I was very anxious about sending my little girl to nursery, as it has just been me and her for 18 months and she doesn’t know any different to that - covid lockdown baby! The staff have not only supported me in this decision and really calmed my anxiety and nerves, but have also helped my little one's
transition too. She always has a couple of tears at handover, but the staff do such an efficient job at calming her down. So much so, that she has always stopped crying only a minute later! I can really see how my child’s confidence has grown since starting here and I can’t wait for her to continue growing here.

My son has attended this nursery for over a year and has been so happy there. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are large and modern. Parking on-site. Both my older son (now 5 years old) and my youngest girl (1-year-old), have gone to this nursery and they both really loved it. Every time I have gone to pick up or drop off, I am greeted with smiles and the manager is very warm and welcoming. There is an app which is updated daily with what your child
has done for the day and sometimes even pictures of activities they have taken part in. The nursery is super clean and has a very large garden, perfect for growing kids.

My daughter started at this Nursery and I feel as though I have made a very important decision by sending her here, the staff are extremely welcome and always go the extra mile, they are very attentive towards my daughter's needs. Since joining the nursery she has developed so many new skills and has
massively grown in confidence and I feel as though she start talking to me in-depth about her day including meal times and toilet times. I would highly recommend this nursery as the staff now feel like extra family members and my daughter has only been here for three months. Great staff, incredible attitudes and I can categorically say when dropping my daughter here each morning I know she is in very safe professional hands.

My son transferred to Bright Horizons Watford Day Nursery and Preschool for a few months from another nursery, due to the pandemic. Bright Horizons Watford Day Nursery and Preschool have always been fantastic and my son was settled in from day one and really didn't notice the change as his routine was
kept the same.
The transfer was so easy with no problems and very professional in keeping us parent's updated. All the staff have been so good through this tough past year and have always put the children first at all times. I would highly recommend this nursery and would like to also especially thank one member of staff for everything she has done for both of my children, who have been under her care in recent years. Overall we are very happy with Bright Horizons Watford Day Nursery and Preschool. Especially seeing my daughter come out with a happy face all the time. Job Title: Nursery Manager

In 2017, Cassie began her journey in early years as a student studying Health and Social Care, during which she completed a work placement at one of our nurseries. It was during this time that she discovered her passion and love for working with young children, which led her to enrol in an apprenticeship with Bright Horizons.


Since then, she has worked at our Maidenhead and Mount Vernon branches, covering two consecutive maternity leave positions. She is currently supporting the Watford setting while the manager is on maternity leave.


Throughout her time covering maternity roles, she has thoroughly enjoyed meeting staff across the different settings and supporting them as they grow as educators and explore their individual passions. Her own passion lies in creating safe, enriching, and nurturing environments for the children in our care, ensuring they have the best possible start in life. She finds it deeply rewarding to know she is making a difference, helping children feel valued and confident as they flourish in their development.
