My son started at Busy Bees in August 2025, and the staff have been absolutely amazing. He has multiple food allergies, and the management team at the Letchworth branch carried out a thorough risk assessment before his start date. Thanks to their diligence, he has never had an allergic reaction
there-something we thought would be almost impossible to avoid, but they've managed it flawlessly! This has given us tremendous peace of mind, and he truly loves everyone at the nursery.
They even support his physiotherapy, which has been a huge help for his motor skills development. The activities they provide are fantastic, and we really appreciate all the photo updates. The app is incredibly useful, especially during those early days when you're anxious about how your child is settling in.
The nursery itself is lovely, clean, welcoming, and with an amazing garden. We would wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and engaging environment.

Our child has been at Busy Bees since November 2025. We absolutely love this nursery - the facilities are extensive, clean, bright and interactive. The nursery workers are caring, energetic and detailed when providing updates on how our child is doing. The management is responsive, professional,
efficient, caring and empathetic. Our child is truly thriving and developing at a pace we couldn't have imagined and the nursery feels like a home away from home. We're so pleased we found this nursery!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost 2 years now. We are very happy with her progress and with the overall care that she receives on a daily basis. She enjoys going there. Staff are very nice and reliable and really care about children's wellbeing. I would use it again and highly
recommend it as a parent.

I have 2 children attending nursery and I am really happy with the service, the key persons for my children are amazing and management of this place runs like clockwork, what I really like is that they are accommodating and helpful too- I am particularly impressed on the involvement directly from
the Centre Director

My son has been at busy bees for more than 2 years. He loves going in and the staff are always so attentive. There are always different activities and themes/ focus areas. When he had a mild delay in speech the key worker worked with him to encourage his speech. There is virtually no staff turnover
so all the staff even from other rooms know my son which is comforting. The management are very active and approachable. I would highly recommend!

Our child has been at Busy Bees Letchworth since January 2023 and I cannot fault it. Going back to work earlier than expected, the Centre Director made a huge effort to accommodate us. Our child's key workers in every room have been kind and loving to them, and personable and communicative with us.
We've watched not only our child, but other children in the setting grow in confidence and social skills. They all wave and say hello to the parents and are kind to each other.
Any difficult phases have been worked through with the nursery, with the team offering solutions and support.
Care is given to not only to our child but the whole family. Staff take the time to get to know parents and siblings as well in order to offer a fully rounded support system to each child.
Finally, the development of young staff is incredible. Young people often struggle with shyness and communication, and we have loved watching the youngest staff be developed into confident, knowledgeable professionals.

I have 2 children at Busy Bees Letchworth. My son has attended since Jan 2023 and is now in the toddler room and my daughter started in the baby room in Mar 2025. This is a large and busy nursery which may not suit all children, however, mine have very different personalities and both love coming to
the nursery. Staff are attentive, caring and are knowledgeable about my child's day at pick up. At drop off there are often exciting activities set up ready for the children to get stuck in and there is lots of outdoor space that the children make use of at every opportunity.
Despite only attending the setting two days a week the staff always ensure they don't miss out on seasonal activities such as making mothers day cards or visiting the busy bees 'pumpkin patch'.
My son had a mild speech delay and the nursery proactively put a 1:1 activity plan in place to support his development at nursery.
All of the staff, including the office staff and catering are always friendly and welcoming.

My little boy started at Busy Bees, Letchworth in January this year and we are absolutely thrilled with the nursery and all the wonderful staff. They keep us updated all day with the activities and he often comes home with lots of art and craft work. The staff are incredible. The centre director and
senior early years educator are just wonderful and so welcoming and a particular shout out to the ladies in his class. I know they really care about my son and they celebrate all his milestones with us. I cannot recommend this nursery enough! Just a wonderful and truly caring nursery.

Our daughter loves Busy Bees, Letchworth, she is always happy to be there with a big smile on her face. We can see from the photos and regular updates that she enjoys the variety of activities, different textures to explore and playing outside. She has developed so much and we appreciate the
personal approach. Her key person knows her really well, the other staff in the room are friendly and caring, it is a very positive environment overall. The manager, is pleasant, approachable and really hands-on. The food menu is great too! We are really happy with our choice.

Busy Bees in Letchworth is a great nursery. My oldest son attended it all the way from a baby until school and now my youngest is going to the nursery as well.
The staff really care for the children and I love hearing the personal stories at pick-up time to what they have been up to.
The
activities are very creative and the children learn while playing.
I love that every room is connected to the outside and that the children can spend a lot of time there.
The manager is very approachable and usually available.
The opening hours and close location to the station are very convenient.
I would really recommend this nursery, but really the staff are who make this such a lovely, caring place.

Our son has attended Busy Bees in Letchworth since he was 9 months old and has recently turned 4. He is extremely happy there. The centre director and the team are all very lovely and friendly. Our son has always got on well with each of his care workers throughout the years. Now in preschool there,
they have prepared him well for school. He will be sad to leave when he graduates this summer. Our youngest son will start there in October this year.

All staff are friendly, approachable and trustworthy. A genuine effort is made by management to meet individual needs.
The standards of care and learning through play are excellent.
The nursery is always clean and the toys/resources are in good condition. Great variety of activities and crafts.
Food options are good, with an excellent awareness/understanding of allergies in children.

The Busy Bees, Letchworth team provide excellent care and stimulation for my little one. She is very happy and so are we. She does lots of activities throughout the day to grow and learn and enjoys interacting with the other children and staff.

Our daughter has really benefited from attending Busy Bees - the staff are very caring and we feel very happy that she is well taken care of and understood by the staff and her key worker. She eats and naps well there. Management staff are great - really involved and know our child well. We've had

Both of my children attend Busy Bees and absolutely love it. They have made great connections with their key workers and other staff members. The staff in the rooms know the children really well and plan a range of fantastic activities every day. The meals are nutritious and enjoyed by both of my
children. As well as really enjoying his time there, my son has made great progress with his literacy and numeracy. We are always greeted warmly by senior staff as well as the room staff. Staff at all levels are helpful. I would highly recommend this nursery and I’m so pleased my children are there.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery for our son. Our daughter starts there later this year also. The management is fantastic and all staff we've come across are so kind, caring and interested in the children and their wellbeing and happiness. My son loves going to nursery here and has built
lovely bonds with both key workers he's had to date. He learns a lot at nursery and happily tells us at home about his days there. I can't say enough positive things really. Our experience of this nursery has been wonderful.

Our child has been at the nursery for a couple of years and absolutely loves the staff, who are supportive and caring. They eat all the nutritious food and sleep well during nap time. The staff have been especially helpful with potty training.

Our daughter attends Busy Bees Letchworth and she is very happy! The staff are enthusiastic, kind, friendly and very caring. She has built wonderful relationships with her key worker and the other staff who understand her needs and genuinely care about her well being and growth. Our daughter loves
to tell us about the things she has done at nursery during the day and the children always seem to be engaging in a new fun activity! Management takes a very active role, are always there to greet you and are happy to help with any queries you may have. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Both our children attend the Letchworth Busy Bees Nursery and love it there. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the children. The management staff is involved and very approachable. Both my children are happy to go to nursery in the mornings. They have both built strong, meaningful
relationships with their key workers as well as with the other staff members they see regularly. My eldest always comes home singing a new song, telling me about some facts he has learnt on the day, or what he played, with his friends. My youngest is taking part in a wide range of activities that I wouldn't be able to provide at home and discovers new interests. Finally, the nursery staff and management team have always listened to us and tried to accommodate our needs when possible. We would thoroughly recommend this nursery.

All of the staff at Busy Bees at Letchworth genuinely care about our little boy. He enjoys going in for his three days and always leaves happy and chatting about his day on the way home. They take time to get to know your child, really care about what they achieve and inform you of any concerns they
have had during the day. Highly recommend the nursery and both our children have loved their time here.
