Very happy with the nursery. Initially wary of sending child to childcare due to food allergies. In just over a year of being at the nursery, we've had absolutely no issues and the staff have been incredibly supportive. They are also kind and my child has no worries about going to the adults when he needs help or is hurt.
My daughter is now two and has been in the nursery since she was six months old. The staff has been very welcoming and caring, always open to discuss any concerns with her settling in and development. They organise parents' consultations twice a year, giving an additional chance to discuss with our child's keyworker. I've seen my daughter progress so much since joining, that I feel this is an environment that helps her learn a lot, socialise with her peers and thrive. She is always happy to go and loves the members of staff, which gives me the confidence that she is looked after really well.
Thank you for your review on our nursery, its really appreciated and means a lot to us.
My children are very happy in this nursery, they always arrive and leave with a big smile. I think this is due to the caring, lovely, committed and welcoming staff that looks after them. The facilities and toys are very diverse and in optimal conditions. The rooms are also clean and tidy. The managers are lovely and caring and always looking at ways to improve the quality of the nursery via activities, standards and suggestions.
Thank you for your review and for your kind comments, they mean a lot to us.

The House That Jack Built Nursery is a very friendly nursery, staff are very caring, warm and considerate with the children. My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last few months and we absolutely love it. The children get to explore a wide variety of activities and so many opportunities for parents to join in. Amazing to have such a great place in the area. We love it and highly recommend it.

The House That Jack Built is a small scale nursery with great facilities, huge amounts of resources, toys and wonderful staff. There is a dedicated chef that cooks a wide variety of homemade food and both our children have eaten really well there. We have had a very positive experience with the nursery and our children have always been happy to go there. Knowing that our children are happy, learning and building friendships make returning to work easier.
My daughter has been at the nursery since she was one, we have had an excellent service as always. The transition between the groups has been seamless. The staff know children personally and the feedback and development have always been excellent. We feel you are always involved in their development. Last but not least, you know your child is enjoying themselves when she looks forward on Monday morning to go to nursery.
