Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool

My son has been there a little under a year but in that time has participated in many activities including, Christmas party, dressing up for Children In Need, professional photo shoot, making cards for our birthdays and Christmas and so many craft activities I loose count! I love seeing the artwork he creates when collecting him. I think my favourite thing is singing a nursery rhyme with him and watching him acting out the actions and trying to sing along - I haven't taught him this and it makes my heart melt every time I find something new he has learnt. If I do have another child I wouldn't think twice about enrolling them into Bright Horizons. Thank you so much for easing the pressure for working parents.

I particularly like the fact that all food is freshly prepared on-site by an absolutely wonderful chef. We often go to the monthly cookery club she runs and have a great time.

The nursery staff have genuine care and passion/enthusiasm towards the children. The food they serve is healthy, varied and hearty. I wouldn't send my son anywhere else.

Always been fantastic with my children but my eldest has just started school and both him and the other children from his nursery all seem far better prepared and are doing really well with reading. I really believe the teaching the nursery did at preschool level especially (and particularly the Oxford Reading Tree books they encourage you to help the kids read too) has made a big difference. The staff all seem to really care and are lovely to boot!

My daughter started at the beginning of September. She struggled a little to settle in to begin with, but the staff in her room were amazing with her and now she loves going to nursery and names all of her carers as we get ready in the morning. She then goes in really happily, blows me a kiss and says 'bye Mummy' - I couldn't be happier with this nursery.

Very happy with everything to do with nursery, staff and management are great and friendly. The girls in Bunny's are very good with their feedback.

The staff in the Ducklings room have been amazing at helping our 5-month-old daughter to settle in and develop. The whole staff has been wonderful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to any parent.

Such a friendly and loving environment. I love the balance of caring discipline and fun and am so impressed by all the staff. My son loves the nursery and I have great trust in the team. He's been in three 'rooms' over the years and we're consistently happy with all the staff who demonstrate genuine affection for all the children.

My eldest child attended from 9 months until 4.5 years (for school) and the whole experience was great for her and us as parents. My second child is part way through her experience and loves every minute.

Overall Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery has been excellent. The staff are brilliant and the toys and activities are great! My boy seems very happy.

The staff have been very good at supporting my requests such as potty training. They have worked alongside me to provide my daughter with the best support as she started potty training at 18 months. They have also helped my daughter's speech as she wouldn't talk but now has the confidence and won't stop!

We have had a great experience, my child loves coming to play!

The staff are very good and friendly. The nursery is a very happy place for children and adults.

Very good on the whole. Good on updates and calling if there has been an accident. Good at letting me know what my son has been up to throughout the day, food, exercise etc.

My son has been with the nursery for 18 months now and we are very happy with the experience he has had. In the last month, there have been a few changes to staff in his current room, which has unsettled him when being dropped off. Carers have been excellent with him in all 3 rooms that he has been in.

My daughter loves coming to nursery and has come on so fast since she started! The staff are great, everyone is so friendly and we're very happy!

All the staff are fantastic. My child, from her first day has been exceptionally well cared for. All carers are highly professional and loving towards the children which I see on a daily basis. Food quality is excellent. I can honestly say my child is thriving here.

My daughter attends for three days and always enjoys her time here which makes it easier for me as a parent to know she is happy and safe whilst I am at work. She gets involved in lots of activities whist here and generally eats all her food.

My children have been coming to Bright Horizons for the past 5 years and I have never had any issues for concern, the service provided has always been excellent. The staff are brilliant- so friendly and helpful and are fantastic with the children, my girls have always had great relationships with all the staff. Quote from my child "I love my key worker, she always gives me cuddles!!"

My dealings with nursery have been positive at all times. Install sense of responsibility into the children in their care. Always playing outdoors. Children love show and tell days, ballet and other activities.
