We are really please with our daughters progress. Naturally leaving your child with strangers to start with is so hard however that quickly changed. Everyone knows our daughters name even if they do not work with her immediately. She loves nursery, has made great friends which we was worried about, we are kept very well informed, always something new and exciting going on whether its activities or events. We love the nursery and all the teachers/assistants and whom support her

My daughter has been at this nursery for 2 years now, and has such a lovely bond with the staff. They take really great care of the children and always have smiling faces, even when they must be exhausted from long days of keeping young children entertained! This for me is a sign that they really love their jobs. When I had an issue, the management team dealt with it straight away, took positive actions and gave me clear feedback on the changes they made, without making excuses. We have had a lovely experience at Kiddi Caru Writtle.

My daughter is currently in the Squirrels room and i can't express how happy she is to go in everyday! She has been with familiar staff since rabbits and her key worker Holly is amazing. She goes above and beyond to create interesting activities and educational opportunities for her. There are 4 staff members in her room but there are only 2 that stand out for their endless work. Holly and Amber run the room and are always thinking of new exciting experiences for my little girl. She comes home everyday asking to go back the day after! Thank you so much girls!

My daughter has been going to Kiddi Caru since she was 9 months old and is soon to turn 4. From day one the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Each key worker that she has had has really taken the time to get to know her and help her thrive throughout her development. Our daughter has particularly loved attending 'Forest school' learning and exploring the great outdoors.

My sons being attending for a year and a half he absolutely loves going to nursery always being excited to go in. There is a large range of activities taking place each day for the children to take part in. Staff are friendly and approachable always happy to help! Staff create amazing bonds with the children making a loving and comfortable environment!

Management- there is always a issue entering the nursery around 5pm. With no management being available to answer the door causing ques and delays. More staff needed. HR- hard to follow invoices with no mathematical calculation present so you are able to track how your bill is calculated Payment- payment for bank holidays and holidays the child takes even if you give nursery months ahead notice. Cost of food is too high- we are charged 260 per month for full time food and we only spend 350£ for 3 of us at home. Staff- often have lost child belongings and wore his shoes without socks and act as if they haven't noticed. There was an occasion we had to wait 30mins for the team to find his shoes so he didn't walk home with just socks on. Often in actives our child gets injured due to lack of supervision e.g. our child now has a permanent scar on his eye lid from falling over in water play.

My daughter has been coming to Kiddi Caru since she was 8 months old and she is now turning 4 and she loves it. The nursery has provided a safe, fun environment and I couldn't recommend Kiddi Caru enough. The staff are wonderful and have always made us feel welcome.

My daughter really enjoys her time at nursery. She has built great relationships with the team. And her experience, activities and development has come on leaps and bounds. However I do feel that for the activities we are being charged a lot more than the value of the activities themselves, and feel that the costs can be more fairly set. My child loves her experience, and had grown so much, but the cost is far higher than needed.

My daughter has been at Kiddi Caru Writtle since she was 5 months and I have been so pleased with everything. All the staff are incredible and all know my daughter, the food is brilliant and gets the kiddies to try new things. All the activities are great for their development. We have even moved house since we started but I will not change as I have so much love for the nursery

Kiddi Caru Writtle is a lovely place, peaceful setting. My child is thriving here. Staff are caring and friendly and attentive in ensuring the needs of my child are met. Highly recommend this childcare setting.

Kiddi Caru Writtle was everything I wanted from a nursery for my son. He attended from January 2020 to August 2023 (baby room through to graduating pre-school) and throughout that time received the best care possible. The lovely staff all knew him and seemed to enjoy his company, they catered to his interests and were keen to work with us if there were (rarely!) any problems. They were careful with food preferences (mild tomato allergy as a baby and vegetarian) and the food appeared to be tasty and nutritious. Far more so than the school he's at now! The Forest School and outside space was my main reason for choosing Kiddi Caru, and my son loved spending so much time outside. He also loved the fish in reception, all his key workers and he often asked to go to nursery on non-nursery days. I will remember his time at Kiddi Caru very fondly and am so grateful to all the staff for making it such a lovely experience for him.

Our little boy absolutely loved his time at Kiddi Caru in Writtle. We moved from South Africa in November 2022, and our boy started attending from the 2nd week after we arrived, until it was time to start reception in September 2023. The team did an amazing job helping him to settle in, given the upheaval of moving country, and he thrived. The forest school was his favourite, and he always had lots of stories to tell when he got home. Thank you to the Kiddi Caru Writtle team for their amazing work!

Kiddi Caru Writtle is a wonderful nursery. When I take my children, I am confident that they will have happy and fun days, learn new things and also be fed and watered well. The staff in the otter's room are brilliant and know my twins so well. I couldn't want a better experience.

Absolutely love this nursery. My child has been extremely happy and looks forward to going. Staff are always friendly, and I always get a warm welcome and exceptional feedback when I collect my child. Also, when I do collect my child, all the other children in the class say hello, and it goes to show how confident and comfortable the children are. I love that the nursery is very child-led and encourages children to learn through playing, and they offer balanced healthy meals, which my child loves.

Our experience with Kiddi Caru Writte has been amazing! They have really helped with our son's development and he enjoys going to nursery so much, which puts my mind at ease, especially when I am at work. The pictures and regular updates on their app also really help with this. The staff are so good with my son and the kids in general, they prepare so many different activities and themes that provide the right amount of stimulation. They are also very good at creating and strengthening bonds with the children. The facilities are amazing too, as the children get to play in a safe outdoor space that is also close to nature. We really love Kiddi Caru in Writte - the amazing staff is what really sets this nursery apart!

As a first time mum it was really important to me to find the right setting for my daughter when I returned to work when she was 9 months. Kiddi Caru was the place. After viewing multiple nurseries in the local area, I instantly fell in love with the setting. I love their outdoor area and the fact they use it in all weathers. I love the personalised care my daughter receives. She is known by not only the adults within her room, but other adults know her by name also, giving it that family feel. The facilities within the Dormice room are incredible and the activities the children are exposed to on a daily basis are enriching and engaging. The handover after each day is detailed and the information is also put on an app for both parents to see throughout the day. Overall, I’m very happy with the care, love and support the nursery provide my little one. I can rest easy knowing she is in safe hands whilst at work.

I think the nursery offers a great space for the kids to learn, with lots of different actives. The only thing I believe they could do better is now my little one is in preschool, they could help parents or inform parents if they want on areas to improve education, our nursery tells us what he’s been doing and learning, suggesting areas to improve would help me, I do except not everyone will like this!

Our little one has been with Kiddi Caru Writtle for 7 months. I am so impressed with the nursery. The staff are very friendly, helpful and dedicated. They helped our son settle very well. He loves going to nursery so I feel at ease when he’s there. Our little one has an egg allergy but the nursery has been absolutely brilliant with it which is very important to us. There is also ample parking making drop off and pick up very easy. The management team are fantastic, always professional but very understanding and friendly. I can very highly recommend Kiddi Caru Writtle.

The facilities and care are amazing, I feel rest assured having gone back to work that my child is cared for. I viewed a few nurseries and this was by far the best in all aspects. The staff are so friendly and supportive. Her development and progress with feeding has come on leaps and bounds with their practice. I love the app to be able to see what she’s eaten and changed and also photos of what she has been up to in the day. Again, it provides me reassurance. My only negative is, as parents are still expected to pay on bank holidays regardless of their child is in or not, If possible some flexibility would be good with regards to swapping a day for special occasions or circumstances, if there is space on those days. I was told that this is not something the nursery offer.

Kiddi Caru Writtle is great, with an inclusive mix of engaging staff that are very creative in all the activities provided to the children. There are large outdoor spaces in each of the rooms, chickens, fish and a doggy corner to keep the children entertained. I really recommend it!

My daughter has been at this nursery for 2 years now, and has such a lovely bond with the staff. They take really great care of the children and always have smiling faces, even when they must be exhausted from long days of keeping young children entertained! Our little boy absolutely loved his time at Kiddi Caru in Writtle.
