Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool

I'm always greeted with enthusiasm and know that my little boy is in safe hands. It's made the transition back to work really easy. The staff also give me advice when I'm at a loss for instance with teething. Would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has attended Teddies since he was 8 months old. He absolutely loves the nursery, he is now 3 years old. The nursery environment provides a fun, safe and excellent space for learning and developing. My son is constantly learning. The staff have been extremely supportive and approachable. They are hard working but always take the time to listen if I have any questions. Overall this is a fantastic nursery and I would highly recommend it to any other parents.

My children have attended this nursery for 7 years. Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool have helped them grow confidently and kindly. Currently, my daughter is in preschool. The staff are outstanding, they have helped my daughter learn academically including writing her name. They are so proactive and they managed a complex issue through supervised play and resolved it compassionately and professionally. The staff clearly care for each child. They have been so supportive of me as a mother, especially if transport has been late and I have been unavailable and delayed. I would not bring my children anywhere else. This is a well managed and happy nursery.

Our son has been with the nursery since he is 6 months old. He settled in straight away and enjoyed every day over the last 18 months. He is developing very well and enjoys the variety of activities on offer. His dirty clothes are proof of how much fun he has every day. He eats and sleeps well and even starts making friends now bonding with some of the children in particular. The girls are lovely, looking after the boisterous boy really well, comfort him when he is poorly, tell us when he has been naughty and best of all make us feel that he is kept safe and happy all day long.

An excellent nursery overall with a family atmosphere.

My daughter has had the most amazing time here at the nursery. Staff are great, professional and caring. I feel my daughter is safe and well looked after when I drop her off and that is very important to me.

Since my daughter has been settling in pre-school she has been os happy and caring every minute of it. Her key workers are amazing, couldn't ask for anyone better to look after my daughter. The activities and planning is always sogod and the girls are always so happy and welcoming. 5 star rating, excellent room, definitely recommend.

The staff are very friendly and my son thoroughly enjoys his time here. There are so many activities each day which makes it really fun for him. The lunches are great too. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

The nursery is a safe and engaging environment. The staff know the children well and offer a positive and loving place for them to learn. Staff have been fantastic in pre-school and always have time to discuss any queries or concerns I may have. My children are both very different characters and in the 7 years, I have used the nursery the staff have always met their needs to a high standard. Thank you.

I only put my son in from May this year and I think the nursery is great. My son has settled in really well and is really happy. That is down to the lovely and caring staff. They made sure he had lots of settling in classes before he officially started which I thought was great and made both myself and son feel at ease. The staff are great and really caring and friendly. I would defiantly recommend this nursery to my friends and family.

My son joined the nursery last year after a bad experience at a previous one. All the staff made such an effort to get him a space quickly and were great at helping him to settle. He is now in pre-school and the teachers are fantastic, he loves going there and has lots of fun. He has grown in confidence and learnt so much which I know is mainly down to the staff and the nursery as a whole.

Extremely positive experience. My daughter is now in her third room and I'm still happy and impressed with the care given. My daughter's development has progressed extremely well due to the staff patience and high standards of care.

The nursery offers a wide range of activities including stretch'n'grow and football.

Knowing how happy my daughter is there and how understanding and catering the staff are there to a self-confessed fussy mum!! I really couldn't recommend this place highly enough!!!

Bright Horizons is a lovely nursery, I really am happy we were able to get a space. My daughter skips in so happy and her Learning has excelled since joining. The manager and her team are truely assets to Bright Horizons. The children all appear so happy and settled this is a reflection on the amazing staff and activities provided. We are very happy and have been from our first visit!

The staff at the nursery are all so energetic, motivated and they clearly have a passion for the work they do :) the manager and deputy have a great working relationship and are very approachable and give sound advice for new mummy's experiencing nursery life. I'd highly recommend a viewing at Teddies, you feel the buzz as soon as you walk through the door x

My daughter loves going to Teddies. She started when she was 8 months old and she is now 14 months. I cannot recommend them enough. The staff are lovely, warm and welcoming. My daughter gets so excited just walking up to the gates and she always puts her arms out to go to the girls that work in the baby room. I have no concerns about leaving her at the nursery and I know she will have a fun, interactive and happy day at the nursery. The induction period was excellent and they slowly eased her into the nursery with me there as well so we could both get use to her going to nursery and to the baby room and getting to know the other members of staff. If I have ever had any queries or questions I know that they will get answered and dealt with promptly. Teddies is a fantastic nursery.

Teddies Nursery is a wonderful nursery that cares deeply about all of the children in their care. My daughter loves her Teachers and over the last 3 years we have seen her grow in self-confidence, build upon her social skills and gain a passion for learning. The nursery is really a home from home, if my daughter needs a cuddle, she gets one, some reassurance, she gets it and most of all, she gets the love and nurturing from the staff. The Manager has worked in partnership with me over the last 3 years, listening to my needs as well as my daughters. The level of early years provision is outstanding, which to me is really the icing on the cake. Teddies is a warm and inviting setting that I would be recommend highly.
