When my eldest attended the nursery, we were so pleased with the attentive and caring staff and inviting environment, so much so that we didn't think twice about our youngest's attendance!
The staff are phenomenal, supportive and all-round amazing.

Bright Horizons Watford is a warm, nurturing safe environment for my two year old. He has been with the nursery since he was ten months and upon being first shown around, I knew it was the right place for what I was looking for. All staff, including the management team, greet you with a warm smile and
no problem is ever too big for them. Staff truly care, and it is shown when I collect my son as staff tell me not just what he has eaten or slept, but what he has been learning during the day. I also had a meeting before he moved into the next room, about what his next learning steps would be, which was really informative.
A wonderful place, I would highly recommend to any prospective parent.

Excellent facilities and very caring staff. Our daughter settled in very quickly after joining at 14 months old. As a parent I can thoroughly recommend this day nursery.

My son has moved into the toddler room and I want to say how supported his old and new key person has been to transition him. My son is very settled in nursery and the staff meet all his needs. I feel the staff do an amazing job and are always friendly when I go to pick up my son, I get a good handover
about his day. When transitioning my son to the new room, the staff also made it easy for me, such as they said if you need anything for us to do, please ask as we are here to support you too.

This nursery is absolutely fantastic. My daughter settled in really well and really fast. She built a really strong bond with all the staff and regularly talks about them at home.
The food is amazing and they have really been able to accommodate my daughter's dietary requirements.
The staff are
so welcoming and lovely - they really make my daughter feel at home. Her development has come so far from when she started and I get to see her learning progress whenever I like which is really good.
The nursery is clean and always kept warm for the children. My daughter loves to explore the garden and all the variety of equipment that the nursery provides. The staff always take time to ask how I am and I really like that they do that.
I love how diverse the nursery is. They try to celebrate the festivals we do at home too and that makes me really glad. I am really happy that I found the perfect place for my daughter.

We started with the nursery about a month ago and from the manager/deputy manager right down to the key workers are just exceptional! The nursery is very clean and has amazing facilities for little ones, the kitchen and chef onsite are incredible, providing nutritious and a varied diet with food offered
to my little one practical every couple of hours. They were so caring and attentive to our and our little girl's needs. They were very flexible with her settling in sessions and have always accommodated us in every aspect. I always have received a very informative report about my daughter on every occasion I go pick her up. Her key worker is an absolute star. She is very attentive and caring towards, my daughter and has formed a lovely bond with her. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

The staff are attentive and caring. I feel reassured when leaving my baby and each time I call throughout the day to receive an update. The food is excellent and the nursery has lovely facilities and a large garden which I know my little boy really enjoys.

So impressed with the thoughtfulness of the preschool team to support my son's religious background. The team research each of the Jewish festivals and share their findings with the children. Yesterday they all baked traditional honey cake and all the kids took a piece home. In addition, they made a
collage of my son baking for us to keep. So thoughtful - it’s the attention to detail that ensures my son flourishes here! Thank you, team!

As a parent I feel that my son is always cared for very well at the nursery, he absolutely loves going there and loves all the staff that work there. Whenever I asked for something for the staff to do, they would do it straight away for me. He loves the food the chef makes and if there was any medication
he had to take all the staff would make sure he took it at the right times. As a parent, I would really recommend this nursery as the children always seem so happy to be there, the staff are very polite, wonderful with the children and always meet their needs.

The staff are very caring. Our son has learnt so much through his interests. He is happy to go to nursery and always comes homes smiling with stories to tell.
His key person knows him as well as we do and really supports his learning through exciting activities related to his interests. He loves the
food and excitedly tells us what he's eaten and that he saw the chef. The chef makes sure that the food is enjoyed by everyone and caters for everyone's needs.

Our son has attended the nursery since he was one year of age. It took a while for him to settle and at the same time hard for us as parents to leave him. The staff were so kind, caring and reassuring that our son soon formed relationships with his key worker and other members of staff.
Management
are the nursery have been fabulous - very approachable and have allowed us to occasionally change his nursery days when needed. Our son is currently in the nursery room and he absoloutley loves it! Our only concern is that we are not kept as up to date as we would like with his progress.

I like that nursery is in a new building and has floor heating. The outside are is big and well kept. The food is really good- fresh and tasty.
When I had any concerns they were met and solved in a professional manner. The staff are really good and friendly and my daughter love all her carers. I also
like that there was a small pet in my baby's room as she could interact with the animal.
What I think is in need of improvement is the air condition system in the building.
I also don't like that kids with high temperature and obvious signs of flu/cold are allowed to attend the sessions.

We have been very happy sending our little girls to kids unlimited. Staff have always been very warm and friendly and have been flexible to meet our needs. In terms of learning and development, I feel that our daughter has come on leaps and bounds. She speaks very fondly of her peers and grown ups and
sometimes doesn't want to leave the nursery when I go and pick her up. There has been good preparation for school and we will miss it when she has to move on. Thanks KU for all that you do xx

My children have been at the nursery for a couple of months now and I am very pleased. The nursery staff really care and understand my children and nothing is too much for them. They have taken the time to get to know us as a family. The management is proactive, warm and friendly. All the staff are
professional and clearly enjoy their job. Security is very high and there are a lot of reminders on the doors. The food variety is brilliant.

The nursery is located in Watford with nearby links to Met station. The staff are warm and friendly with a few exceptions. Kids develop mostly in the toddlers group of the Nursery.


The policy of the nursery is shocking. Unprecedented reviews of the charges and increases twice a year, staff retention

is very poor and the learning and development does not improve as the child enters Pre-school. Expensive for the value they add. Safety is a concerns as the entrance is not monitored by staff and there have been reports of intruders breaching the safety net of the nursery.


Activities for kids are charged over and above the normal nursery charges.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

In 2017, Cassie began her journey in early years as a student studying Health and Social Care, during which she completed a work placement at one of our nurseries. It was during this time that she discovered her passion and love for working with young children, which led her to enrol in an apprenticeship with Bright Horizons.


Since then, she has worked at our Maidenhead and Mount Vernon branches, covering two consecutive maternity leave positions. She is currently supporting the Watford setting while the manager is on maternity leave.


Throughout her time covering maternity roles, she has thoroughly enjoyed meeting staff across the different settings and supporting them as they grow as educators and explore their individual passions. Her own passion lies in creating safe, enriching, and nurturing environments for the children in our care, ensuring they have the best possible start in life. She finds it deeply rewarding to know she is making a difference, helping children feel valued and confident as they flourish in their development.
