Friendly and welcoming nursery in Chineham

The purpose-built Chineham Day Nursery and Preschool is located in Chineham Business Park and provides high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

The nursery benefits from having a large indoor activity hall for your child to explore, an art studio and a dedicated children's kitchen. With the benefit from the use of a bright, well-lit, building, there is a large garden for children to enjoy. The expansive garden has been divided up to give each room access to their own age-specific green space.

Children also have use of an indoor playing hall complete with bikes, giving them plenty of choice in their physical pursuits.

Safety is their number one priority. All practitioners are First Aid trained and all nurseries have specialist SEND staff for children who require additional support due to special educational needs.
All-inclusive fees mean that you have less to pack on a busy morning, with everything from healthy lunches and snacks to branded nappies and wipes included.

Great nursery with very caring and responsive staff and management. Spaces are constrained, especially where there are large numbers of children, but equipment and activities are well provided for. Toilet facilities could be improved in some rooms. Overall very pleased with the service.

I decided to bring my son as he was very clingy. The nursery has helped to bring him out of his shell and interact with other children. Staff are always very polite and attentive to the children. I chose this nursery as it has a big outside area and segregated ages. Facilities are excellent and would

The staff are very welcoming, approachable and friendly. From our initial meeting to settling in sessions and then starting nursery. The staff have made us and our son feel at ease, answered questions and concerns and made us feel included and consulted every step of the way. Our son is only in his
first week of nursery. He has thoroughly enjoyed and we look forward to the weeks/years ahead.

The pre-school my son attends is second to none. They have looked after him and guided him through a tricky home life, parents divorced.
They pay focus on his needs, both emotionally and physically. I feel confident with him on their care.

Whilst reluctant to put our first child into day care the whole team at Chineham Park made everything so easy. He comes home every day tired out from all the activities and fun from the day. Staff are only happy to help with any questions or problems whether they are nursery related or not. I cannot
recommend the whole team and nursery enough. Everyone looks as though they really enjoy spending time with every child when they walk through the door. We have learnt how to be better parents from Chineham and the team.

My son has been at the above nursery for a year now and absolutely loves it. He settled in without hesitation and I believe this was due to the caring and attentive nature of the staff. His development has come on leaps and bounds, particularly his speech and I credit this to the patience and encouragement

Bright Horizons Chineham has been a fantastic place for my daughter. She has been taken care of since she was 9 months. I completely feel safe and comfortable to leave my little one there! They're also thorough with procedures and have such variety of things for growing children.

My child has been in this nursery since she was 5 months old, the overall care she got was excellent however it took her a little while to get used to it. Now that she gets excited every time I tell her that she's going to nursery. She loves her key worker which gives us peace of mind and confidence
that she's being cared for really well.

My child started here just before turning one with little confidence, feeding skills and slow mobility. Not even 2 yet and this has all been turned around by the wonderful and skilled staff. The environment is friendly and engaging. Transition between rooms has been smooth and as parent I am kept informed
on a daily basis. My experience with communication has been great with updates if my child has not been themselves. I strongly recommend this setting!

My son has been attending the nursery from the age of 9 months. His transitions from one class to the other (including now pre-school) were always very smooth. The key people were always aware in terms of my sons individual needs and so was the cook. (he has allergy to berries and every time lots of
effort has been put into his dishes so they look like those with strawberries etc. Management is very good and take every feedback constructively.

We are extremely happy with this nursery and all the staff here, who are very friendly, approachable and both caring and fun. I did have my concerns when my little one started nursery at 11 months as like any mother, but now I am happy I made the right choice. My little one settled down quite well thanks
to the staff at Duckilngs team and we could sense the confidence she had developed when she moved to Bunnies (next stage). We couldn't have asked for any better key person or a nursery. We could see our little one has enjoyed the day looking at her smile when we come to pick her up.
I would happily recommend this nursery.
