Busy Bees Letchworth

Our daughter attends Busy Bees Letchworth and she is very happy! The staff are enthusiastic, kind, friendly and very caring. She has built wonderful relationships with her key worker and the other staff who understand her needs and genuinely care about her well being and growth. Our daughter loves to tell us about the things she has done at nursery during the day and the children always seem to be engaging in a new fun activity! Management takes a very active role, are always there to greet you and are happy to help with any queries you may have. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Both our children attend the Letchworth Busy Bees Nursery and love it there. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the children. The management staff is involved and very approachable. Both my children are happy to go to nursery in the mornings. They have both built strong, meaningful relationships with their key workers as well as with the other staff members they see regularly. My eldest always comes home singing a new song, telling me about some facts he has learnt on the day, or what he played, with his friends. My youngest is taking part in a wide range of activities that I wouldn't be able to provide at home and discovers new interests. Finally, the nursery staff and management team have always listened to us and tried to accommodate our needs when possible. We would thoroughly recommend this nursery.

All of the staff at Busy Bees at Letchworth genuinely care about our little boy. He enjoys going in for his three days and always leaves happy and chatting about his day on the way home. They take time to get to know your child, really care about what they achieve and inform you of any concerns they have had during the day. Highly recommend the nursery and both our children have loved their time here.

Our daughter is very happy at Busy Bees. She talks about the staff and her keyworker and is excited to go to the nursery. She never looks back when we drop her in the mornings. Her confidence has grown since day one and her communication skills have flourished. We would definitely recommend it.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for over a year now and she loves it. She has thrived at the nursery from her social skills to her varied diet and most recently potty training. All the staff are incredibly friendly with the children and parents. I never have a concern taking my daughter into nursery. I have recently had another baby and the support from the manager has been amazing; so helpful and supportive, which in the early days is so important. A big thank you from me to all the staff.

Everyone has been very helpful and our daughter is very happy at nursery. The range of food looks great and care is taken to ensure that a range of activities are on offer every day. Everyone has worked hard to form a bond with our daughter and she is smiley, eating well, napping well and seems very settled. We feel reassured that she is receiving not only fantastic care but that she is really enjoying her days at nursery.

My son loves coming here. He is so excited every morning when we arrive. His progress has been fantastic and he is gaining more confidence. The parent's room is a lovely touch and can make all the difference on a hectic morning. The staff are always so friendly polite and happy. It was definitely the right decision to send my son here and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been at the nursery since he was a baby and he is now in the pre-school room. The staff are extremely attentive and know him very, very well. The nursery is introducing a brand new foundation stage classroom this month which the children are excited about and we can't wait to see what more the nursery can offer the children.

They are so thorough with the feedback each and every day. They support his learning style and adapt to help him develop his language and skills.

We love Busy Bees almost as much our kids do! The standard of care throughout is excellent and their investment in the children’s learning has always impressed us, as has the staff’s creativity. We have been extremely happy with the care our son receives at Busy Bees and he loves it here. He has attended for a little over two years.

The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and professional. Our son has had excellent relationships with his key workers, who have been very caring and nurturing towards him. The baby room helped us enormously when my son first attended because he struggled with bottle feeding and they were so patient and supportive.

We are informed about every aspect of his day, including meals, activities, sleep etc. The parents evenings with his key workers have been very informative and we have been impressed by the wide range of development activities to support his learning.

The many books and toys have kept our son entertained. Every day is exciting for him and he has made lots of friendships, which is lovely to see.

The food is varied and healthy and my son's allergies are well managed.

The management is great, very hands-on and always welcoming.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since late summer last year. After a couple of weeks of feeling unsettled, my daughter is now very happy. The nursery offers extracurricular sport and French sessions for pre-schoolers which my daughter thoroughly enjoys. I am pleased to see the arrival of the new manager, I have seen some positive improvements so far. Communication has improved greatly and I like that the parents receive regular news from nursery management. I look forward to the coming months to see what else changes at the nursery.

An excellent nursery with a great new manager. I can see a real difference. The environment is engaging and the children always seem so happy. This is helped by the excellent team!

My daughter's key worker has been amazing in every way possible and could not have asked for better. She shows passion for the job she does. The new nursery manager is warm and caring with again, a strong passion for the children and their environment and has most recently made positive changes which have certainly been noticed. I look forward to seeing what else he brings the setting.

I would recommend this nursery to any new mum's who like me, wanted only the best day nursery. Busy Bees is a warm, welcoming and well-structured setting. The team in which my daughter is with currently, all work hard to ensure my daughter is happy and have updated me throughout the day to let me know she is OK.

Busy Bees is a wonderful nursery with dedicated and caring staff. As any first time parent returning to work, I was nervous about leaving our little one for the first time but all the staff at Busy Bees at Letchworth have made the transition really smooth and our little boy is thriving.

The food is cooked by chefs onsite which means my son eats very well! This is an outstanding nursery with a new manager which seems totally dedicated to making it even better.

The Parent Zone app updates you during the day about your child, which is good. Everybody is celebrated and looked after well.
