The nursery is just amazing!
Excellent staff, the manager is very professional, very in control of the nursery, very friendly and approachable.
The nursery is very clean and very organised. The staff are very professional and welcoming.
Nursery is very safe.
Parking is ok.

Our child/children have been attending the nursery since 2019. Throughout lockdown and beyond, the nursery staff have been amazing. They work hard and are dedicated to their children. They always try to accommodate if we need extra sessions, and I feel so comfortable leaving my children there. The nursery
has great outdoor space and play facilities. The food is always varied, and they get fed well during the day. I would highly recommend this nursery; the staff really do make it special. We are always greeted with a smile, and all staff know the children's names.

Very pleased with the learning process, activities and staff. Fantastic facilities and I feel my child is very happy, learns a lot of things such as how we share, play with other kids and help when they need to.

My child has just graduated after 3 years and I cannot recommend the nursery enough (Writtle). Such a fantastic nursery with fantastic key workers and people. My child has thrived at Writtle and is now ready for school because of the team. Thank you all at Writtle for your time and care with my child.
I cannot wait to send my son next year.

We joined Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Writtle after an upsetting experience at another nursery, so we came in hesitant. However, the whole experience has been wonderful. It feels like one big happy family and that everyone takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys being with the children which means

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Writtle, Chelmsford has an excellent management team, always keeping me up to date with any news and activities within the nursery. My child has always enjoyed attending and learning lots every day for the past two years. I particularly like the large amount of outdoor space and
forest school. I have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, should there be any concerns. The food and nutrition are also excellent, with a variety of good healthy meals cooked daily, which my child loves.

Friendly, approachable staff. I visited a number of childminders and nurseries for my son (who was 1 at the time), he has now been at Kiddi Caru for almost 2 years and I've never regretted my decision. I will be using Kiddi Caru again for my second child.

My daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru since she was 9 months old and she absolutely loves it!
All staff members are so attentive and kind, they have built such lovely relationships with my daughter.

My daughter currently attends the preschool room and loves her nursery days. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment, which seems to really encourage the children to interact. The team are very creative and always have new ideas for engaging the children in a range of activities and making sure
they get that all-important outdoor time to play and explore nature. I have been really impressed with the teaching sessions in smaller groups, which my daughter very much enjoys and has been picking up new skills including phonics. I have been so impressed with the nursery team throughout, but especially in recent times where their proactiveness to the evolving guidelines and commitment to keeping everyone safe has been fantastic. I have personally really valued the time they always happily give to support me by discussing any concerns and providing reassurance.

Both my children attend and are really happy here. Their keyworkers are brilliant and any concerns I have raised have been dealt with immediately. The new manager has made some fantastic changes and is a credit to the nursery. All the nursery needs is the Tapestry App, in my opinion.

My son has been going to this nursery for over a year. He has learnt so much (recently numbers, calculations. emotions, songs) he has made a lot of new friends in the nursery and always come home in a good mood, singing and telling me what he had been doing/learning in the nursery. My son likes all
the adults in pre-school. My son loves building blocks and playing with cars.

Very happy with the care, variety of activities, outside space and time spent outside. Our daughter loves it. The staff were happy to give her a varied and healthy vegan diet with no hesitation or judgement. Communication home has improved since the new manager started, although still waiting for 'portal'
to be made available.
Shame that the cost has increased to include nappies and wipes as our daughter only needs the odd wipe now.

My daughter is 2 and a half and has been attending Kiddi Caru Writtle since she was 10 months old. I have always thought that the staff are fantastic, caring, cheerful, knowledgeable - but I am so impressed at how they have managed to maintain such a high standard throughout these challenging times
of the COVID-19 pandemic. Their communication is excellent and I completely trust that they have a compliant and well-thought-out system in place to ensure my child is happy and safe - and continues to develop well - thank you so much for all you do!

We love Kiddi Caru, Writtle. The staff are brilliant and so supportive. My child has been attending for 4 months now and had a very rocky start, it is a testament to the team that they were able to settle him at all! They worked flexibly with me to accommodate my return to work and I felt secure and
happy leaving my son in their care. The place is spotless. The team are working so hard to ensure that even with COVID restrictions, families are kept well informed about the activities of their child. I cannot recommend the nursery enough. They are excellent and we are so grateful for the care they provide.

We have had a great experience at Kiddi Caru and our daughter has settled in really well. The nursery are really flexible with extra sessions where they can be and keep parents informed regularly regarding events, heating issues, covid outbreaks etc.

My daughter currently attends the nursery and my son previously. My daughter is excited to attend and walks in happily, which is amazing as she has always been quite clingy to mummy. My son comes to collect my daughter sometimes and the staff always recognise him and talk to him about what he’s been

I cannot recommend Kiddi Caru in Writtle highly enough. The staff are so caring, kind and go out of their way to help us and our children. The manager and his team look after both our children and during a tough year (2020 pandemic!) they have communicated excellently and provided a safe and fun haven
for our kids! They love it there and we feel so assured at what they are learning and how they are being cared for is of such a high standard. The outside space and forest school is so brilliant and is an important part of the learning that Kiddi Caru encourage. Both our children have the vegan menu which is brilliant and so well balanced and nutritious and our kids love the food. The key carers that look after our children have formed such wonderful and genuine bonds which we are so thrilled about and will make it very hard to say goodbye as they grow up. Thank you so much Kiddi Caru and all staff for being that wonderful, warm and friendly place.

Katie has worked in the early years sector for nearly twenty years and began working for Kiddi Caru in 2013. During this time she has climbed our internal career ladder and has gained her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young Persons Services. Katie has extensive experience within all the age ranges, which has enabled her to provide the team with the best support and knowledge in providing high standards in childcare and education. What Katie enjoys most is welcoming families and building strong parent partnerships.
