Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and Preschool

Wonderful nursery setting. The staff are always going the extra mile to make the children feel at home. A lot of effort goes into learning through play and there are many activities each and every day. The team are always open to questions and keep parents informed. We wouldn't send our little ones anywhere else.

A fantastic nursery which so far, has been an excellent start for our little boy. He loves going into nursery which is testament to the care he’s receiving there and very reassuring to us, as parents. Lovely staff who have all been friendly, caring, approachable and great at what they do. Based on our experience so far, we’re really pleased we chose this nursery and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Our daughter has attended Phoenix for over a year and we are so proud of how she has grown in confidence. The staff are fantastic, every member knows her name regardless of whether they are in her class and this gives a real sense of comfort to us as parents. Phoenix is extremely family orientated and to have a happy child on pick-up says it all. The resources available are excellent for her to explore, engage and overall enjoy herself.

There is nowhere else I can imagine that would compare to Phoenix. The facilities, food, development and most importantly staff are above every expectation I ever had of a nursery. My partner and I love it and cannot speak any more highly and the children are so happy here.

Phoenix is such a wonderful place for the children. My child has been here for almost three years and we have loved every minute. They do so much with the children and my son has learnt so much since he joined. The staff are wonderful and I couldn't ask for more from them.

Both my girls have come to Phoenix Day Nursery and they have both loved it. I found it hard to find a nursery I loved and had a good feeling about, so we actually travel out of the area so the girls could attend. Thank you for everything you do.

We are extremely pleased with our son's progress at Phoenix. He has settled in with the support of all the staff team. he initially found settling in difficult but now absolutely loves nursery. We are expecting our second child and will be registering them to ensure we get a place at this excellent nursery.

I have always thought very highly of all the staff at Phoenix and how lovely and welcoming all the ladies are! The effort that the team always put in really pays off and my children have never complained at any point about not liking nursery, that's always helped us as parents, not having that worry. Lots of extra activities to do at Phoenix. The food is great! Application on the phone is a great idea! Would recommend to any family.

This is a caring, kind, very fun nursery with lots of age-appropriate learning and fantastic staff.

Since starting this nursery in 2022, my son has progressed in his development. He has spent time in the baby room and toddler room and is now in the preschool room. He is nearly 3 years old! He enjoys coming to nursery and will talk about his teachers every day and will talk to me about his day. I wouldn't have this if he wasn't at this nursery. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

We are very happy we have chosen this nursery. Staff are amazing not only with children but also they are taking good care of parents. All questions and queries are answered and taken care of and they always assure me about how my baby is doing. Every member I have met has been very nice to me and my baby. I appreciate app updates on how the baby is doing during the day and also pictures that we get to see. Baby has learned a lot, and likes being in the nursery, which proves that he is taken care of very well. Thank you.

The nursery is in a lovely setting, clean and has great facilities. The staff are lovely, very friendly, approachable and accommodating, and our daughter has formed a good bond with her key workers and the rest of the staff. The nursery offers a variety of activities. Our daughter has settled in well, and we are very pleased with her progress/development.

Very informative in getting a better understanding of what my child gets up to when he is in nursery. It's very reassuring that he is so well looked after and has so many great facilities available to him.
