I would get an update both verbally and on the app following every session, including pictures and videos, enabling me to see how his day had been. Thank you to all the team. I had so many reservations about moving my son from his previous nursery but I really shouldn’t have because it was 100% the best decision for him and us. The team at Bright Horizons are fantastic, so great with the kids and so warm and friendly to the parents. I absolutely can't fault it!

The staff were very reassuring and caring during this difficult time. The communication was excellent - we felt our daughter was well looked after during this time. I have both my children, my son 9 months and daughter 3 yrs, go to Yellow Dot and all I can say is what a great team they have there. I was so nervous at first seeing as it would be my sons first time in childcare, but after the first few days of him going I could see that they do really care for his needs and it’s nice to hear the full Log of what he has done in the day. When I would take my daughter she would be a bit shy and not want to go in. The staff are so helpful in getting her to settle and would show her all the activities they had available for her to do she then would wave to me from the window. But as time got on she didn’t even wave to me from the window, that’s when I knew she was very happy there. They would also go on walks with the baby group and the kindergarten group and both my children are always happy when picking them up. I’m so pleased I found Yellow Dot and I highly recommend sending your children there.

Before joining Bright Horizons I worked as a manager in a special needs residential school. I have 8 years of leadership experience and have been a manager within Bright Horizons for four years.
The Early Years are the most important years in a child's life which is why I am so passionate about providing consistent outstanding care for each individual.
