Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has been with Teddies since she was two and entered at the beginning of lockdown one. They were brilliant throughout the entire process and have been very accommodating also. All the staff are friendly and supportive, my daughter is always coming home telling me how much she loves her teachers. Highly recommend.

My daughter has really come along in her time at the nursery and staff have gone out of their way to care for her. Her confidence has shone through and now I drop off with no tears and she is eager to go in which is a good indicator that she loves nursery.

I would absolutely recommend Bright Horizon Teddies Nursery Loughton 100%. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The staff were supportive during the settling period and kept me updated. My daughter has a great bond with them. Since joining my daughter's social skills and development have improved tremendously. I trust that my daughter is well looked after while at Teddies and is always super happy at pick up and drop off. Thanks to the whole team.

My son has attended the nursery since he was under two years old. He is very happy there, he loves the staff who are very friendly, well trained and professional. Also, the management of the nursery are very helpful and have always been there if I needed them too.

Couldn’t be happier with the Nursery. All of the staff are helpful, attentive and above all loving! Can truly see how much they care about the children which is evident at drop-off and pick-up. Have been incredibly communicative throughout and above all, I feel happy knowing my child is very happy there. The app provided is incredibly helpful and updated well by the team! All in all, am very happy with the nursery.

My daughter goes to Loughton Bright Horizons, she absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, always keeping me updated and at ease that my daughter is happy. My daughter is always provided with great activities and the staff in her room always make sure her individual needs are met. My daughter has great bonds with her key worker and all staff always saying their names. I can see she is starting to make strong bonds with her peers. Me and my husband feel happy that now she is in nursery, her social skills have improved so much so thank you so much.

My little boy has been attending Teddies for over two years now and I can’t recommend the nursery setting/pre-school enough. The staff in the room are all amazing as well as the cover and the reception staff. They will always keep you updated and help with any queries and are always very approachable and extremely friendly. My little boys loves each and every one of them! My little boy is a very fussy eater and they have encouraged him to try new food and will always accommodate him if won’t eat the food offered. My sons learning has also come on a lot in the last year and he loves role play ands outdoor play and I look forward to him staying here until he starts school next September.

My toddler son absolutely loves being at Teddies. He has developed strong bonds with the staff and has thrived in this environment. The office and management have always been friendly and accommodating. The staff is always keen to provide a full report of your child's day and genuinely care about the children. Overall, I would strongly recommend this nursery and am so happy that we have secured a place for our child.

My son has been at the nursery from one year old. After looking at nine other nurseries Teddies was the one that instantly made me feel comfortable, the staff were so welcoming, the layout of nursery is great and the overall feel was exactly what we were looking for.

Since being at the nursery my son has grown and developed so much, he is always excited to go in and always smiling when he comes up. The nursery keep us up to date throughout the day with activities they are doing, photos, mealtimes and menus.

I've always had a good experience of Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool and think they have coped really professionally through lockdown etc with Covid measures. Although I do miss not being able to enter the building and see my child's environment, I will very much welcome the long overdue new app when it is launched as I'm sure it will tell me more about my child's day. All the staff are very accommodating and overall I feel very satisfied that my child is receiving the best care and attention.

We are very happy with our choice of nursery. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and caring. They were very supportive during the settling in period and proactively updated us on my child’s progress so we didn’t need to worry. The team seem to understand our children well and they give them plenty of time outside which is very important to us. Our children have come on leaps and bounds since they started six months ago. We have seen a marked improvement in their speech and understanding and behaviour. Finally, the nursery management and team’s handling of the virus situation has been nothing but professional and reassuring. A big thank you to the whole team.

We were very happy when my son started at the nursery. The staff were extremely welcoming and immediately engaged with him. Since joining the nursery he is much more comfortable with the people and other children. He has developed very well and his learning skills have drastically improved. He is ready to start school. Whilst all the staff have been fantastic, we would like to thank one in particular. She helped ease him in and has been there for him ever since.

My daughter is quite nervous and the staff in pre school always greet her warmly and help her feel confident to leave me. She always speaks fondly of her day at nursery and adores her carers which is nice to hear. Since starting she has been learning phonics and can now write her name all by herself, I’m happy that she is learning new things regularly:

Teddies is great. My son has come very far since being in Caterpillars, the staff in there have been brilliant with him. He was always very happy in there and I feel he has progressed very well. Now he is in Butterflies, the continued outstanding work has just got better and better. My son has enjoyed his time at Teddies and we will be very sad to leave in September.

It is clean and tidy, well maintained.

Really good at dealing with any issues and really supportive of my daughter starting and settling in.

The nursery provides fun activities and updates resources and facilities outside on a regular basis. All members of the staff are professional, caring and fantastic at what they do. Thank you.
