We couldn't be happier with our son's nursery! He has been attending for the past 6 months and has settled in so well. He is always so happy to go in and gets so excited when we arrive, which gives us such reassurance that he is happy, comfortable and well cared for.

The staff are absolutely fantastic - so warm, caring and attentive, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about the children. We also love receiving the daily photos and updates, which give us such a lovely insight into his day and all the fun he's been having.

The food is another big hit - our son absolutely loves it!

We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery and couldn't recommend the team highly enough. Thank you for taking such great care of our little boy and making nursery such a happy place for him!

We have had the best experience at THTJB with our daughter. She joined at 12 months and everyone there has been so kind towards us all.

The staff there constantly make all the efforts to make the days fun for the kids which I'm so grateful for. The nursery also provides a variety of foods throughout the day which is so good!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery which creates a sense of home for their child to thrive in!

Our little boy looks forward to his nursery days. He only does 2 half days but could probably do more. The nursery is very popular so there's a waiting list. He's always so excited to go. In the past he used to cry when going to another nursery, but we've never had tears here. The nursery is a very caring environment. So much thought goes into the toys/ equipment they have. His key worker and other teachers are so lovely. We're very pleased.

Jan 2026 in the baby room and it's an amazing nursery. Her key worker has been fantastic. and so helpful. I was a little worried to send her to a nursery like all mothers but she's having so much fun and they do so many different activities and celebrate all culture which is great for the little ones to learn and be exposed to.

I defo recommend this nursery and have recommend it already to friends and family.

My son has been going to THTJB for coming up to a month now and I can say that every staff member that I meet is amazing. I can really see his progression in such a short period of time due to how brilliant the staff work at THTJB. The staff go above and beyond in supporting my son's daily needs. There are aspects of his routine that I normally only handle myself, but the team manage everything so professionally and compassionately that I have absolutely no worries. It gives us real peace of mind. They prepare nutritious meals and at times my son refuses certain things they will always try alternatives until he eats. I honestly can't fault them.

My daughter has additional needs and the staff at THTJB have been absolutely fantastic. They constantly cater for her, take the time to feed back, use their initiative to try new things to make her feel happy and secure and are always looking for ways to help her. The managers are also brilliant and are so kind and approachable and nothing ever feels like an inconvenience. A truly wonderful, homely nursery where I feel my daughter is happy safe and thriving.

We love THTJB nursery, our child loves it and is always happy at the end of the day excited to tell us what she has done. There are good activities each week and it is all logged for us to see. The food also always looks great and my child always talks about what she has had and enjoyed.

Leaving your children in someone else's care is a big thing, but this nursery gives us complete peace of mind. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and would recommend them without hesitation.

We always see the faces of the managers as well which is always reassuring as they also very easily approachable and available.

The staff that look after my daughters age are incredibly creative and keep her engaged as much as possible. They also send us lovely pictures of the week of what they have been up to. We couldn't thank them enough for this.

My little boy has a wonderful time at THTJB nursery. The staff organise lovely activities for the children and they always seem to be doing different things. So much effort goes into to organising extra activities like their Summer event and Santa visits, and it's really appreciated because it's so lovely enjoying those activities as a whole family, my eldest daughter (now at school) loves being involved.

We can see that our son is genuinely happy and safe in their care, which means so much to us as parents. The staff are warm, attentive, and nurturing, and they always take the time to consider our individual requests and needs. Their regular updates give us reassurance and help us feel fully involved in his daily experiences and progress. We are truly grateful for the dedication and care the team shows, and we feel very confident knowing our son is in such a supportive environment.

I am so happy with this nursery. It was hard for my little on settling in but the staff were so understanding and fantastic. I drop my son off knowing he is in safe and loving hands. The staff are amazing and I've seen my son develop so quickly since being here! He now runs off into their arms at drop offs and says bye to me! Honestly this nursery is a blessing. I am so glad they had space for him.

I have two little ones at The House that Jack Built nursery. They have three classes and all of them are fantastic. The staff and management go the extra mile in everything they do. Highly recommend!

The house that jack built is a lovely nursery. The staff are caring, hard working and always have smiles on their faces. My little one loves going to the nursery and comes home happy every time. The food they provide is varied and nutritious. The staff provide regular updates on how your child is doing. They provide varied and extensive learning opportunities for the kids. Were glad we found this nursery and are able to send our little one here. I can easily recommend this nursery without a second though.

P.S. As an added bonus the nursery sits in the securely gated BRE site, only those who should have access to the area do.

I am very happy with the quality of activities provided every day at the nursery. They offer a large variety of healthy food items. I can see my daughter not only enjoys her time there but also learns a lot. She herself brings books to us to read and tells us she's using her phonics. It's a great nursery.

My child loves the nursery. They have the children's welfare and happiness as top priority. It has a very caring environment and is not business-like at all. The staff seem to have a good relationship with each other and they never have temp staff so the children are always comfortable. Constantly renovating and improving.
