Overall Experience

We visited for an open day on the 13th October. The facilities are excellent and our son loved the activities in each room and playing with other children.

Bright Horizons Farnborough is great, our child always enjoys his mornings here and tells us all about what he has been doing.

Overall Experience
My son has attended the nursery since he was eight months old and is just about to leave to go to school this September. I've always been welcomed into the setting by the management team. I have never had any issues and my son has always loved coming here.

I am expecting a baby in August 2018 and have already booked baby into the setting.

Overall Experience
We have been coming for the last term and are very pleased with the care our child has received.
She was unsure at first and lots of tears but has slowly settled in.
All being made easier by the caring staff.

She now doesn't want to leave when I pick her up.

Overall Experience
Footsteps is a great nursery. My little boy is in preschool, he was struggling with his speech and they have done everything possible to help his development.

He has improved considerably and now has lots of friends.

Overall Experience
It's always so difficult the first time you leave your child to go back to work, after looking at 5 different nurseries in the area I came to Bright Horizons, warm and friendly staff. I love that it is always clean and no nappy smells in the rooms. All the team are so helpful I feel like our little one is part of a big family. There are lots of activities indoors but the children enjoy lots of exploring outdoors too.

Best decision we made for our little precious boy.

Overall Experience

My son has attended Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery and Preschool since he was one year old, he is now two and we have found the room organisation and overall nursery management to be incredible. The staff are fully committed to his development and clearly take the growth of our boy very seriously.

Our son is growing into a lovely boy, thanks in no small part to the effort, professionalism and care provided by the team at Bright Horizons and specifically his main carer, whom he adores.

Every day I feel fully informed and that our son is looked after and genuinely loved whilst at Bright Horizons. I am confident that he will continue to develop at this wonderful nursery.

I've found that the nursery offers lots of fun and developmental activities and the meals are incredible (most days he eats better than me!)

I would completely recommend this nursery to anyone who needs one.

Absolutely love this nursery! My daughter is very clingy and I tried her in another nursery to start with and she didn't settle. I then tried Footsteps and she settled in well and is so happy here! The staff are all so friendly and polite. They are caring towards the children and I have never had any issues so far. My daughter has been here for 6 months now and I can honestly say its the best decision I have ever made. The sessions seem well structured and my daughter has progressed with her learning and development so quickly within these 6 months. They take the children out on long walks in the pushchair, the food is all home cooked and the rooms are well equipped.

I have been extremely impressed with Footsteps right from the start. From making initial enquiries to being shown around and since my daughter has been attending the nursery since May this year. We were recommended Footsteps Nursery from a work colleague initially and our first visit confirmed this recommendation.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and hugely accommodating. They have made us feel very welcome as a family. Since starting in May at the age of ten months, my daughter has grown in confidence and her development has soared. We are so impressed with the variety of activities that she has been able to access, including cooking and painting. We have really loved having samples of these activities sent home.
On collection each day, we are always given a thorough handover as to how our daughter has been that day. The staff have also been supportive and informative with giving us advice on feeding and sleep.

We would highly recommend Footsteps and cannot praise the team enough!

Overall Experience

My son is very happy going to nursery. He enjoys playing with other children and staff alike. A big positive of the nursery is the large garden and numerous physical activities. My son is especially happy when allowed to play in the mud! The area I would like to see investment in is staff management and teaching skills in the individual rooms. It would be lovely to see the staff also develop as your child moves through the nursery.

I have always had a passion for child development and securing the foundations for children to succeed to the best of their abilities. Following completion of my childcare qualifications, I then went on to complete my level 5 leadership and management.

In 2009 I started my career as an apprentice and progressed along the way resulting in me being able to support and guide staff in the direction of success and fulfilling their goals in their careers.

I’ve worked for a nursery group in Brighton and Hove for 13 years which was then brought by Bright Horizons in December 2021.

I lived in Brighton my whole life before moving to Farnborough in 2021.

I am a proud mummy of 2 little girls and I absolutely love it.

Hi! I'm Holly, the deputy manager at Farnborough Bright Horizons.

I started my career as a bank staff at our Church Crookham branch back in 2014 and absolutely loved it. I moved away from the area to Devon for a couple of years before I came back and re-entered my career at Farnborough. I love making a difference in the lives of our families and strive to make everyone feel welcome and at home within my setting.

I have my little boy Harvey, who also attends the nursery and he loves it! Especially the soft play area and indoor slide. We look forward to welcoming you to the nursery.
