Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery and Preschool

Friendly staff who establish positive relationships with the children in their care. My daughter loved attending in Preschool 1 and 2. Her progress at the nursery was excellent and she thoroughly grew in their care. Thank you.

I think it is a testament to the wonderful job all the team do, particularly the pre-school team that my son runs all the way there and sometimes would rather stay and play longer when I pick him up!

- Breakfast bags for parents - unhealthy food and money would be better used for the children.

Staff are lovely and have made us feel welcome from day one. Kids offered a wide variety of activities to participate in - soft play area, helping Chef, a huge garden area with separate areas for different age groups. Even though my son goes in kicking and screaming, I know that a few minutes after I've left, he calms down and always ends up enjoying his day (think the offerings of toast helps!). His key worker is always there to give him a cuddle when we arrive in the mornings and I know she is always there for him throughout the day should he need her. The food menu is great, Chef offers a great variety of food which is great as wouldn't necessarily offer some of the foods at home. Day sheets (baby room and toddler room) given to parents so they can see what their child has eaten, how many bottles, how many nappies wet/soiled and what activities the child has enjoyed in that day - really like receiving this. Overall, very happy with Footsteps, I have been recommending to friends in the local area.

The staff at footsteps are always helpful and friendly. I always know my son is in good hands. Whenever he is upset he gets cuddles and, as a parent, knowing he is cared for in this way always reassures me. He loves the workers in his class, especially his key worker.

Good overall nursery.Mu daughter is not keen to go in but I know she has fun when I've left. Staff are great and give her lots of cuddles to help her settle. Love that they provide nappies, wipes, all meals and creams such as sudocrem and sunscreen.

Really happy with the nursery, my daughter is always excited to go in and play! The staff are very friendly and personable with the children, everyone knows her name. They are good at feeding back what she has been doing every day.
