Our daughter (21 months old) is attending the nursery for over a year now and she seems happy. She also comes back home and she demonstrates things she has learned at the nursery which very nice to see. We are very pleased with the staff and her key person in particular (Rebekah). This is perhaps the most important aspect. We trust Rebekah and our daughter is clearly fond of her. To note also that we also like the modern look of the facilities/building, compared also to other nurseries we had visited.

My child absolutely loves his time at Bright Horizons. Everyday there are new enriching activities, all of the staff are really helpful and encouraging. The facilities are fantastic and we get regular updates through the app. My child runs into Nursery every morning with a huge smile on their face, which is a sign of how much they enjoy their time.

Choosing a Nursery for my child has been difficult but now I know I didn't make a bad choice for my son placing him in Bright Horizons. Being away from my son as I work has left me to ease knowing he's been taken care of well in a professional and timely manner. All the staffs are super caring,kind and friendly towards Adrian. A big thank you to all the staffs. I am seeing a good improvement in my son in all ways.

Our son has faced his share of challenges, and as parents, we were anxious about finding the right setting for his growth and development. From the very beginning, the team at Bright Horizons welcomed him with open hearts and minds. They didn't just accommodate his needs - they took time to understand him, celebrate his progress, and create an environment where he could truly flourish. The staff are nothing short of exceptional: well-trained, compassionate, and incredibly intuitive. Every interaction showed us that they genuinely cared. They tailored activities to suit my son's sensory needs, used communication techniques that worked best for him, and always kept us informed with honesty and kindness.We're endlessly grateful

Really happy with the care provided to our daughter. She’s settled in really well and happily goes in to the baby room each morning. Staff are always smiling, high energy and seem very well trained. It’s the same staff week in and week out and they all know my daughter's name. They knacker her out each day with a range of activities. She sleeps amazingly on nursery days. The app is great so we can see what she’s eaten and how she’s slept. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Very happy with the nursery. My little one loves it, the staff are lovely and professional, they update the app throughout the day, so we know exactly what the babies do and when. The daily activities are perfect for the babies' development. I would definitely recommend!

My child has been at this nursery for a few months and we’ve had a very positive experience. The staff are so professional, friendly, communicative and reassuring. They always give feedback on how my child’s day has been and reassure any initial worries I had about how he is settling into a new environment. They’ve supported him well and he seems very happy there. The management team are also very helpful and respond to queries very quickly. The food is varied and nutritious. Every member of staff I have met in each department, seem so caring and friendly, especially to the children. An added bonus is the app where updates are given throughout the day. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I feel comfortable leaving my son there. Happy and helpful staff always available to listen to my queries and offer advise. Excellent nursery to place your children. It has great play/learning structure and wonderful food choices.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 18 months now. The team there are long-standing, mature and experienced. We receive daily app updates on the activities the children have been doing and regular updates on development and observations as well as the basics such as food, and sleep changes. The manager and staff are professional, mature and very approachable and the nursery itself is clean, well-maintained and secure. My daughter has recently turned 2 and therefore is eligible for the relevant funding, this has been well organised and communicated. My little one is very happy here.

My son has been at Bright Horizons Watford Day Nursery and Preschool since he was four months old. He has thrived here and it was the best decision I made for him. The quality of the food is very good and my son always asks for more portions.

Honestly can't say enough good things about this nursery. My son has additional needs, which made us very concerned when choosing a setting. The entire team have been fantastic with him and helped him progress. The communication from staff to parents on children’s welfare and updates is great, and I couldn’t imagine my son ever going to another setting. Would give ten stars, if possible; the team/ management/everyone is great!

Outstanding!! I am overly satisfied with the service we received as a family at Bright Horizons Watford. My son moved from a previous nursery and found it difficult to settle in. Everyone at the nursery went over and beyond with their continued patience and perseverance to make sure he was happy. He now runs to the nursery and sees it as his safe place. The whole team are super friendly, child focused, child centred making sure everything they do is in the best interests of the child. Their professionalism and passion for caring for children really shines through their work. The nursery is big, spacious, super clean, structured, organised with high standard facilities and equipment. It is colourful and very child friendly making it very safe and secure. All communication is informative and detailed making sure all my child’s developments are noted with strengths and actions on what to work on. 100% recommend to others to send their children.

We couldn’t be happier with the life our two little ones lead here. Every individual that works there welcomes both children and parents as a friend and the confidence and capabilities in them both is reflected in their care. We love the staff members, each one proudly their own personality that encourages individualism in the kids too. We’ve not yet had a day that they don’t want to go in. I’m certain I and they will miss it when the time comes to leave.

We have been attending Watford Day Bright Horizons for over 3 years and have been very happy for our children to attend there. Both of our children have always been very happy there. Whenever we had a question it was always answered quickly and in full, where we felt listened to. The staff genuinely care, are friendly and polite and strive to be the best. We were quite anxious about picking the right nursery, especially with our second child who had to start nursery for the first time during Covid but felt reassured about how well they safely managed the pandemic. I would recommend this nursery for your little one.

It is always daunting when choosing a nursery for your child, however, the team at this nursery make you feel right at home! My child has been going for over six months now and in that time he has come on leaps and bounds and I really think the nursery should take most of the credit for this. His speech has developed, so has his social skills and this is all thanks to the fantastic staff who work there. He really loves attending, which makes us love it even more! Aside from the excellent staff, the building is great and well equipped to meet our child's needs, the food they receive is also great, so is the parents' app, which keeps us informed throughout the day. I highly recommend this fantastic nursery!

I love Watford Nursery. It is amazing and my child loves it too. The staff are welcoming in the morning and always make my child feel safe. I have never felt uncertain to bring my child to nursery, because it is more like her second home, so overall, I am really happy with the care my child gets at nursery.
