Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and Preschool

My child has attended Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery for the last year and a half. She loves going, the staff are always happy and on hand to answer any questions. The staff make learning fun and go above the call of duty (in my opinion). I'm very happy with everything apart from there not being any spaces for my son to attend due to it being such a popular place!! Apart from that no complaints.

Great nursery! Always know exactly what's going on, the parent app is great and full of lovely pics and updates of what they are doing! My child has a great time and is always excited about the events put on! Staff are all so friendly!

We were really pleased with the way was our little one was taken care of. She enjoyed the activities in the nursery. She always went to nursery very happily, and I was pleased she was well taken care of even in the pandemic situation. The staff were excellent, friendly and always helpful.

My son has been attending Phoenix since he was a toddler, he is now in preschool and due to start school next September. As a parent you want the best start for your child during early years learning, I cannot recommend Phoenix enough. They are outstanding. The staff are approachable and very friendly, and there is regular feedback on the progress of your child. They work with you to provide support and do the best they can for you and your child. If there are any issues these are dealt with professionally and sensitively. My son thoroughly enjoys all the activities during the day, including the forest school programme and preschool plus. Phoenix also arranges family events throughout the year, including summer carnivals and Christmas fayres. Phoenix has a family feel to it, this for me makes it that extra bit special. I would highly recommend this day nursery and preschool to anyone.l

Both my sons have attended Phoenix Day Nursery since they were 11 months old. The staff are absolutely fantastic and take genuine care and interest in my boys. I take great comfort from the learning environment and facilities the setting provides, with reassurance that my boys will grow and develop their skills in a fun stimulating environment. Forever grateful.

We are so happy with Phoenix. Our boys are so happy here I am completely relaxed when I drop the boys off knowing they are in good hands. It's the staff that make it, I can tell how dedicated the team are and that they all enjoy their jobs.

The nursery has taken very good daily care of my daughter over the last 2 years. I feel very comfortable knowing she is in their care. The food is excellent and very much enjoyed by my daughter.

As a family, we're incredibly happy with the nursery. Our son loves coming to nursery and his progress has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Phoenix. The staff have all been wonderful and we feel very fortunate to have such a fabulous establishment locally.
