Tops Nursery has been amazing for my daughter! She has been attending since she was 6 months old and is now nearly 2. The staff know her inside out and she loves everyone especially her key person. Her development has been incredible and the staff are so supportive in helping her learn. I wouldn't want my child to go to any other nursery!

Staff are amazing! Very caring, hard working and well trained on developmental needs of the children. We particularly love forest school that offers a variety of activities and lots of outdoor play and sensory exploration

My son attends here and absolutely loves it! The staff visibly show care and love towards the children and provide such a warm and welcoming environment. He's been going here since he was 7 months old and has really enjoyed his time so far. The nursery is constantly communicating with the parents and always sends us updates when he is there which shows us lots of exciting activities and opportunities he gets. Management and the team have been brilliant. Our daughter started nursery in September and is thoroughly enjoying it, and really beams at management and the team on arrival. I cannot recommend the team enough. Tops is professional, providing sufficient updates throughout the day and a helpful report at the end of the day. We know our daughter is in safe hands, and the Forest School is great.

I have had my little boy with Tops at Winchester for over two years now where he will stay until he starts school next year. Due to my overall experience, I have no nervousness or anxiety about my little girl starting there soon. I honestly cannot fault any of the wonderful staff there. They are so personable, friendly and helpful. My little boy has made so many close relationships with all of his key workers in each setting and has developed his knowledge and skills beyond my expectations. He comes home from pre-school with a full tummy and lots to say about his day. Staff go above and beyond to help with anything and nothing is too much. Handovers are always really informative with feedback on what he has been up to for the day. We have had lots of help with listening skills and other personal developmental steps too. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone! Thank you all.

Outside space is limited and would like to see a better method of allocating 'forest school' places rather than first come first served.

I really struggled going back to work after having him, they reassured me so much and now my son can’t wait to go to nursery! He has built amazing bonds with other children, staff and his key person!

Great people giving excellent, varied and considered care. Such a wide selection of activities and so much thought put into developmental journeys. The staff work so hard and clearly care so much about all the children.

I can’t recommend Tops Day Nurseries: Winchester Nursery more highly. My daughter has been going there for the last 2 years and has thrived with the care and attention they’ve given her. The staff are kind and caring, and you can clearly see the bond that they have with the children. They really go above and beyond. The hours are incredibly flexible; not like any other nursery in the area.

I cannot rate this nursery enough. After coming back from maternity leave I was so worried about leaving my son as he was breast fed. The team at Tops Day Nurseries Winchester was so helpful and helped get him on a bottle. They made the process of going back to work easy for me. He has been at Tops Day Nurseries for a year now and really bonded with the team they go above and beyond for him. Thank you!

My daughter enjoys a broad range of activities, especially the outdoors and sensory play. We are regularly updated on her daily activities including sleeping time, meals and nappy checks through the parents' app, and have also had opportunities to discuss her long term growth and development through her key worker. I observe that the staff are caring and dedicated to the children's welfare and learning. She has lost some items at nursery, a very minor issue as it's mostly clothing and not items my daughter is attached to.

Tops is an excellent nursery and my son is very happy there. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. They respond to queries and feedback promptly. It is well located and my daughter also developed well at Tops.

My two girls both go to Tops and it has been fantastic from booking the first one in! They have a lovely time, super caring staff who know them really well and always provide fun things to do. Also as flexible as any nursery could ever be. We rely on the extended opening and flexibility due to our work hours. Cannot fault the nursery staff or the admin team at all!

I have chosen this nursery as it's close to my workplace. What I love about it is that I can drop my daughter off early in the morning and pick her up at night as I am a shift worker. She goes only 2x a week but she always has loads of fun in there. Socialising with other children surely did give her lots of confidence. The team does a great job in looking after her very well and I'm so grateful to them.

Tops has been great for my son who joined at the start of lockdown 2. 18 months on, his development has come on so much. The staff are friendly and helpful and he is clearly very happy there. Thank you Tops.
