From registration until present, Team Chineham have been very supportive and accommodating especially for a particular health need of our son. They took on the challenge & were pro active in getting every member of staff trained in a timely manner so they can safely address this. Communicating with them is always prompt & seamless. The facilities are great with each room having a garden of their own & pets! The kids activities are so well thought of and structured imbibing self care skills & values such as nurturing and kindness which is foundational to raising emotionally stable & resilient kids. Our twins are always excited going to nursery and we are reassured that they are thriving and happy. All praises to Team Chineham for their kindness, care & professionalism. My son has been at bright horizons since he was 11 months old, he's almost 2. He attends nursery 3 days a week. He has come on leaps and bounds at nursery, he's always really happy when we pick him up and has done a variety of activities each day. Lots of sensory and creative play, outdoor play, singing and dancing and activities to teach and stretch his imagination. He has a variety of delicious meals and eats everything he has offered. He naps well whilst there as well and as a fussy napper this is testament to how comfortable he is at nursery with the staff and other children. His key workers have always been amazing, keeping us informed at handover every day of how his day went, uploading photos to the app and tracking observations about his behaviour which are always bang on so goes to show how well they know him. We are really very happy at Bright Horizons. All the staff we have accounted whether in the office or rooms have been nothing short of amazing.

Our little boy is quite shy so we were anxious about how he'd settle in but the nursery put us at ease straight away and he is much more confident. He comes home so happy, it'sclear he's had a good day.

The staff and management are incredible and are always polite. My child comes home every day and tells me about her day and about the adults in the room and is bouncing to go again in the morning.
