The app is great for keeping us informed of his daily routines, and any queries we have as new parents to the nursery are answered swiftly.

My child has had the best start to her nursery life with Busy Bees. She runs in and out, comes out clean, tells me about her day and has developed so much since she had been there. Special shout out to 3 of the staff in particular. My child loved her key worker and spoke about her all the time. Thank you for being so welcoming.

I have put both my daughters through the Busy Bees nursery at Shenley over the past four years, with a few ups and downs along the way. The current Centre Director arrived in late 2019 and I have to say that he has turned the nursery around. I am sad that my youngest has now moved on - our entire family has felt welcomed and loved by all the staff, not just the child attending the setting. Towards the end of 2019, the nursery was having a few problems with lots of staff changes, and then came along COVID to challenge everyone. And I have to say that the Centre Director and his team handled it perfectly, and since the return of the children in June I have nothing but praise for everyone. My daughter was so happy there, and every morning she would bound in through the doors and never look back. What more do you want? I am only sad I am not around to see where he will take this nursery in the future.

Both my children have been through the nursery in the last six years. Their happiness has always been my priority and that is shared with the wonderful staff at Busy Bees. I love the nursery and the warm environment provided.

I have two children here, both joined at six months old and I continue to be very happy with our choice of nursery. I was worried post lockdown how the children would adapt to being back but the nursery sent videos during lockdown which was lovely and also activities. The pre-school room is great with many new resources and I am excited (but sad) about my son's final year with all the fun they seem to have planned to get them ready for school. My daughter came on leaps and bounds within a week of being back, her speech continues to amaze me but I know the team are extremely encouraging. The staff are amazing and really do care about the children.

We would like to thank everybody at Busy Bees for their investment into our daughter over these years. She came in as a little girl and is leaving a little lady.

My child did not have a consistent key worker, the key worker was changed a couple of times without letting me know directly, I found out when I was collecting my child a week after. There is no consistent feedback as the morning shift and evening shift do not seem to speak to each other, they never know about any instructions I left with the morning carers and there was no written feedback in the parent review process. My child had frequent unexplained bruises, cuts and scratches, never had an explanation. The teaching aspect is non-existent that I can see, they depend heavily on parents paying extra for everything that should really be included in the fees which are above average. The management is extremely poor as trying to address issues with management is basically impossible, every issue raised is quickly dismissed. All together ensuring your child reaches milestones is not monitored. Your child can easily fall behind or get lost.

We have been so impressed with Busy Bees. The feedback at the end of the day is always fantastic and both of my girls are so happy being there.

I have recently found out I am expecting my second baby and Busy Bees Shenley is my first choice once again, i cannot recommend this nursery enough! Thank you to the manager and the team for taking care of my baby girl as if she was your own! xx

Any questions I have are always dealt with very quickly.

Both my children attended Busy Bees with one still there. The nursery’s facilities are fantastic, nice and bright with displays from the children. The outdoor areas are spacious and lots of items to play and ride with and a little woodland to find insects and leaves, plants etc. The staff are really friendly, helpful and caring, and my daughter loves all the activities that are provided. The menu is superb with various different foods for the children to experience.

My son is thriving and we are all very impressed with everything! It comes highly recommended by us!

We have been so pleased to see how well our son has settled into the baby room. The workers are so kind and caring and although it has taken a few weeks for him to settle, they have persevered and always had a smile on their faces. It is clear that they love their job and they work so hard to ensure that he is happy!

Busy Bees at Shenley has been a home away from home for my girls. The staff are caring and kind. They know my girls well and ensure that they have the best experience possible at school.

My son has been going to Busy Bees at Shenley since June 2018 due to me changing jobs, as before he used to go somewhere else. Due to my experiences at the previous nursery being very good, I was a bit hesitant at the start but I have to say I’m very happy with the choice of Busy Bees. The staff are lovely and my son absolutely loves it. When I bring him in and he’s upset, they’ll comfort him and they don’t mind me calling after to see if he’s ok. Brilliant nursery and great staff!

We have been using Busy Bees at Shenley over the past 7 years and have been extremely impressed with the nursery from day one to date. The nursery is always evolving and very innovative in their ideas from children activities to different food menus for the children. We have peace of mind when our children have been in the care of Busy Bees at Shenley staff. It's so impressive that, from management to my child’s key worker to the chef, they all know my child’s name even if they don’t have regular interaction with them. It shows the staff treat my child as if she was one of their own. Busy Bees at Shenley is the top of the Champions League of all aspiring nurseries and this is due to excellent bespoke facilities both inside and outside and such experienced and qualified staff whose attention to detail is second to none. Management have created a lovely ambience within the nursery which makes us feel that our little lady is safe and well and always looks forward to coming to nursery to see her friends and key workers.

A well organised and friendly nursery. All members of staff are so friendly and welcoming. They know all the children who come through the door and always say hi. They have such a good understanding of my child's ability, next steps and likes and dislikes. They do detailed observations and take photos on a regular basis. They are always willing to talk to us at drop off or pick up about my child and see my child as an individual. The rooms are always clean and different activities set out. The food the children get is amazing, lots of variety and choice! They are so caring and keep us informed of accidents or if our child hasn't eaten well, they always offer an alternative. So happy with my daughter's progress and care they give her!

My daughter started at Busy Bees at Shenley in September. I was a bit apprehensive as she had been at another nursery up until preschool, so it was a big transition for her, but the staff here have been absolutely fantastic. They always have a smile on their face and my daughter really enjoys going to school. I am so glad we found Busy Bees!

From the moment I enter the nursery to date, the staff have been helpful. My son loves it at this nursery.

The manager is warm and accommodating. After our initial nursery closed, the manager and another member of staff were so helpful and understanding of our needs. I can truly say they have been a blessing in disguise and I wish I had known about them sooner.
