Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 7 months old, as I returned to work. She's now 20 months old and has come on leaps and bounds! She runs inside, in the morning, happy, enjoys all the different activities and I can see what she has been up to/eaten through the app. The staff are lovely and helpful - they all know her name even the ones who don't work in the Bunnies room. She has learnt so much and I know that is down to the nursery! We would definitely recommend. I will also be sending my newborn there, when I'm back at work again!

I cannot thank enough the nursery team and the management for being such supportive, friendly and caring all the time. This has been our second nursery setting and with comparison I can definitely say every child will be looked after, cared for and felt loved here. Our son is so happy to be there, he has been exploring and learning new things every day, he has been encouraged to share his thoughts and emotions all the time. He is already feeling ready to go to school this September and I know we owe this to the Bright Horizons Chineham Park staff and especially to the squirrel's team. Thank you!

2 of my sons have attended Bright Horizons Chineham Park and I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of care, attention, enthusiasm and kindness that they show. All activities are thoughtfully planned and the kids always have fantastic crafts, paintings, models and certificates of achievement to bring home. Recently they've had fantastic visitors and special event days where the team make such a big effort to make sure each child learns something special from it, feels included, and takes something home to remember the special day. Every single member of staff knows my son's name and welcomes him each morning and asks how he is, which is so important to start the day in a positive way - I love all of the members of staff and enjoy chatting to them, not just about my son's development but also just enjoy chatting to them because they're such nice people! Thank you all so much for everything! Xx

My son has attended Chineham Park Day Nursery since July 2021, since he was two years and ten months old. Since he has started, the difference in his development has improved drastically. He wasn’t talking as much and struggled to build relationships with new people, children and adults. Within such a short space of time, he is a different child. He is now putting complex sentences together, as well as forming friendships with others. He is also starting to manage his feelings and emotions much better, and isn’t having so many ‘tantrums.’ My plan is to keep my son here until he starts school in September 2023 as he has thrived so much already, and I look forward to seeing him in two years time. Thank you to everyone who has looked after him so far.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool for one year. Since joining Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool, he has literally come on leaps and bounds. He is so happy, confident and he is always so enthusiastic to attend preschool. He runs in every day and just has so much fun, his day is packed full of educational activities and building fantastic relationships with his peers and the fabulous staff at Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool. I really cannot recommend Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool enough. An absolutely brilliant nursery and preschool setting, fantastic facilities, amazing outside space with a huge garden. All of the staff are so friendly and approachable. I can focus on my day ahead with every confidence in Bright Horzions Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool that my son is very very well cared for. I cannot thank them enough.

My daughter started in January 2019. As a mum who has worked in previous nurseries over the years, you get to see the majority of nurseries have their pros and cons. However, I honestly can say I have nothing bad to say about this nursery whatsoever. The preschool team are absolutely amazing and have made me feel so comfortable and are just amazing with my daughter. They literally go above and beyond. The nursery setting is great, it has everything needed to support your child’s development. My daughter goes to school in September and I can genuinely say I’m sad to be leaving such a fab, loving, caring team. Every morning the manager and deputy manager make you and your child feel so welcome. The chef is such a lovely lady who comes out of her way to greet me and speak with me herself regarding my daughter's dietary requirements which I think it’s so important to me as a parent. I can’t thank the managers and preschool team enough!

Our son started nursery in April 2018 and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff are wonderful with him and so loving and caring. I know he is well looked after and that gives me great peace of mind when I'm at work.

He would not have settled as quickly if there wasn't the support provided by her.

The newly refurbished rooms are light and airy and the catering team lovingly make an excellent varied range of food. Simply a lovely place.

The preschool is wonderful. They are friendly and caring and really engage with the children. When the children have an issue from home, the staff help find a solution to the issue where possible that can be used while the child is at preschool which makes such a difference to the child and the parents.

My child has learnt so much being in preschool.

Really love this nursery, not only recently but since 2011 when my eldest son came here. My son enjoys his time at the nursery. Nice teachers look after him especially when he is moved from room to room. Nice food and clean place to stay with friendly talking all the time.

I totally recommend here as my two boys really enjoy here and we are highly appreciated.

I have personal experience at the nursery for the last 6 years. In the preschool room, ALL staff show such enthusiasm and dedication to their role. They have all treated my children with care and attention. I never feel uncomfortable or concerned about leaving my children in their care. A recent example is the school transition and making sure my daughter remains with her closest friend and this is communicated at school.

Staff are always so friendly and caring. They are shaping my son into becoming a child I can be proud of. They support the kids on all their needs.

Our second son will be leaving preschool in September having been at the nursery since he was 9 months old. His older brother was here for the same period of time. Our experience has been wonderful, the staff are warm and nurturing and form really good bonds with all of the children. The facilities are really good and improving all the time. We will all miss the staff, the friends we have made here and the great food!

My daughter has been at Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 5 months old. We looked at many nurseries but the staff in this nursery were clearly the best. The nursery was completely renovated and this was done to a high standard. So many gems. It's so tough leaving your baby with anyone but the staff here really care and not only put my daughter at ease but me as a parent too!

Oh, how I am going to miss this all when my son leaves in September. Happy, happy days.
