Busy Bees will be always special for our family because my son was very happy to go this school.also his lovely teachers teached him english...all teachers and staff very kind and helpful. my son started reception but still talking about busy bees:)thank you all for everything

My daughter was 10 months old when she started and was understandably sad when I left her at nursery. After a few weeks she has really settled in well and smiles excitedly at all the staff now which makes me feel more at ease. The staff give me a good handover when I go to pick her up even though a lot of the info is on the app. She seems to be doing lots of art & crafts even though she is still young. They try to spend lots of time outside in the garden if the weather is good. The meals seem varied and healthy and she is eating all of it so it must be good. Apart from a little cold she also hasn't had a lot of illnesses yet either (fingers crossed). We are very happy with Busy Bees Shenley, no complaints from us

Great nursery, lovely staff. My little one loves it there. He went through the usual challenges of not wanting to go in and crying but they handled it so well and now he runs in himself. Thank you to everyone at the team.

Our daughter loves going to Busy Bees Shenley nursery. She is very happy there and as her mum I am very happy with them. She loves food there, all activities. Thank you for everything you do for our daughter.

When picking nursery for my son I was very hesitant due to him being nonverbal. From the initial visit I felt comfortable sending him. He settled in so well. The nursery have worked extremely hard to help my son with his needs and anyone who has seen him since he started can see a huge improvement. One staff member in particular especially has built a great relationship with him where although he can not voice his needs she understands him very well. He gives eye contact which is a huge indication of the work everyone has put in. I am extremely grateful to everyone in the nursery for what they have done and sending my son to Busy Bees Shenley was the best decision. They have a genuine care for the kids which as parent puts me as ease.

Busy Bees Shenley has consistently provided a wonderful environment for my son that has nurtured his social skills and contributed hugely to his development, particularly his speech and comprehension. We are continually surprised by new phrases, new songs and information he comes home with. They take a genuine interest in each child's wellbeing and development. Each member of staff (even from different rooms) seems to know each individual child, not just by face, but by name and personality. They seem genuinely excited and proud of him on milestones in his development (e.g. toilet training), which reinforces our belief that they genuinely care about him. We were worried when starting Busy Bees initially, as we are vegan and are bringing our son up vegan too. With so many little mouths to feed, we were concerned this would be an issue, but it has been catered for wonderfully since day 1. His meals are impressively varied, balanced, and he loves food at nursery.

I am so grateful for the care and attention my daughter receives at Busy Bees Shenley. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and truly nurturing. They've created a safe and warm environment where my daughter feels loved and encouraged to learn and explore. The curriculum is engaging, offering a variety of activities that keep the children excited and curious. The teachers are dedicated and take the time to understand each child's individual needs and interests. It's clear they're invested in the children's development and I've seen my daughter's confidence and social skills grow since starting. The nursery also fosters a strong sense of community. Communication is fantastic and I always feel informed through updates, photos and meetings. I'm reassured knowing my daughter is in such caring hands. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees Shenley to anyone looking for a nurturing, enriching environment for their child.

What an amazing nursery! The best in the area in my opinion the staff can't do enough. The app is updated constantly making it easy for me to keep track. The staff genuinely care and my daughter has had the best experience there. We are moving house soon so we unfortunately have to leave after 6 months and I'm devastated! Such a positive experience especially being a first-time working mum. Thank you to the centre director, another member of staff in particular and all the amazing girls there you are wonderful!

Our son is always so excited to go into nursery and runs in with a smile each day. He has made such good friendships and loves all of the teachers. He has come on leaps and bounds with his learning. He loves talking about what he did at nursery - so many fun activities for them. The facilities are excellent - learning areas, soft play, sensory room and so much outside space. The centre director is great - she is very hands-on, approachable and close to the children. My daughter is also at the nursery and is happy there too - the care in the baby room has been fab.

Both my daughters attend Busy Bees, my eldest started from 2.5 years old and my youngest at 8 months old. Both of them love going to school every day, so much so they sing and clap when I’m parking up outside the school. The school provides a warm, friendly and loving environment and you are always greeted with a friendly smile by staff. My daughters have formed close bonds with the teachers there and sometimes don’t want to leave when I come to fetch them. They learn through creativity and have lots of outdoor play which my kids love. They are taught to be independent little beings while still having their teachers on hand for guidance and support. My daughter leaves Busy Bees to start reception in September and I know how she will miss it there and all the bonds she has formed with teachers and friends alike. I’m so glad we chose to send our girls to Busy Bees and I look forward to the years ahead there with my younger daughter and to see her continue to thrive.

The Busy Bees, Shenley team led by the centre director and deputy centre director, are absolutely amazing! Our two boys (aged 4 years old and 22 months old) have really thrived under the centre's care. They run in at drop off, hugging the teachers and have huge smiles on their faces every day at pick up. They are well looked after, the curriculum is great, the food is healthy and they actually eat it (unlike at home) and they have made wonderful friends. We could not be more pleased with our nursery experience. To all the fantastic teachers and staff, thank you so much for taking such great care of our boys. We are lucky to have you!

I am very happy with Busy Bees Shenley. My daughter has attended from the age of 11-months and is now 3 and a half years old. The facilities are great. The rooms are spacious, with lots of great activities. There is helpful information at the entrance to keep us updated as parents, which is useful for when we weren’t able to go inside to collect our children. I love the outdoor space and how this is used so well. However, most importantly, the staff, room leaders, deputy and nursery manager are wonderful. They are always so welcoming, nurturing, knowledgeable and friendly to my child as well my older daughter who attended this nursery too, and me and my partner. When we have challenging days, the director, another member of staff and the room staff have been so supportive and given us great advice which has been reassuring. I feel confident that my child is going to be well cared for, nurtured and exposed to lots of stimulating activities and thrive every day.

My child has been at this nursery since 2018 and the improvements that I’ve seen with the new management are incredible, it’s like a different nursery, so much so that my second child is there now too. The key workers form lovely relationships with the kids and really get to know them and their quirks so I feel safe that the kids are being cared for and loved. The outdoor spaces are great and the kids are outside in all weathers which I like. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

My daughter has been there since 4 months old, starting in July 2018 and has thrived and continues to blossom into an amazing little girl. That is partly down to the care and love she has had at Busy Bees. Sending your child to nursery is filled with anxiety and for me especially, my daughter going at such a young age was a real struggle for me in the work/life balance. However, after locking myself in my car and crying on the first-morning drop off she has loved every minute. The team that has looked after her through each phase has always made her feel safe, loved and given her confidence and encouragement every step of the way. In particular, she has such a lovely relationship with her main caregiver and talks about her all of the time. I cannot speak more highly of the manager and his team. Their professionalism and friendly familiarity are so comforting you can see everything they do is for the children, to give them the best experience and also to have fun!

Our son started at this nursery a few months ago and absolutely loves it. He is happy every morning to be dropped off and adores the staff. He is fed very and well and takes part in a variety of activities, both inside and outside. There is great daily feedback through an app, which advises of everything, including photos and observations. The staff have been extremely caring and helpful and we cannot fault them. Especially as we are first-time parents and tend to call a lot! Thank you to the manager and all the staff at Busy Bees Shenley. We recommend to all!

My daughter loves this nursery and this makes me happy and has confidence that she is enjoying her time with the staff members and other kids. This nursery improved my daughter behaves and her language, she listens more and she knows how to play now. Overall I will never change this nursery!

My child is so excited to go out the house and to Busy Bees at Shenley each morning. He cannot wait to see the management and his key workers, as they all make him feel so happy and welcome. He goes into Busy Bees at Shenley and doesn't even look back. The care is just wonderful, the food is nutritious and the fun is never ending! Thank you so much to the whole team, we feel so fortunate for our child to be with you each day.

We have had both our girls in Busy Bees Shenley since the age of 6months. They both adore going to the nursery, and they’ve never said they’ve ever had a bad day! The changes in staff over the last 18months have only improved the nursery, and the way they’ve handled things through the pandemic has been excellent. There is a clear direction provided by management and the room managers communicate key issues and development goals well. We would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nursery, we are just sad that our eldest will be departing for school in September.

Wonderful nursery, highly recommended. We moved our little one here from a so-called 'outstanding' nursery and have never looked back. Every day starts with a smile and the little one always comes home happy and giggling about their day. I love this nursery, I love the management that is so friendly and genuine, everything here is transparent. The children are happy, the food is great. Not restricted or on rations. No budget or basics. The children are sung to, read to, encouraged to play with each other. As a parent, I could not ask for anything more and I assure you I have viewed 20 + nurseries spanning from South London to North London on various moves. I have been on parent committees and involved in helping to recruit for new management at a number of nurseries that I have merely been just a parent at, I understand the importance and the concerns as a parent and I would honestly say Ofsted ratings should not be the deciding factor a parent's instincts should be the only factor.

The friendly and approachable staff have helped our child settle in quickly, and he is always very happy when we pick him up. The nursery has lovely outside spaces with a good range of activities to keep children entertained and to further their learning. The app is great for keeping us informed of his daily routines, and any queries we have as new parents to the nursery are answered swiftly.
