Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Overall very good and after some prompting all my concerns are addressed.

We are very happy with the care taken of our daughter and the care taken with her educational development.

Lovely nursery, my daughter is very happy and son was previously.

Great nursery with very caring and responsive staff and management. Spaces are constrained, especially where there are large numbers of children, but equipment and activities are well provided for. Toilet facilities could be improved in some rooms. Overall very pleased with the service.

I decided to bring my son as he was very clingy. The nursery has helped to bring him out of his shell and interact with other children. Staff are always very polite and attentive to the children. I chose this nursery as it has a big outside area and segregated ages. Facilities are excellent and would high recommend.

The staff are very welcoming, approachable and friendly. From our initial meeting to settling in sessions and then starting nursery. The staff have made us and our son feel at ease, answered questions and concerns and made us feel included and consulted every step of the way. Our son is only in his first week of nursery. He has thoroughly enjoyed and we look forward to the weeks/years ahead.

They pay focus on his needs, both emotionally and physically. I feel confident with him on their care.

Whilst reluctant to put our first child into day care the whole team at Chineham Park made everything so easy. He comes home every day tired out from all the activities and fun from the day. Staff are only happy to help with any questions or problems whether they are nursery related or not. I cannot recommend the whole team and nursery enough. Everyone looks as though they really enjoy spending time with every child when they walk through the door. We have learnt how to be better parents from Chineham and the team.

The nursery provides good learning and education for my child. Lots of interaction and experiences, always makes my child feel happy. Staff always happy, give me updates and tell me what's happening.

We had been really scared about moving our son from a child minder to nursery, but we didn't need to worry. The nursery have been brilliant and our son has been so happy. We have been really impressed with his development.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months, and he is now in the pre-school room. He has always enjoyed going to nursery and now comes out excited telling me about his day. It has been lovely watching him grow within the nursery and has made some lovely relationships. Carers have been very approachable and helped him to reach different milestones.

My son has been at the above nursery for a year now and absolutely loves it. He settled in without hesitation and I believe this was due to the caring and attentive nature of the staff. His development has come on leaps and bounds, particularly his speech and I credit this to the patience and encouragement of the staff. I would recommend this nursery to any parent and feel rest assured that your children are in the best hands.

Bright Horizons Chineham has been a fantastic place for my daughter. She has been taken care of since she was 9 months. I completely feel safe and comfortable to leave my little one there! They're also thorough with procedures and have such variety of things for growing children.

My child has been in this nursery since she was 5 months old, the overall care she got was excellent however it took her a little while to get used to it. Now that she gets excited every time I tell her that she's going to nursery. She loves her key worker which gives us peace of mind and confidence that she's being cared for really well.

My child started here just before turning one with little confidence, feeding skills and slow mobility. Not even 2 yet and this has all been turned around by the wonderful and skilled staff. The environment is friendly and engaging. Transition between rooms has been smooth and as parent I am kept informed on a daily basis. My experience with communication has been great with updates if my child has not been themselves. I strongly recommend this setting!
