Nursery is currently being refurbished and has such a lovely feel to it. Been really impressed with how the staff make sure they fulfill parents requests. We had a terrible time toilet training and needed the nursery to use her potty, constantly remind her to go etc and they did just that. She's now super confident and LOVED the sticker chart they made for her. She's very shy and sensitive to change and the nursery are making sure they update us regularly if she went into nursery upset. It gives so much reassurance. The menu is great, and love knowing what they've eaten throughout the day. Also nice to see what activities they've been doing- more photos would be great! Overall I have recommended the nursery to many new mums and I always go to work knowing my children are being well looked after.

We particularly like the outside space and education including forest school, trips out to the local area and extra activities like balancebility, which are all fantastic. All the staff have always been brilliant with my child and also keeping us informed/up to date with their development there. They have always been patient and understanding which we value, particularly when there have been changes at home (i.e. new siblings), changing rooms/key workers and when we have experienced challenging drop-offs. Financially, whenever there are changes to payments, we are always given good notice and Jenny is always on hand to answer our questions. Since joining, the menu has improved significantly, and there is a wide variety of foods for the girls for all meals. Staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive.
