I genuinely couldn’t ask for more from this nursery.

The manager is really friendly and is there most mornings to greet you with 'good morning'. I would highly recommend this nursery, I never have to worry leaving my daughter here to go to work, which makes being a working mum a little bit easier.

The food is also excellent and the staff are amazing at helping my daughter try new and different foods which she finds challenging.

My daughter has been going to Busy Bees for 4 months now and really loves it. They have a great selection of toys and a lovely outdoors area where they are encouraged to play to get fresh air throughout the day. The menu is always varied and healthy.

Staff are friendly, approachable and trustworthy. Both of my children enjoy/enjoyed attending Busy Bees at Letchworth and there is a varied range of activities for children to do as well as a good sized garden for outdoor play.

My son found it hard to settle initially and his key worker at each stage went above and beyond, making him feel welcome and secure. Communication with parents is great and they really help with issues/key learnings that have been going on at home. For example, my son has really had problems sleeping and his key worker continued the positive reinforcement behaviours and rewards that we were using at home to address this.

A great nursery, my little boy loves going and is always doing fun and learning activities. The food is really good and the staff are excellent.

Busy Bees offers a safe and happy environment where the children are looked after and supported in their development. There have been some recent improvements in structured learning activities for the preschoolers and in regular communications with parents.

Our son has been at Busy Bees Letchworth from 12 months to now 2.5 years. He absolutely loves it and the staff are so supportive and friendly, especially when he needs that extra help around teething. The activities are great and he really enjoys getting outside in the lovely garden with his friends. We would have no doubt in recommending Busy Bees Letchworth to other parents.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees in Letchworth. My son left in the August of 2017 and my daughter is still there in the 'Sharks' (pre-school) room. Both my husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the way our children have been cared for and developed during their time at Busy Bees. I would like to particularly call out the improvements we have seen in the nursery over the last 12 - 18 months (which have only sky-rocketed since the manager took over a few months ago). The staff are all wonderful and it's also great to see some more male role models in the nursery as I think they are particularly important for young children. The level of engagement between parents and nursery has dramatically increased lately which is fantastic and there is an additional air of professionalism whilst putting the children first which is really reassuring. I never worry about my children left in your care and they have always been so excited to go every single day. So, thank you.

My child has attended the setting since 8 months old and every room he has been in the staff have been fantastic and met my child's needs. The staff are also very easy to approach if I ever have any concerns. He is currently in preschool which he loves. He has some great bonds with the staff, particularly his key worker and will often talk about her. When she feeds back, she shows genuine care for my child and shows the same excitement as myself with his toilet training which is lovely. He will be going to school in September and the activities in the room that are helping to prepare him are brilliant. He is recognising more letters and is getting better with dressing himself since they have introduced PE lessons to help encourage this. He also loves joining in with the super sports and French lessons that are on offer.

The staff are all friendly, approachable and helpful and give an informative overview of her day. When she first started in the baby unit she found it quite tricky to settle - but the staff were amazing and really reassured us. The online app and daily feedback is great - it’s lovely to see and read her observations.

A well run nursery and my son loves coming here. He is full time, 5 days a week and loves the friendly staff and the activities he does - especially dinky dancers! The staff are very professional and helpful. We are kept up to date with things going on at the nursery and regularly informed of our child's progress.

This nursery is amazing I have some bad experiences in the past with other nurseries so this one was a breath of fresh air, you can tell it has been rated outstanding twice.

My daughter loves it, they have great learning structures and the communication with the parents is great they have an app with observations and parents evenings as well as their own book. She has learnt so much since being there.

My son has attended Busy Bees since he was a year old and he is just about to turn three and go into the pre-school room. He loves it here. Both my husband and I have been really impressed with the level of care and attention the staff give to the children. The activities are great and varied, and you can tell that they genuinely care for each and every child that comes through the doors. My son has had a few behavioural issues over the past year, and this has been dealt with sensitively but appropriately by the nursery staff with lots of support from them which has been amazing. My son loves his keyworkers and feels like they are part of his family. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of starting their child at Busy Bees at Letchworth.

The nursery staff have been fantastic and supportive in caring for my child. He settled in quickly and now loves going to nursery. We are always informed if there has been an accident or my child is unwell. He is always cared for appropriately in these situations. Fantastic nursery and staff, would highly recommend to family and friends.

My son thoroughly enjoys his time at Busy Bees. He has an excellent relationship with his key worker. All of the staff are welcoming and the nursery is a friendly place. The facilities available more than suit my son's needs. Ther eare always plenty of activities available.
