Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and Preschool

We are very pleased that our child absolutely loves attending nursery. It's obvious she really enjoys spending time here. We find Phoenix Day Nursery exceptional and know that our daughter is in good hands.

Been such a pleasure knowing our youngest has such all-rounded and comprehensive childcare that covers all the hours we need. Great feedback from staff, and our daughter has highly benefited developmentally and socially.

It's hard sending your child off to nursery and entrusting him to someone else's care, but Phoenix makes you feel so comfortable and happy. Our little boy clearly loves it here.

Our 3 children have gone to Phoenix and all of them have absolutely loved their time there. All of the staff are amazing. They are caring, professional and have taken wonderful care of our children. It is a lovely environment for kids and we could not be more grateful for everything that the staff have done to ensure our kids are safe, looked after and have lots of fun. I feel so confident in the care that my daughter receives while at nursery. Since starting nearly a year ago in the baby room, she has come on in confidence and developed into a great little toddler. Her key people are so wonderful and seem to really enjoy having her (whilst I’m sure it’s tiring). The new app is amazing, I love being able to see what she has been up to and what she has eaten each day. Real piece of mind. Thank you.

My daughter has attended the nursery for just under a year, starting in the baby cottage and now in the next age group and both my husband and I have been thoroughly impressed with the nursery. She loves going to nursery and they are always doing a wide range of activities to keep her busy and entertained. The staff are fantastic - they are approachable, friendly and caring and have a good understanding of my child and their needs. The addition of the app has been brilliant, being kept posted on how they are doing throughout the day, both through their personal care and activities they are up to is very reassuring and great to be kept in the loop. We also really enjoy the extra events they put on that involve the parents as well, such as the Easter egg hunt and the Queens jubilee afternoon tea. We couldn’t fault the nursery and we are very excited for our next baby to start there next year - thank you to everyone at Phoenix!

I've had children at Phoenix for nearly three years no and I can't fault the experience and care my children have received. Communication has been key and all staff have been personable and professional! The staff are attentive and the relationships the children make with staff is second to none. I always recommend Phoenix to others!

Our two children have attended Phoenix since they were less than one year old and we have been delighted with everything about the nursery and staff. Our four-year-old recently left for school and he was so well prepared from Pre School and where Phoenix prepares them in early-stage foundations. Our youngest daughter has also come on leaps and bounds at Phoenix and has been moved up a class to accelerate her learning. We put all of this down to the excellent staff, curriculum and care that Phoenix holds so dear. All of the staff have known our children's names for years and feel like family when doing drop off or pick up. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The outdoor spaces are larger than average and forest school has been a particular highlight for the kids where they explore the nearby woods. The food is of fantastic quality and both kids have always eaten brilliantly while there. The values that Phoenix upholds has been instilled in our kids and we are very grateful.

We signed up during lockdown so we haven't had chance to see all of the rooms or outside space yet, so our answers will be based on what we have seen to date as we have only been coming for about a month - but so far we are very happy and getting more familiar. The only comment other than the above is that we enjoy seeing the daily report card as it helps us know what they do during the day. Although some days we don't receive a report, which is a shame, but we appreciate that you are all busy so we understand but that's the only thing we have to comment on - other than that, everyone seems so lovely and caring.

My child has a medical condition and the nursery management have gone above and beyond to look out for her needs. This has relieved so much stress for us, as parents, knowing she is in such good hands and also allowed my child's first years to be as normal as possible. We could not be more thankful to the nursery and the staff for this.

Both our children now attend Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and both are very happy there. They both love the food and particularly the amount of time spent outside which we as parents believe is very important. Both have fantastic key workers that go over and above. You can tell that the staff really enjoy their jobs and love children.

The food offered is also varied and since attending he eats so much better at home as well. We are looking forward to our youngest starting soon and also to our eldest starting full days when I return to work - I trust Bright Horizons Phoenix completely to watch over them both.

Fabulous nursery that offers such a 5 star service for looking after and caring for the wellbeing and development of the children - and also the parent. My children have really developed since joining and I couldn't be happier with all the nursery's help in facilitating this.

My child has attended Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery for the last year and a half. She loves going, the staff are always happy and on hand to answer any questions. The staff make learning fun and go above the call of duty (in my opinion). I'm very happy with everything apart from there not being any spaces for my son to attend due to it being such a popular place!! Apart from that no complaints.
