My daughter has been going to the nursery since 2023. Very happy with the staff at the nursery and the settings. Kiddi Caru have guided my daughter through nursery life in a structured way, I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone that needs a nursery in the area.

Our two children have attended the nursery. We have always had a great experience all round. Great facilities, especially outdoors and excellent and very knowledgeable staff. Great food offering and regular feedback is provided. Highly recommended!

My three boys have all been through the nursery over the past 5 years, and I can generally say I will be sad to leave when my youngest moves on at the end of the year.
The whole team are incredible and are what make the nursery such a success. Seeing all the children so keen and happy to go in in
the mornings is a credit to the hard work and effort that goes into all the activities and fun that they provide for all the children and babies across the rooms.
The outside space was a big selling point to me and they have access to this all year round.
I would 100% recommend the nursery.

Our twins have been attending Kiddi Caru Writtle for just over 2 years. They really enjoy their time at nursery and have made great bonds with both other children, but also many of the adults that work there. We trust that they are in safe hands. They have a smile on their face at the start and end
of each nursery day, which is a big relief as a parent.
Kiddi Caru always keep parents updated with what's going on at nursery and what fun adventures the children have been on that day, sending updates and pictures.

Our 2 girls have attended Kiddi Caru Writtle for the last 2 years. They have enjoyed their time there and always felt happy and comfortable. Financially, whenever there are changes to payments, we are always given good notice and Jenny is always on hand to answer our questions. Since joining, the
menu has improved significantly, and there is a wide variety of foods for the girls for all meals. Staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive. Safeguarding has also continually improved with new intercom and clear comms on ensuring parents are let in by staff only.

My daughter has been attending Writtle KC for just over one year. In that time she has had some chronic health issues. One of the things I am so grateful for is how closely the staff have monitored our daughter. They have taken the time to reassure us and graciously accommodate our requests. The
care and kindness every team member has shown has made a stressful time easier to handle.
The staff develop beautiful relationships with the children and are genuinely invested in their development. Our daughter is excited to attend and always seems to be involved in fun craft activities, singing and learning new skills such through programmes. Seeing our daughter bond with the staff and other children is wonderful to watch.

My daughter has attended Kiddi Caru Writtle since she was 1 year old and is now 3. She has absolutely thrived during her time here. The staff are brilliant - caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development. They went above and beyond to support her when she was recovering
from a hip operation and needed to attend nursery in a cast, ensuring she was comfortable, included, and happy.
The nurturing environment, combined with the team's professionalism, has given her confidence and helped her flourish. I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru Writtle to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching nursery.

My son attended Kiddi Karu Writtle from 8months old up until 4 years. As my first child, I was nervous to drop him but the nursery could not have been more accommodating and kind. He has very fond memories there and still speaks of it often. My youngest, at 2 years, is now there and loves it just as
much. The staff are so friendly and take great care of them. As a parent, it's all you could wish for! The children are safe, cared for and the parents are well informed. The staff know each child and parent personally. It really is a special nursery and I would recommend it to anyone.

My Daughter attends Kiddi Caru - Writtle 3 days a week since she was 9 months old.
The staff are all so welcoming and friendly.
All staff know her personally even though they do not work with her immediatly and have ensured she has settled into the nursery environment as calmly as possible. She
has a wonderful relationship with her key worker and other staff in the room.
It has made the transition so easy for us all as a family, we are kept updated throughout the day of all the fun activities she is participating in. I am extremely happy we picked Kiddi Caru to care for our daughter.

Our son has been going to this nursery since he was 13 months old (he is now three years and 9 months old). He has loved every moment in Kiddi Caru! His key workers always make sure we are updated on his progress or if there are any issues. He has good relationships with them. Jodie, Owen, Shannon,
Tabs, Chelsea, Becca, Anna, Lilly and Amy (to name a few!) have all been wonderful with my son. I know that when I leave him at nursery, he is well taken care of and have activities that enrich his growth. He has definitely progressed in this nursery.

All 3 of my daughters have attended Kiddi Caru nursery over the past 5 years. Throughout that time, I've been so impressed by how welcoming and caring the team is, and what wonderful bonds they've formed with my kids. There's an endless array of creative and stimulating activities for the children
and my kids have always been very happy there! The menu is varied and nutritious, and the rooms are clean and tidy, with plenty of activities to keep the children entertained (including an amazing forest school area!). The communication with parents is excellent. I'd highly recommend KC to anyone!

My son has attended Kiddi Caru Day Nursery for around 3 years. His current key worker Jodie has been with him since he joined, which was a great sense of relief knowing he had a familiar face every time he moved up a class. The team is great with giving guidance when needed and worked with us
throughout my son's development. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, they know all the children's name and genuinely care for all of them.
The activities they have planned everyday are incredible, especially the special occasions and festivities. My son loves the outdoors and now that he is in pre-school he has a dedicated day in "forest school" which he absolutely loves and always looks forward to. Julie in forest school is great she always gives thorough updates when we collect him. Jodie, Amy and Becca are all incredible and supportive. My son loves Jodie and she truly is amazing. They are a great team and I am really thankful for them. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter has been at this nursery for 2 years now, and has such a lovely bond with the staff. They take really great care of the children and always have smiling faces, even when they must be exhausted from long days of keeping young children entertained! This for me is a sign that they really
love their jobs. When I had an issue, the management team dealt with it straight away, took positive actions and gave me clear feedback on the changes they made, without making excuses.
We have had a lovely experience at Kiddi Caru Writtle.

My daughter is currently in the Squirrels room and i can't express how happy she is to go in everyday! She has been with familiar staff since rabbits and her key worker Holly is amazing. She goes above and beyond to create interesting activities and educational opportunities for her. There are 4
staff members in her room but there are only 2 that stand out for their endless work. Holly and Amber run the room and are always thinking of new exciting experiences for my little girl. She comes home everyday asking to go back the day after!

My sons being attending for a year and a half he absolutely loves going to nursery always being excited to go in. There is a large range of activities taking place each day for the children to take part in. Staff are friendly and approachable always happy to help! Staff create amazing bonds with the
children making a loving and comfortable environment!

Management- there is always a issue entering the nursery around 5pm. With no management being available to answer the door causing ques and delays. More staff needed.
HR- hard to follow invoices with no mathematical calculation present so you are able to track how your bill is calculated
Payment- payment for bank holidays and holidays the child takes even if you give nursery months ahead notice. Cost of food is too high- we are charged 260 per month for full time food and we only spend 350£ for 3 of us at home.
Staff- often have lost child belongings and wore his shoes without socks and act as if they haven't noticed. There was an occasion we had to wait 30mins for the team to find his shoes so he didn't walk home with just socks on.
Often in actives our child gets injured due to lack of supervision e.g. our child now has a permanent scar on his eye lid from falling over in water play.
