Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and Preschool

The overall standard is very high.

We have been very pleased with the Phoenix nursery since our daughter started at the baby cottage when she was 10 months old. The level of care is second to none and our daughter settled in quickly and has enjoyed every day. We couldn't have asked for more caring, hardworking and kind carers for our daughter. As a working Mum, it makes me feel relieved and assured that our daughter is being looked after in the best possible place.

The nursery is wonderful, all the girls do an incredible job, especially one of the nursery nurses, my son loves his time here.

Very happy with the nursery and how happy my son is. He is happy every time I drop him off and loves all of the nursery staff.

Bright Horizons is an excellent nursery. I feel very comfortable leaving my son each morning as I know he is being extremely well looked after. He is also learning and developing thanks to all the guidance he receives.

Everyone is friendly, willing, kind, helpful and always has time for me and my daughter. I had a very difficult time and the nursery key workers and management were very accommodating. Keep up the good work.

We have moved our son as concerns about high staff turnover, care and communication became too much to ignore. The facilities are good but the staff do not seem to know the children and our son was often hungry and dehydrated when he came home. We tried to resolve the issues but felt the level of concern too high to keep him there.

I absolutely love the nursery. My child needed no settling to join the toddler pod. She smiles when I leave her and smiled when I return. I would recommend Phoenix to everyone choosing a nursery.

A personalised experience is received. Caring staff and excellent facilities. Wide variety of extracurricular activities provided eg forest school.
