Our daughter started at nursery last month, and we couldn't be happier with how quickly she has settled in. From the very start, the staff made her (and us) feel so welcome and reassured. As a mum who had never left her before, I was naturally a bit anxious, but the team's warmth, patience, and genuine care immediately put my mind at ease. It's clear every member of staff truly loves what they do - our daughter is always greeted with smiles, cuddles, and encouragement, and we know she is not just cared for, but genuinely loved. We've also been so impressed by the range of activities and meals she enjoys. She's constantly growing, exploring, and coming home with new skills. We feel 100% confident that her future will continue to be filled with joy, learning, and love. We're so grateful to have found such a nurturing place for her to thrive.

My son has been at bright horizons since he was 11 months old, he's almost 2. He attends nursery 3 days a week. He has come on leaps and bounds at nursery, he's always really happy when we pick him up and has done a variety of activities each day. Lots of sensory and creative play, outdoor play, singing and dancing and activities to teach and stretch his imagination. He has a variety of delicious meals and eats everything he has offered. He naps well whilst there as well and as a fussy napper this is testament to how comfortable he is at nursery with the staff and other children. His key workers have always been amazing, keeping us informed at handover every day of how his day went, uploading photos to the app and tracking observations about his behaviour which are always bang on so goes to show how well they know him. We are really very happy at Bright Horizons. All the staff we have accounted whether in the office or rooms have been nothing short of amazing.

My daughter started in Bunnies at 2 years old and instantly settled in with Maisie (no tears), her key person then changed within a month to Rihanna, we were originally really worried about this with it all still being so new to her but she had absolutely no problems at all, she loved Rhianna and built an amazing bond with her. She then transitioned into Woodpeckers and had Jazzy as her key person, she again built an amazing bond with Jazzy, Marta and Cerys, she talks about them everyday like they're close friends/family, this was always so reassuring, she absolutely adored them and you can just tell by the way she talks about them the sort of relationship they had, we were gutted to lose the staff in Woodpeckers when she transitioned to Preschool but again we've had absolutely no problems at all and she's settled in so well. I speak so highly of this nursery and the impact it's had on our daughter, all the staff are so lovely there and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Our son was here for 2.5years, having moved him from another nursery. It could possibly be one of the best decisions we'll ever make for him. He has grown into a wonderfully confident, happy, clever and sociable boy who could not be more ready for school. There are so many people in his life which contribute to this, but we know some can be credited to the wonderful staff at Bright Horizons. I would like to mention the deputy manager in particular, who on multiple occasions advised us through tricky topics such as poor sleep, getting ready for school, and emotions in such a balanced and helpful way. She (and others) openly offer their support. Two members of staff, in particular, have also been wondeful, along with many others. The animals are brilliant. Graduation was beyond all expectations! I could go on. He finished preschool today and we honestly could not be more grateful to the staff for their support and care and I would never hesitate to recommend this setting.

We are so happy with our son's nursery! Everything is outstanding - the care, facilities, communication. We can't fault anything. We didn't expect to receive such great communication throughout our son's day. We know what he's eaten, drank, slept, nappy changes and the activities he has been up to. Our little boy is quite shy so we were anxious about how he'd settle in but the nursery put us at ease straight away and he is much more confident. He comes home so happy, it's clear he's had a good day. Best decision sending our son to this nursery!

Daughter started shortly before a year old and very quickly settled in and formed bonds with the staff. Staff have been very accommodating to changes in schedule, feeding, etc. Regular updates are great to see with pictures as well as clear activity plans so we can understand what our daughter is up to that day. Really varied activities, trips out, animals, as well as menu which she really enjoys! Can't fault any of the care from the staff at all!

Our daughter has been at bright horizons since 11 months old, and has just moved into the preschool class for her last year. The staff are magical. Our daughter loves her keyworkers, calling them her 'big people' friends. She can be quite shy, and they adapt perfectly to ensure her confidence builds, but not so much she feels overwhelmed. Handovers are always very personal, and never feel rushed. The app is updated throughout the day, which is one of my favourite perks of the setting too. We'd highly recommend anyone looking for a nursery to check Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool out.

My child has been at the setting since May 2023 and she can come on leaps and bounds! From not really saying any words and this being a huge concern of mine within 6 months was talking in sentences and have gone above and beyond to settle all my anxieties. The staff and management are incredible and are always polite. My child comes home every day and tells me about her day and about the adults in the room and is bouncing to go again in the morning.

My son has been attending since September last year and I have been really impressed with the nursery. He has absolutely thrived and has made some lovely friendships with other children and is fond of all the staff. All the staff are warm, caring and nurturing. There is always a wide variety of activities available and the outside space is fantastic. My son has always gone in happy and comes home with lots to say. The nursery have really supported his development and I get lots of feedback and updates. Handovers are always high quality and the staff make lots of effort to have a great partnership with parents. I can’t fault the care whatsoever, my son has allergies and the nursery have dealt with them all faultlessly. My son says the food is nice. The all-inclusive setting with food, suncream, nappies etc included is perfect for us as a busy working family. My youngest will be attending shortly and I am happy to have found such a lovely setting for them both!

Very pleased with our little one’s development. He loves everyone here and is always so happy to come to the nursery. We definitely feel this is a safe space for him. We can’t wait to bring his little sister to this nursery as well.

This review is purely to say thank you to all the team who helped settle my boys into nursery over the last 6 months, they truly have been invaluable. The boys are loving and thriving in nursery and the biggest part, is the staff. Looking forward to seeing where the rest of our journey at nursery takes us.

The nursery team is wonderful! All staff are warm and welcoming and have helped my son settle in well. The team for my son's group are always caring and engaging and offers a wide range of activities throughout the day. The app is great, it's lovely to see photos of the day and details of what my son has been up to and how he's eaten and slept throughout the day. I'm really happy with the care my son receives. Would definitely recommend it, thank you Chineham Park team!

Nursery is fab. They are all so caring and I feel my daughter is thriving there. They really do go above and beyond for the children. The kitchen and garden are particular favourites for my little one. They do different activities every day and my little one has come on leaps and bounds in her development since starting. The staff are fab. Very well run nursery.

My son started there early this year and he is accommodating in nicely all thanks to the amazing staff! As a first-time mom I was very anxious about this new beginning and I want to say the staff is very supportive and they are there for the parents as much as they are for the kids. I love the open communication and they are easy to talk and definitely helps building that trust report. It does put my mind at ease how dedicated they are and committed to meeting my child's needs. There is lots of learning and planned activities going on for the kids and my boy seems to come home really happy! Every week he is learning something new I would 100% recommend this place to every parent! Kids will love it and they are in really good hands.

It has been a wonderful experience. My daughter is happy going to Bright Horizons everyday. The staff are very helpful and friendly. In terms of learning, my daughter is able to display creativity when doing things.

An amazing nursery which my daughter loves going to. She can't wait for Monday morning to get her bag on and get down there. She is constantly talking about two of the staff saying how much she loves them. Brilliant app which is updated throughout the day with info on eating, activities and naps. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Our child started a few months ago and adapted quickly, enjoying going every day. The staff are always happy to give updates and discuss development, which is very reassuring. There are updates given throughout the day and the app is extremely helpful, keeping us informed of our child's day. Staff have been very supportive and flexible with our needs, as we've had last minute job changes and changing schedules. Cannot fault the service provided so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a safe and engaging place to send your child. We know they have more fun there and learn more than they would at home.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 7 months old, as I returned to work. She's now 20 months old and has come on leaps and bounds! She runs inside, in the morning, happy, enjoys all the different activities and I can see what she has been up to/eaten through the app. The staff are lovely and helpful - they all know her name even the ones who don't work in the Bunnies room. She has learnt so much and I know that is down to the nursery! We would definitely recommend. I will also be sending my newborn there, when I'm back at work again!

I cannot thank enough the nursery team and the management for being such supportive, friendly and caring all the time. This has been our second nursery setting and with comparison I can definitely say every child will be looked after, cared for and felt loved here. Our son is so happy to be there, he has been exploring and learning new things every day, he has been encouraged to share his thoughts and emotions all the time. He is already feeling ready to go to school this September and I know we owe this to the Bright Horizons Chineham Park staff and especially to the squirrel's team. Thank you!

2 of my sons have attended Bright Horizons Chineham Park and I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of care, attention, enthusiasm and kindness that they show. All activities are thoughtfully planned and the kids always have fantastic crafts, paintings, models and certificates of achievement to bring home. Recently they've had fantastic visitors and special event days where the team make such a big effort to make sure each child learns something special from it, feels included, and takes something home to remember the special day. Every single member of staff knows my son's name and welcomes him each morning and asks how he is, which is so important to start the day in a positive way - I love all of the members of staff and enjoy chatting to them, not just about my son's development but also just enjoy chatting to them because they're such nice people! Thank you all so much for everything! Xx
