much as possible. Would recommend.

Both of my children have been to Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool since they were one years old and loved it. It's got a lovely feel to it, in converted barns in the middle of nowhere with plenty of space for the children to run around. The care is fantastic and my children have always bonded well with their key workers and the carers seem to have a real affection for the children and to genuinely care, which is so important when you're leaving your little ones in the care of others. They have made some lovely friends there and regularly come home with arts and crafts. The menu also appears to be pretty good and I'm sure that my two are good eaters as they've also been offered such a variety of food at the nursery. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery or preschool in the local area.

My little boy has been at Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool since he was nine months old and is now in the preschool room. All of the staff are so kind, caring and create plenty of learning opportunities through play in every room. It's a home away from home and we will be sad to leave when he starts school in September. I couldn't have choose a better nursery for him.

We have had used Potten End Nursery for the last 5 years for 2 of our children. The site and surroundings of the nursery are incredible and are why we chose the nursery. The staff are warm, attentive and dedicated. The nursery rooms are always clean and full of new and fun toys.

Fantastic nursery, I have always felt a warmth from the staff when dropping off my daughter, who hugely enjoys her time there. Indoor facilities are perfect for her development needs, as well as the outside spaces which are set in a lovely location for her to play. Would hugely recommend to anyone.

I have had my child here since the age of eight months and we love the nursery. The outside space is amazing and the children are constantly using it which we love, my child loves being outside so that is a massive bonus. The staff are very warm and welcoming and I feel very confident leaving my child with the staff as I know that I can always ring. The activities that the nursery do are always thought about and my child's interests are always taken into account. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool and I am so glad I chose this nursery for my child.

We have been really happy with our son attending Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool for the last couple of years. We initially chose the nursery as there are really good facilities for the different age groups, as well as plenty of outdoor space for the children to play in. The food is also home cooked on site which was also a big plus point for us. Our son has become really attached to the friendly and welcoming staff within each age group and they have really helped with his development.

Having had two children go through the nursery, with my youngest currently in the pre-school room, I can whole heartedly recommend this nursery, with its friendly and caring staff who create activities based on the children's interests and needs. A ton of outside space is used every day come rain or shine and they have lovely resources for the children to play with, it really is a fabulous place for children to grow and develop.

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool since she was nine months old and will be here until she goes to school. She has been very happy since day one and has been well looked after and carefully educated by the enthusiastic staff every step of the way. The care and attention paid to the children are exactly what parents look for, they really get to know each personality and cater to the needs of every age group. We would not hesitate to recommend this nursery and preschool to anyone locally, it is a friendly, family atmosphere which we will miss very much!

We have one child who started at Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool aged 3, transferring from another nursery in the area. The transition was managed really well and she was supported well with lots of settling in sessions. We have another child who has attended since 10 months old and he was welcomed warmly by the lovely staff. Both children are thriving, they have excellent relationships with the staff and are developing great peer relationships too.

The nursery setting is a real highlight, it's very peaceful and surrounded by farmland and fields, the nursery has lots of open outdoor space for outdoor activities which the children love.

She seems to have lots of fun with all the different activities available and the brilliant outdoor space available. We are really happy with her development and has made some great friends!
The nursery have managed the challenges with Covid really well and has been really reassuring through the past months.

I would recommend this nursery to any mummy and daddy’s out there.

I would recommend Bright Horizons, Potten End every single time. The care, support and fun they provide to both my children is outstanding. The activities and structure are perfect with plenty of outside fun and a real family atmosphere. They’ve been especially kind and caring to the children since Covid hit and it has made an enormous difference to us all. Thank you!

I cannot praise the manager and the rest of the staff enough for how amazing they have been. Both my children have/are going through diagnosis for autism and they have been instrumental in getting other services involved, giving the boys (and us) all the support we have needed. I really don’t know what we would have done without their support.
My eldest son also has allergies and behaviours around food which can be difficult. I know that the team keep him safe and do a great job supporting him.

I also wanted to praise the team on how responsive they have been to the pandemic. It certainly can’t have been easy to respond to the ever-changing landscape of rules and guidelines. I know with certainty that our boys are in safe and competent hands.

We love Potten End Nursery. After trying another childcare setting and being unhappy we were anxious about starting nursery. However, they couldn't have done more for us. Our little one loves it and feels loved and well cared for. Activities are varied and her development well tracked. Communication is excellent and alk staff are warm, kind and friendly.

Facilities are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Since my child started to go to the nursery, her social skills improved and speech developed quickly. It is really good that kids are engaged in many activities during the day. Food is tasty, my daughter eats everything at the nursery without a fuss.

The outside play area is excellent. I like that kids are spending a lot of time in the fresh air. Very happy with the nursery.

Since my son joined Muddy Puddles, he has progressed so well in the preschool, he is now ready to start big school.

The activities provided are so well thought out and are fun and exciting for the children. The nursery is based in such beautiful grounds and has recently had a refurbishment. Each room now looks so light and airy and clean. Would recommend this nursery to every family.

Our experience so far has been fantastic. My son is very happy at Nursery and had formed a strong bond with his key worker and other members of staff within the room. I feel confident leaving him in their care and can't ask for more than that. The surroundings are spacious and rural giving a peaceful feel and the rooms have all been recently decorated. Generally very happy.

Since joining nursery, our little baba has absolutely loved every day. She really enjoys going in every morning. The staff are super, very nice and caring with the children. The little one is always busy playing when we pick her up, says a quick hello and goes back to the nursery toys. It's just brilliant for us to know she is so happy there.
