Since the day my little boy started at nursery, we have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff are amazing and caring. They always update me on how his day has been and what his been up to. He loves going to nursery and seeing his friends, he has settled in so well and thats all thanks to the amazing staff.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had my children attend this nursery. From day one the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Every one of the ladies who looked after my children were kind and nurturing. They really got to know my children and developed incredibly special bonds with them both. The energy of this nursery is warm and welcoming. Both children never had any issues going in, even during settles, they settled in very quickly. It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were happy there. Communication was always honest and open and you can tell they genuinely care for the children in their setting. They would encourage parents to tell them what the children were enjoying at home so they could tailor the activities to what the children enjoyed! I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for somewhere lovely to have their children properly looked after!

The nursery is super clean, lovely outdoor space which my son adores! Friendly and helpful staff that always go the extra mile for my son.

Our daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 11 months old and loves it! The staff are all very caring and she’s always excited to see them. They do lots of activities and the outdoor space is great and she loves that she gets to play outside every day. She loves the food too!

In summary; Teddies has been the best decision and every team member truly cares. I can’t be more thankful and wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent.

My daughter loves going to nursery and it makes me so happy and comforted. The staff are so friendly and work brilliantly with the children. There is a fab garden play area and lots of space to run around plus the food is all fresh/home-cooked. Would love more photos and videos though, but understand it can probably be chaotic in the room!

They really helped my 3-year-old settle in well to the preschool group, considering it was my child's first time in a daycare setting. Teachers very friendly and my kid tells me regularly 'I love them'. Good range of food, activities and very clean setting. Good-sized outside space and lots of interactive and imaginative play, as well as a focus on education such as learning letters. Kid comes out telling me lots of stories about how much fun she's had.

Really pleased with the nursery facilities and the staff are very attentive. My two children joined last year and have settled in well. I always get a warm welcome and the staff are friendly and helpful during feedback at the end of the day. Highly recommend Teddies to anyone looking for a high-quality, caring and friendly setting.

My daughter carried out a few settling-in sessions which were so helpful and now, when I drop my daughter off, I get a little wave goodbye!

I’ve had an extremely friendly and professional experience with everyone at the nursery. The app is so informative and always gives me reassurance as a mother back at work wondering what my child is doing. Great staff, always attentive to son and keep me updated regularly.

Since my daughter started at Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool four months ago (at 16 months old), I have noticed such a difference in the way she is. She’s more comfortable around people, she’s taking such big leaps in her talking and has picked up so much. When I drop her off, she’s always so happy and super excited to be going and is still happy when I collect her. The staff really do give you peace of mind, the app tells you everything about your child’s day so there’s no need to worry and I am so thankful that my daughter is safe and feels comfortable with the staff. I was quite anxious at first before I started her there but I am so glad I sent her. She loves it. Thank you to everyone at Teddies.

We are so pleased with Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Day Nursery and Preschool. We are a South African family settling into the UK and my daughter (2 years) is already adapting to the changed circumstances, thanks to the personnel and leaders at the the nursery. The care, attention and love are excellent. I extended to a full week a month care because of the trust and strong relationship evolving. I would definitely recommend them.

My son loves his nursery and the special bond he created with his teachers and his friends. I transferred him from another branch in midst of Covid lockdown. Best decision ever made for my son as he was growing up and he needed the much loving space he had in Teddies. He still keeps saying that this is his Nursery Park. The staff are super friendly and caring.

Its been three months now since my daughter started attending the pre-school and she loves it. We are very pleased with everything so far, great communication from staff, a lot of activities for children, chef is brilliant, my daughter loves the food. I would recommend Bright Horizons Teddies Nursery 100%.
