Bright Horizons North Baddesley Day Nursery and Preschool

I can't thank the team enough! They are incredibly passionate about ensuring that every child that walks into the building has the best experience in their care. Every nursery day is different, rooms are homely and a great outdoor space to explore also. I would get an update both verbally and on the app following every session, including pictures and videos, enabling me to see how his day had been. Thank you to all the team. My son loved his time with you all!

I had so many reservations about moving my son from his previous nursery but I really shouldn’t have because it was 100% the best decision for him and us. The team at Bright Horizons are fantastic, so great with the kids and so warm and friendly to the parents. I absolutely can't fault it!

We are very grateful that North Baddesley were able to provide childcare throughout lockdown as this was vital as we are both NHS workers. They were extremely warm and welcoming and we would recommend the nursery.

Felt confident to leave our daughter at the new 'HUB' site during Covid 19 Pandemic. Staff did extremely well to adapt and cope with the situation - particularly helpful as parents both keyworkers. Our daughter was very happy there and really enjoyed seeing the 'Neighs' in the field everyday! Thank you x

Friendly staff. Caring and flexible trying to adjust to the constant changes that were brought by COVID. Made the effort to know all the children by their names quite quickly after they started at the nursery. High hygiene standards and clear guidance to parents on the protocols that were being followed. After a couple of weeks of settling in, our daughter was always happy to go to nursery and seemed to have a lovely time there. Fantastic outdoor area.

The managers have been outstanding and always dealt with us in such a friendly but professional way. My child has been running in the door each day. All the staff in the baby room are so amazing and look after her so well. Thanks especially to her key worker.

Yellow Dot North Baddesley has been great for us when our nursery wasn't open due to COVID. Our son absolutely loved going and all of the staff there. They were really flexible with having our son for extra days when needed also the staff did everything possible to help him settle in initially. He really looks forward to going every day and we would definitely recommend them.

We attended Yellow Dot North Baddesley as the hub nursery during the pandemic as our usual nursery was closed. Our daughter was at the hub nursery for a total of 3 months due to my key worker status. The staff were very reassuring and caring during this difficult time. The communication was excellent - we felt our daughter was well looked after during this time. Staff were always warm and welcoming on approach. One, in particular, was so amazing! Thanks once again for all your kindness. We will miss you!

Due to the closure of his usual nursery during COVID-19 lockdown my son attended Yellow Dot nursery North Baddesley in June 2020. I cannot praise and thank the staff enough for how welcome they made him and us as parents feel. He has always talked so positively about his ‘New nursery’ and had lots of fun!

I have both my children, my son 9 months and daughter 3 yrs, go to Yellow Dot and all I can say is what a great team they have there. I was so nervous at first seeing as it would be my sons first time in childcare, but after the first few days of him going I could see that they do really care for his needs and it’s nice to hear the full Log of what he has done in the day. When I would take my daughter she would be a bit shy and not want to go in. The staff are so helpful in getting her to settle and would show her all the activities they had available for her to do she then would wave to me from the window. But as time got on she didn’t even wave to me from the window, that’s when I knew she was very happy there. They would also go on walks with the baby group and the kindergarten group and both my children are always happy when picking them up. I’m so pleased I found Yellow Dot and I highly recommend sending your children there.

We have been at Yellow Dot North Baddesley for four years with two children starting from around 7 months. Absolutely love the staff and setting and our children have loved and love being there even those clingy morning the staff are amazing and I always know they are in wonderful hands. And the breadth of activities they do each day is simply wonderful. Couldn't be happier.

They do plenty of activities throughout the day and follow the seasons/celebrations at the time. I would highly recommend this nursery!
