Great nursery. Has really helped my son to grow in confidence with his social skills and his interests. Love the app so I can see what he has been doing and eating throughout the day and they are brilliant with his allergies. My child always has a great day at preschool and only has positive compliments regarding his teachers and peers.
Really very pleased with the nursery overall. My child enjoys coming every day. Staff are kind and approachable. No complaints at all.
Our daughter always looks forward to attending and is happy to share her day with us.
Also pleased with management taking time to resolve issues in a timely manner and promptly. My son has improved a lot with regard to communicating and listening to what is said to him. Kudos to all of you. 5 star!
Always clean, happy environment. My child loves attending, also loves the staff. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Communication of the school to the parents and children is 10/10.
My daughter really enjoys her time at nursery. She loves playing with her friends and all of the activities they get up to every day. I'm sure she eats better at nursery than she does at home. The staff are super friendly and always happy to talk. I will be sad when my daughter has to leave nursery and go to school!

We could not be happier with Bright Horizons North Baddesley Day Nursery. Our daughter had been oy of childcare for over a year due to our family situation and they went the extra mile to help her reintegrate to the point where she is blossoming. She always leaves in a happy mood, having had a good day. The app is great too for getting updates on what she's been up to.
My boys have been going to the nursery/preschool since they were one. The eldest has been there for 3 years and has moved through each of the rooms and enjoyed every minute. He loves all the staff and has made brilliant friends, so much so that it's sometimes hard to get him to leave. My youngest started in January 2022 and spent most of his time in the baby room. They've been brilliant, so caring, engaging and encouraging, helping him develop every step of the way.
Honestly cannot put into words how happy my son is at this preschool. The care and dedication from the whole Bright Horizon 'family', is incredible. Special thanks to the deputy manager and two other members of staff in particular! You are all so amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone more with looking after my son. Legends!
We are very happy and satisfied. My daughter has settled in really well. The staff are very helpful and comforting. The staff are also very good at keeping me informed about everything. Would be good if she got some holiday entitlement included in the price.

The nursery provides excellent daycare, with excellent learning facilities, helping the children to settle into the nursery with great ease.
Have nothing but praise for the baby room team so far. My child was a bit unsure on her first visits but the team have been so kind and understanding. She now loves going and always responds to seeing the staff.
Very good! The girls are so caring and lovely. The food could be a bit more varied.
My daughter has such a lovely time at nursery. She talks lots about her keyperson and all her friends. I'm very satisfied leaving her and have no concerns. She has progressed so much and all the staff help and support her in everything e.g. potty training.
Very communicative and friendly. Provides advice and guidance when asked. They are happy and excited to see the kids, making it fun for them to go to the nursery.
Our experience at nursery so far, has been fantastic! My daughter has really enjoyed it so far. She is learning so much and is gaining confidence each week, thanks to all the staff's hard work. Her key worker has been amazing and so helpful! We absolutely love all the updates and pictures that really help and reassure new parents. I couldn't recommend this nursery more! Hello, I am Lucy the Nursery Manager,
I've always been very passionate about working with children and young people. I have worked in a number of Education and Early Years settings with ages from 4months-16years.
Before joining Bright Horizons I worked as a manager in a special needs residential school. I have 8 years of leadership experience and have been a manager within Bright Horizons for four years.
The Early Years are the most important years in a child's life which is why I am so passionate about providing consistent outstanding care for each individual.
I ensure the children are welcomed with open arms in a home from home environment where we build strong, nurturing attachments and provide new enriching learning opportunities each day.
It is paramount that each individual feels safe and secure to allow them to thrive, meet their true potential and become successful young adults!
We are one big nursery family, come and join us!
I have been working in childcare with a Level 3 qualification for 10 years and started with Bright Horizons in 2019. I adore working with children; every day is an adventure! As a man working in childcare, I feel I add an extra dynamic to the care and learning that we promote on a daily basis. I look forward to meeting you.
