The House That Jack Built is full of caring staff, who go above and beyond to look after my little one! She always enjoys nursery and comes home full of news about all the fun things she has done! They think of creative and inspiring activities and we love seeing all the bits and bobs she comes home with!

Great place to leave my daughter for daycare. She loves being there playing in the garden and always gets excited with the activities. The most important thing I liked was the communication from time to time with pictures and videos. It is just two months since she joined but we can see a lot of difference in her. Thanks to the amazing staff!

Amazingly, this well-run nursery provides the best care and attention to my children. The attention to detail, planning and learning standards are excellent and both of my children would not have developed as well as they have without the brilliant staff.

What an amazing nursery! My daughter has blossomed in their care. The staff have all been fantastic from day 1 and we always look forward to the next nursery day. The daily activities and themes excite the children and are a credit to the thoughtfulness of the staff. My daughter has dietary requirements that have never been a problem and she has never felt like she missed out on any particular food. The phonics lessons have armed my daughter with the perfect base to step into reception class. Communication is also great with plenty of messages and pictures throughout the day. It's obvious the children are enjoying nursery. The management are friendly and approachable and always have the children's interests in mind. Amazing nursery, well done to all the staff, my daughter will be very sad to leave such a fantastic place.

Absolutely the best decision we made was to send our child here, the staff are super attentive, and very caring and have helped hugely in the development of all aspects of our child. The hardest part really is choosing the best staff member every month. They are all so good, with fresh food made on the premises, and lots of updates on games and development. Could not recommend them highly enough.

What an amazing place! The staff are so compassionate, caring and welcoming and really do the best for your child. We were nervous about leaving our son, but they were so understanding and supportive. Now my son runs into nursery and has progressed so much. You feel like you're on their journey with them as they are extremely good at keeping in touch. The activities they do are so creative and keep the children's development in mind. Can't recommend this nursery enough. Thank you all for what you do.

We send both of our children to The House That Jack Built Nursery. We knew from the moment we met the staff that this was the right environment to care for our babies! They love all of the activities, the staff and the other children and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to local families! We also love the app and updates from the staff at pick-up so we can see and hear what the kids get up to during the day! Thank you to all the staff!

My daughter started in September and we have been nothing but pleased with the whole experience. They do so many activities with the kids, her speaking has come on so much since being at the nursery. The staff are nothing but kind, helpful, very professional and really understanding. My daughter loves coming to nursery, we will definitely be sending our second child here.

My husband and I did a lot of research into the nursery before we sent our son. I can truly say the nursery is way above our expectations. The team are amazing and show so much care and support which is so important. I have seen such a massive change in my son's development and can't thank them enough for the amazing support they have provided so far. The facilities and resources are excellent. Our son started at The House That Jack Built Nursery in September 2022 when he was 19 months. We are so happy he went - he has grown in confidence, become independent in many aspects and learnt much more than we would have expected in the short amount of time that he has been attending. Most importantly, he really enjoyed it and looks forward to going - he asks about staff members on the days he is not attending nursery which is lovely! After a great experience with our first child, we could not think of a better place to send our second child. Their friendly nature, commitment and professionalism are shown in everything they do. From the first thing in the morning when our child waits patiently on her daily adventures to pick up time, you know she had a great day. We have daily updates on what she is doing and we know we can approach any member of staff if there is a query. It's easy to see why this is the best nursery because just standing in the queue waiting, every child comes out full of joy.

Our daughter started at The House That Jack Built Nursery in May 2022 and she has come along leaps and bounds since being there. She absolutely loves going to nursery there. They do daily activities and different themes each month. All of the staff are so lovely and attentive, nothing is too big or too small for them. The communication we receive from the nursery is above and beyond. The nursery uses an app to track little one's food, sleep, nappies and observations, you can also add your own observations, so everything is in one place and can be accessed at any time. All food is freshly prepared on-site and the menu is distributed weekly so you know exactly what little one is eating. The nursery has open space play areas for the children and they regularly go on walks. What more could you ask for!

Amazing nursery, my daughter engaged with the staff very well, she never had issues going to nursery. She is happy and enjoys the time spent there. My daughter will start school this September and is well prepared for the next stage of her education. Our family truly appreciate all the support from the nursery.

The care and attention given to my son by all of the staff at The House that Jack Built is fantastic. They provide a nurturing environment that has helped my son thrive. High communication on daily development and activities really helps us to continue learning at home with key skills.

The House That Jack Built is a welcoming and friendly nursery ran by an amazing team. With two kids, a house move and covid, we've experienced a few nurseries and this is by far the best. The team are so kind, caring and understanding and we trust them completely. Our daughter is always happy to go to nursery and staff post regular updates during the day on the app. They put on lots of activities during the week and for special events, and they're always creative and look fun!

My son attended this nursery just before the second lockdown, naturally, his social development was vastly affected by the first lockdown, however, the nursery welcomed him and picked up on his needs. Excellent communication for us as deaf parents using the app messages system, updating us of his progress, tailored to his specific development needs. Recently, supporting my son’s needs for target development. Referral to Speech and Language Therapist too. Whenever he’s upset, they always give him cuddles for comfort which is important for him and his needs. I can honestly say these staff are amazing, despite going through tough times last year and kept their level of care up to the highest standards. Policies are always being reviewed on a regular basis. Being a critical Keyworker myself, I have every confidence in leaving my son in their care.

We have two children at this nursery and they both love it there. As parents it is so important to feel they are cared for, well looked after and their developing personalities nurtured. This is exactly what they get from The House That Jack Built Nursery nursery. All the staff are enthusiastic, kind, and connect so well with the children. The activities the children take part in are fun and interesting, and they always come home telling us stories of how much they have enjoyed their day. We are kept constantly updated throughout the day on what they are doing and are given good feedback on their development progress both through daily messages and also more detailed reports and consultations. We've been at this nursery for just over a year now and I can honestly say we have had a wonderful experience here! Our little one absolutely loves going to the nursery every day. The facilities and range of activities provided for the children are way beyond what we've experienced at other nurseries. The progress we've seen our little one make over the past year has been brilliant and he loves showing us what he has learned every day. The communication between the staff and parents is great, we always know what our little one has done every day and what's going on generally at the nursery. Where we've had a couple of issues and raised them with management, they have responded quickly and comprehensively and followed through on what they say they'll due to address it, meaning we have confidence in them to safely care for our child. You can tell the staff genuinely care for the children and are ever so patient and kind. We highly recommend this nursery!
